You know its interesting too. He found over 3 billion shares traded ytd by NITE (Knight equities). There has been a lot of chatter on the board about a huge open short position out of singapore. Think it came from a conversation with the IR guy? Anyways, Knight Equities has an office in Singapore. Not if that matters all that much. Just an interesting coincidence.
Very inspirational. Panda likey!
Clay, Thanks for the great video charts. I loo forward to them every week and I even seek out others you have done. Greate job and most of here appreciate your effort.
Good info Drew. Thanks. Makes a lot more sense. I didn't even think of the AYME correlation.
I should have read that first. So the 13 days have passed, plus the 5 days within which all fail to delivers needed to be closed out. So that leaves an open Fail to deliver situation. I still don't necessarily see where that is going to force a closing. The FTD's just sit out there and we sit on the air shares sold to us. Maybe the SEC will go after the market makers maybe they won't. Please clarify if I am missing something.
Why is it explosive Drew?
That is what happened with Sedona. Stockholders left holding the bag.
Yep, Good post Stox. Thanks
Yes, it is very good. But it also points out that the squeeze may or may not ever happen. The shorts' shares out there as phantom shares and nothing is really calling them in to cover unless the market maker does this. It sounds like a real problem either way that needs to be dealt with.
My 2.3 cents.
That is what I got in at. Wow. A run back in June and my hundreds of thousands of shares were looking pretty good. My wife kept telling me day after day, SELL! Finally, I took my profits on the morning of June 12 at 24.5 cents.
I stayed on the ihub because you guys all kept me in the game since early this year. And I should say I felt terrible for you guys when the price plummeted that afternoon. Your positive words and analysis of the company and the management of the company time and time again following through on what they said they were gonna do is what helped me the most.
A few weeks back I kept seeing management's relentless push to market the company and continue to drive down the PPS with promises of reducing the O/S and A/S. I watched that investors presentation where Moskowitz looks like a giddy little kid talking about his new delivery model for anything - a sponge. I am sorry, these dudes believe in what they are doing and they see success in the future. I got back in at around 12 cents with a bigger stake than before.
After choking on the increase in A/S I started questioning a little. Started looking in google for better info. I found a link from June of last year to an interview done by Moscowitz. He talked about the future of the company and how they were talking to big retail companies. He had the same enthusiasm and passion back then. And I can assure you there were as many non-believers back then. Well look today, he delivered on those promises and many more. I am staying in the game once again. I have a gut feeling on this one.
These guys got too much to lose to not play this out. There reputations in the investment community, there personal names in the community. Saving face amongst themselves. No one talks about this stuff they only talk about Sales, A/S, O/S, EPS, Advertising, 10K and 10Q, etc. Yes, those things are all important but it is not the whole picture. In the end it is a decision on whether these guys are legit or not. I go with the former. We will most certainly see.
GLTA Spongers and GLTA you neay sayers as well.
Go Sponge.
LOL. Trapped? The stock is down a whole 2% today. LOL
Wrong, O/S increase is what indicates dilution.
Patience is a good thing right now.
If we all did this bad in our real estate investments we would be jumping for joy right now!!!
Go get em Mack!
And more importantly, get rich!
I'm with you Mrs. Coffee. Increase A/S to facilitate a reverse merger??? Just a thought. Although I should say I have not verified the increase in A/S. Truthfully, it does not worry me either.
Kdub what does this have to do with anything. It is a number and that is all. Has nothing to do with revenue, nothing to do with earning and nothing to do with EPS. It does not even reflect dilution as so many of you wish it would. It reflects potential but nothing else. Get with the program.
Exactly!!!!
Mowing down them .15's. See ya shorty
Friends!!! Get ready to make some green!!
Also, end of month and beginning of month seems real active for some reason. Are theydoing something and splitting it between months to stay off someone's radar??? Just a theory. They know more than I, I am sure.
I see a whole lotta FTD's the week following June 12th. Not much question there.
Good DD xDREWx. Could lead us to a very good payday!!!
Sure is quiet out here tonight
Volume was 53 Mil shares. The price ticked up because people were willing to pay more for it. That simple. I don't think anyone is manipulating these numbers. It show as a buy because they bought near or at the ask price. It shows as a sell because the transaction happened near the bid price. For example, let's say the Bid was .14 and the ask was .15. If the transaction happened at .144 it would be recorded as a sell. If the transaction happened at .146 it would be recorded as a buy. Still, if the prior transaction happened at .14, you would still see an uptick. That is what happened today, lots of pressure holding down the stock price but even more pulling it up. Demand outpacing supply.
Its both. There is both a buyer and a seller. In the list, Buys are transactions that happen closer to the ask price than to the bid price. Transactions that happen closer to the bid price are considered sell. Truth is, every transaction is both a buy and a sell of equal number of shares.
My understanding is that these T-Trades happen during the day but foor some reason do not et posted until after close. They do not reflect a current after hours transaction but rather a trade that happened earlier in the day. Anyone is free to correct me if they know better
Here we go another run at it!!!
Yeah right Joe! Where you from? Bloomfield here.
Nice to see. No shorting and the walk-down is almost non-existent.
As Arthur P used to say "BABY!"
Lots of big trades out there.
Yeah, $140K+. Good job SPNG. It is a good looking day in SPNG land.
Some good size trades coming through. Looking good here.
Things are looking good folks - let's be positive. "No Rain, No Rain!"
Well said. Especially tangential is the statement that shorting has driven volume. Things have slowed way down and it is especially interesting that it corresponds with the 13th and 14th day of the appearance on the REG SHO list. I think we will now see the true forces of supply and demand allow this stock to move rightfully upwards in a steady and healthy way. No matter how many FTD's are out there this practice of shorting has come to a predictable end.
We all need to be saved from our own impulsive greed! LOL. Go SPNG and take the shorts with you.
Much better. Thanks xDREWx. Good job.
