"To keep balance" HA!
Purpose of some seems to be just to drive the pps down by scaring off new investors. If you know so much please share what business accomplishments you have to back up your constant barrage of negative opinions towards EI management.
Ok...So they filed on a million dollars worth of loans and paid it off with shares. If you were even capable of coming up with such an idea, what do you think it would have cost you to build EI to its current stage? Where would you get the money if you were 22 years old. You think BOA is going to hand over a million dollars at 10% for something like this. They had to get 4 major licenses on board before they could even go public. If you think you can do better than EI management has done then go out and do it. IMO
What do you think the company and the shares are really worth? Count 'em all if you want...800 million. Buy them all @ the prophetic sub penny level and you would own what...100% of the company for less than $8 million? Half of the company for less than $4 million? The entire float for less than a $1 million??? I know you probably don't have it, neither do I...But there are some that do.
It has taken a long time to get here...At the verge of breaking free from the pink sheets. It seems like forever, but the company is advancing and finally bringing products into a recession resistant market. Products that are advertising themselves. And EI is expanding the line with very low overhead.
Most of us have at times expressed frustation over some issues with the company. Most of us hold judgement until the facts are known. I can't imagine any discussion board doing a better job of scraping up DD. No investor in ETNL would contstantly bash the company under the guise of providing "balance". So what is the real motive? I have suspicions.
The industry has bought in to this...the MM's have bought in...the media is hyping it...The public is buying it. It may take time in this economy but it will come. The longs need to chill until mid March. IMO Uplist...PR's...financials. All coming up over the next couple weeks. I haven't waited 2 years to give up now!!!
It hasn't gone through yet.
I can see now that my broker uses NITE. Anytime I order he moves with it...30k @ ask today
LC... How do you know the uplist is already in the pps? Do you really believe that changing from ETNL.pk to ETNL.ob will not draw new investment? Do you believe that all potential new investors decided to jump on immediately after the SEC approval. If they anticipated the uplist games like that P&D they might be waiting for the actual uplist to happen.
Investors that absolutely will not trade pinks stay away for reasons such as a high propensity for fake companies and legendary stories about market manipulation. I have personally met several traders like that. Trust me, they weren't interested in ETNL even after I told them it was uplisting. They had this believe it when I see it attitude.
We'll all know soon enough. The anticipation of this moment has been building for almost a year.
Maybe we should be happy NAR is selling now and keeping pps down so we can get cheaper shares before the uplist. Gonna run out of shares soon at this pace. Good riddance!
FINRA is having comments on comments now? That is such BS. Why wouldn't they ask all their questions at the same time?
FINRA...A self regulating organization formed less than 2 years ago from the "National Association of Security Dealers". Geez...You think we could get Congress to let the NRA regulate gun control? Is there anything more greedy and crooked than Wall Street? Well, maybe Somalian pirates. Naaahhhh
FINRA is delaying an administrative process with rounds of comments...BS
NITE (or someone) is shorting for 13 days in a row...More BS
NITE has been the seller for months...and LABS has been the buyer for months...
FINRA can only hold it back for so long. LABS isn't going to make a share grab on a pinky in these economic conditions unless something big were going to happen. The time to get that pps average down below .02 is right now!! It's all about the uplist...it's so obvious.
CSykes... Thank you for your commments. It is refreshing to hear from someone with some business understanding and without a stake in this action. I hope you continue to follow this stock and share your thoughts. You make a good point...that no start up company would have predicted todays market conditions 3 or 4 years ago.
Notice UBSS getting busy on the Buy and the Sell now.
Lurker...Thanks for the info via PM. I don't have the premium account here so I couldn't send a PM reply.
Gotta figure the float is gone with NSS happening, so WHY take it down????
Greed...If they knew the pps was going to explode and could hold it back and buy for as long as possible...don't you think they would buy it as cheap as possible for as long as possible?
Frustrating at this time...but MM buying so much stake in a penny is a sign to me that every share bought at this price is a very good investment in the near term. Profits can be exponential from these pps dips if this stock comes close to what the longs think it will do.
I'm already salivating over what a chunk of 015's will do to my pps average. Wish I had some more money!!!!
Where are all those 100k plus sells going? I don't think the regulars here are buying them all up. They gotta be going into LABS account.
If LABS is buying for someone else in the industry I'm starting to look for a tropical island paradise to live in. If LABS is buying to hold and mess with pps after the uplist all the longs should complain to the SEC one or two a day until everyone has sent one in...IMO
If NITE is banking on dilution...what is LABS banking on?
How long has LABS been sitting in the starting block of the Buy column? I've only been viewing L2 for a few months. LABS has been there the whole time.
LABS filed 28m+ shares as of EOY 2008. Even if they pulled in some profit during the P&D it couldn't have been more than a couple mil sold back at best. LABS still on the Buy. With the market and economy like it is it wouldn't take anything for a MM to hold price back and soak up up cheap shares. This is pinky land which is famous for it.
If LABS keeps buying his share could hit 10% in no time. EI has majority control locked down...so LABS buying right now is a good sign IMO. Could LABS be buying for one of EI's industry partners? That would be a really good thing IMO. Maybe Clint knows something we don't.
Less than a million bucks would buy NAR out at this pps. I think we are OK.
Sometimes I swear those MM's are reading this Board as we speak....
"Point out pps drop on high Buy/Vol ratio will you....We can fix that!"
Took them less than 5 minutes to change buy/sell ration from 40 to 1 down to nearly even and right back to same pps with a little 4k paint at the end.
Sparks...I'm sure you will be thrilled with that purchase in the near future.
Looks like its time for Mr. Grumpy to start his morning dump.
Hilarious...pps down on 40 to 1 Buy/Sell ratio.
That 5k showed as a Buy...Double BS!
I need to find a better online brokerage. Mine charges $25 a pop for trades under $1 pps. Kinda ruins the ability to nibble.
I totally understand the frustrations over the failure of EI to meet projected timeframes. I'm chalking it up to a young management team whose enthusiasm is out pacing the reality of what they must do to become successful. I still believe they will get there. Management should make fewer projections when it is dependent on variables they have no control over.
The longs, the DT's, the flippers all got played by someone holding a bunch of shares...I think I know who now. Absolutely not someone from EI IMO. LABS is setting the pps bottom... no doubts about that now.
I'm content grazing here until uplist. EI would be foolish to waste a really good PR right now. I read a post a few weeks ago that EI had rejected proposals from Marvel Comics and others for new product lines. I don't know what a Spiderman coffin would look like, maybe some webs inside the lid. But that signals to me that EI will announce exciting new product lines for 2009. My wife wants a coffin with a Louis Vitton pattern on the fabric lining.
The world is going through a painful economic contraction... but it's not a trip back to the stone age. Companies come and go, but good ideas live on forever. The EI vision will survive the contraction and flourish in the future IMO. If you are Long the question is do you think EI will survive and retain its position in the funeral industry. IMO they have set themselves up nicely by not expanding into the manufacturing and distribution end.
EI is becoming a licensing expert for an industry screaming to have brands. Lots and lots of brands. The funeral industry is embracing the relationship with EI because EI has cut the industry back in. Does anyone really think Clint wants to take profit and run? I think he wants to build a revenue generating machine and grab a bigger market share. A market share that is out there for the picking and everyone in the industry realizes it now. We are golden!
I hope your right about that cross. It does look nice.
It's a little hard to feel bullish today with such thin buy volume towards the end of last week. Maybe "veal-ish" until the uplist and the new investor exposure.
WHY is LABS accumming and filing??? Why did they wait till this month if they had 28mil after approval??? they know the rules...
I looked up Rule 13d-1(b)...which is the rule LABS filed under. It says that they have to file within 45 days after EOY which is about when they filed. LABS may have been accumulating during the quiet period right up until being outed by the filing. Million dollar question is why buy so much? And what next? Buy volume has been trickling lately even with low sell offers which tells me LABS may be easing back for awhile.
I do agree LABS will hold for something better than .017 which is helpful to us for now if short term profit is the motive. If you're holding 28m shares at average pps of .015 and you could flip them all at .03 you would net around $400k.
I am going to start drafting complaint language in the same format as the SEC online complaint form. I will hold it for now. I'm not sure I fully understand all the market forces at play here so I will probably ask for some input along the way. I have no problem sharing the text with the other shareholders here before I send it.
I saw the posts earlier about filing an SEC complaint. I don’t know how to read charts so I will have to rely on others for that. But I can read the PinkSheets website and it seems odd that ETNL would have been shorted by exactly 2 shares on four different occasions at the end of 2008. Is that right...2 shares (3 cents)??? NITE...come on dude, look in your ashtray!
If MM’s really are holding down the pps to make a profit, and it can be proved then I am ready to kick some @$$. But, I do think shareholders should try to find consensus on whether to: 1) Run to the SEC ASAP, or 2) Wait until after the uplist and see what happens. I support consensus but am concerned that if NSS or other manipulation is happening that delaying action could prolong the misery.
I love conspiracy theories...LABS soaks up 7% of ETNL in 2008 leading up to an expected uplist. Uplist didn’t happen in 2008. LABS is required to report the 2008 ownership by Feb 12th. There's a spike in volume and ETNL starts to climb 30 days (Jan 12th) before LABS is required to report (Feb 12th). Didn’t someone take out a 30 day pennystock ad around that time? Didn’t someone also take out a one day ad? I think I know what day that ad hit (Jan 29th) because my auto alert woke me up when ETNL launched at .03 (not to mention another spike in volume).
I wonder if LABS still has all those shares from 2008? More? Less? Buy volume has dropped significantly since LABS filed.
I am hoping the sludge this week was the last of the P&D and the 2 most recent loans that are washing their way through the system hopefully into safer hands. Hope those loans were for something more interesting than office supplies! Pps held pretty well given some of those sells this week...IMO
LABS and NITE and NAR...Oh My!
Would naked shorting hold up an uplist from .pk?
Didn't really think I would see this opportunity again. But won't look a gift horse in the mouth.
Jump back in the pool nmbr1stcpckr...the water is just right! LOL

Of course! It's gonna hit .175 at which I MIGHT feel inclined to try for another quick flip, which is all that this *ahem* is good for! Of course, depending on volume, maybe I'll wait for the insiders to dump down to .12!
Scored some 017's...yea
Drop that average!
They probably did a double take and filed it after they saw LABS was attempting a hostile takeover...LOL
Without credit you would at least need established income. EI really didn't have a good credit history or established income during 2008.
The price starts dropping again just as the buying starts...does seem strange to say the least.
That last filing by LABS...didn't that state that LABS has been the past MM for ETNL. LABS has been the key buyer for a long time. If LABS is the prior ETNL MM maybe they see the potential better than most. LABS owns $500k worth. Might just want to make a quick million or two, or could represent a client that is a partner to ETNL or even a competitor in the funeral industry.
NITE has been the key seller for a long time. Could it be that NITE represents a major shareholder such as NAR?
You can feel the stalemate on the pps. Like a calm before a storm.
It's hard to predict how the market will play over the next couple of years. A lot of people are moving wealth into bullion. Advisors are saying this isn't a good time to be long in the market...that the real buys won't start until 2010. I think that is good general advice, but on a case by case examination I think it is incorrect advice for ETNL.
I've been holding ETNL and nibbling for 2+ years and am down 20% at yesterdays close. IMO the DOW has done far worse over the same period. I've never personaly traded stocks before but was drawn to this one. Outside of my pension plan ETNL is the only stock I am following. It's become a hobby since I retired three years ago.
Are the Execs treating themselves well? Yeah...probably, why not? They are sitting on a gold mine. I don't feel that what they have drawn from the company is lavish by any means for a similar start-up between 2003 through 2009.
EI is without doubt in a recession "resistant" industry. People have insurance and/or come up with donations to celebrate the passing of their loved ones. It's going to be a big deal with the post WW II generation. It will probably be rough but EI should make it through this contraction and I believe their share structure will easily support much higher pps when revs go up. It will certainly become "nuclear" once profitability is reached. There will be tales about .02 when that happens. We will start to get good feel for that over the next few quarters.
Volume would send pps soaring too but many variables there. Investors moving wealth out of the market is a negative. Shortage in the market right now of good long plays is a positive. Uplisting is a huge positive (could be exponential).
Is the company short on funds...probably. Compensation and pay, R&D, licensing agreements, legal fees, corporate costs, etc. Years and years with no product. Even though there was a two day sales record in December I don't have huge expectations for the coming financial report other than to show a real revenue stream has been established. IMO that stream will grow every quarter for many years despite the economic conditions. Heppie is standing by with his kayak to be first in line when it turns into the Colorado River.
The recent high cost loans coincide with PR's that would have costs associated with them or maybe it's for something even better. The news I'm watching says credit dried up months ago which explains the high cost. IMO EI did not reach the potential for profitability until the end of 2008 which explains the need to borrow. Company debt remains a key piece of missing information. Hopefully the funds are going to the right places. Lack of PR on this is concerning. If the uplist doesn't get us over the communication hump it could be a nail biting year.
I want to hear both sides but feel that some posters here are intending to drive pps down. Only poised attacks on management and never anything about the positive. A few posts regard issues that do concern me...but mostly seem to be the viewpoint of someone that is bitter because they jumped on and off the bus at the wrong stop and expect the managment of EI to fix it for them. Comments are more credible to me when they are balanced and not one sided.
If you don't assume that on Wall Street the priority is Management, Company, Shareholder then you probably shouldn't be trading. But it is without doubt a symbiotic relationship and I think ETNL management now understands what happens to the precious treasury when shareholders revolt. If the stock takes off soon great! If it takes a little while longer... then carefully averaging down to .02 seems like a great place to be for a long play during the contraction. After 2+ years of watching I believe this stock has been hovering at it's bottom for a long time now. What better place to be than at the bottom of one of the few good long plays that are left!!!
Agreed...They just need a creative spark to get them off their dime.
What this stock needs is a decent marketing plan. If 10,000 people bought $2,000 worth of ETNL stock as their own "self insurance" funeral plan it would take a billion shares to cover it.
I don't mind taking a day or so getting back there. It's my new break even point!
I see an opportunity to test that theory..right where NITE is parked.
Does filling gaps work in both directions?
NITE backed off sell...remember what happened last time NITE did that.
With a three day weekend...Stand back Tuesday!
Let's pray its not NITE!
