PTS, do you expect Lans to put out a message on their website by the 15th even if they don't have the "final letter review" completed? If the 15th comes and goes without any word I think we'll be able to buy MSSV for less than a nickel.
I still show the CUSIP #, how long was it missing from your portfolio?
So has your timeline changed from mid-October (opinion only of course!)?
The company will be much more valuable after Koos signs more licensing deals which we know are coming. But for those who believe a buyout is not in the immediate future, it's not out of the realm of possibility that Koos receives an offer he can't refuse sooner rather than later.
Bottom line is anything is possible - licensing deals, partnerships, and a buyout.
There's convertible debt, and then there's conditional convertible debt. I have no concerns the payments will be made timely starting next March and there will be no conversion.
I tried to buy today and every time I put in a bid someone jumped my bid immediately.
Your logic is seriously flawed
A measly $1.5 million; do you really think buyouts never occur because a company has debt? Nothing is off the table, and even without a buyout Koos wouldn't take this loan if the didn't have something of value coming like another licensing deal to cover it.
They had no money to pay the costs to get off the greys
Oh I know you own a lot, I just haven't had time to add up all your trades from your posts! I hope you make OTC history, have a great weekend.
I agree, there's no way GSCG would have waited for LAHO to maybe come off the greys at some point. Plus LAHO had no cash, the A/S and O/S were maxed out, and all they had was an LOI that would have been void. The ONLY thing that saved us (assuming we get paid) is the Family & Friends Plan.
How many shares do you have now?
Sellers are gone
I would expect he has another licensing deal lined up, we'll see
I guess he took on the note to pay ChemDiv. And what happened to all those ONPH shares?
Wrong. RGBP started becoming current BEFORE they even started serious settlement negotiations. And they didn’t spend hundreds of thousands to become current just to cater to ChemDiv. You need to look at ALL the filings this year especially the one preventing a hostile takeover.
RGBP would never have settled the lawsuit with a 9/30 deadline date for the payment if they didn’t already have the money. Koos wants to get this over with as quickly as possible so he can continue filling in the bigger pieces of the puzzle which points to a buyout.
Good morning!
Agreed, going to the grey sheets would not have gotten us anywhere close to .002. LAHO had nothing except that LOI, and admitted the process and cost of getting reinstated was beyond their capabilities.
Assuming this happens, we should be ecstatic to get paid .002 and be part of OTC history.
I forgot to mention the Facebook group!
This is the first time in history something like this has happened, so if someone took the write-off oh well, life's not fair!
I look at it this way: my CPA was about to have me take the write-off and the shares in my TDA would be gone. So if this comes through and I get some money back because I read this board and held my shares, then I appreciate that person for giving me hope.
Hindsight is 20/20 and the past is the past, my advice is to let it go, take your money (assuming we get it), and move on. No sense crying over spilled milk!
I've been in a few stocks over the years that went to the greys, neither came back and I lost everything. So it was still risky and I don't think we would have gotten .002 for our shares because everything was dependent on closing the deal with GSCG and at that point there's was no way it would happen. The cost to come off the greys would have required LAHO to up the A/S several more billion and dilute further on the greys until we were at .00001.
Lol ok, at least you're consistent. I'll be happy to get money back that I thought was long gone, but that's just me.
If (keyword "if") the money comes through next month what will your first post "post funds received" say?
Just making sure he isn't downgrading his "guarantee"! ;)
Solid chance?
Good morning!
You still think by mid-October?
Can't wait until I get my LAHO funds and can buy MSSV at this level!
Just do some research on gap theory if you want to become a better trader
You don't determine a true gap by the previous day's close, you determine it by the previous day's high. Experienced daytraders understand this, but I get why neophytes don't.
That makes no sense. The $8.2 million is a legitimate legal payment for an asset - the LOI with GSCG. Distributing that money to shareholders (owners) is a legitimate legal transaction.
I was about to sell on Black Friday for a huge profit and the stock had already gapped from .0046 to .005+ pre-market. Unf*ckingreal!
Geez, back around Black Friday 9/6/2019 I had researched how many stocks had come off the greys and it was like 2. Did something change with the SEC requirements to come off the greays after we got f*cked with LAHO?
Just provide 1 example from the past 2 years
Can you give examples, because as of 9/6/2019 there were only 1 or 2 companies that successfully came back from the greys out of thousands?
Yes, that was accurate I verified myself at the time
And money to pay the accountants in Seattle who didn't get the filings finished on time. I still have nightmares about 9/6/2019.
