I heard it as well. Hil just seems very lackadaisical in his actions. All of his mentions of a "playbook" and nothing happened. So, are we to believe that the shorts issue has just stopped?
My $1 ordered filled. I didn't expect that one to ever fill. Only time will tell. Now do you mean by another R/S or actual appreciation of the share price? I'm kidding.
I agree 1/3 of the average daily volume is some of it. We are officially sub $1.
Care to try to explain the drop if its not dilution?
https://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=90807416 4/19 Notice of registry. Which is Dilution. I always stick to the facts, good or bad. I actually take offense that you say that I am not telling the truth, when you know damn good and well that they registered and sold more shares. This is a fact and YOU should stick to the facts.
Hil wasted no time diluting the sh it out of us.
Welp, looks like the market wasn't impressed with the financials. Could pick up some cheapies tomorrow.
Quick drop back to 1.40. This better be some banging ass financials!
Numbers leaked? Quick spike to 1.56.
Earnings released on Monday per Hil on Twitter.
This wasn't far off.
Great buy. Don't forget to take profits!!!
I don't see that happening. I'll grab a starter at .25 if it hits again.
Last couple days could be a signal of what's to come!
Well, 1.25 order filled. $1 order in now. Keep giving them to me.
I'm betting we see another 52 week low today! my $1.25 order hasn't filled yet. Today is the day.
The answer is NO.......
Maybe someone could clear this up. I question the timing of the special divi, hiring of a company to count shares and $5mm hedge fund investment all in a few days. If it's the hedge funds that are the NNSers why give them an out? The need for money outweighs the need for transparency, or the need to keep shareholders at the forefront?
Hil was busy on twitter yesterday defending himself. He stated that the 90-day period started (2-27) yesterday. When I asked him about the dilution happening prior to today, he turned deaf. So, my thought, for what it's worth (add 1.29 for a small coffee) is they sold as many shares as possible because they had the NNSers that would be blamed and poor DBGI (Hil) would look like it was being attacked relentlessly. Hil is a coward. Why would he want some other company's "playbook"? He gets said playbook and does nothing. Earnings, Share buyback, Divi, Merger/ Acquistion or good news. Those are what makes a share price go up. It's not difficult, and he certainly doesn't need help to figure it out. He is lazy and doesn't want to "fight" for himself or DBGI. He wants everyone else to do it for him. Be prepared for $1.25
I'm guessing, No. I think we get into the $1.20s. Unless Hil gets his thumb out of his ass and decides to do something. It's in his hands.
I couldn't get prices yesterday through Eturd. No bid no ask.
Well my $1.75 GTC filled yesterday and is underwater. My $1.25 GTC is still available if Hil wants to get that one filled as well. He should burn that fucking playbook. Look at CLNV a special divi just to make them actually count the shares, is all it takes. It cost the company NOTHING. But Hil isn't smart enough to even do that. Time to file a lawsuit and deliver it to this liar.
Well lets see if the Nasdaq accepts Vinco's terms or says no dice!
Thank you. I didn't see this on any news feeds.
Well something happened afterhours. Look at that straight drop to sub .50. Looks like the worst-case scenario is upon us. Oh well off to the next one!
He is certainly not doing retail or DBGI any favors with his stellar work ethic.
It is certainly strange at the lack of action by the Nasdaq. I have grown to expect a lack of action by the BOD of BBIG. Nasdaq is normally on top of things. It doesn't just slip through the cracks.
The delist list
WOW another new 52 week LOW! Hil Davis is the best at fighting shorts.......... Yeah the shorts are causing all this..... It's more his inaction causing this.
So, the reason I put that out there is because, normally either an extension happens THAT day or the next day for delist. No word from the Nasdaq is what puzzles me the most. I cannot recall where a deadline goes 4 days past without a delist from the Nasdaq. Please correct me if I am wrong. The only reason I can think of that would satisfy the Nasdaq requirement deadline, other than the filings, is a buyout DD (quiet) period. If the buyout fails, instant delist.
Nasdaq doesn't just let this crap slide. Why haven't they delisted BBIG yet?
I haven't seen this before. I'm expecting a rug pull at any second. No announced extension, no filings, no rumors.... NOTHING Unless there is a buyout that happened. Which could have carried an NDA or (quiet) due diligence period. I don't know if this would trump the Nasdaq requirements or deadlines. Grasping at straws here.
I agree. If BTC starts a downward trend, you could short the entire segment of the market. I honestly believe we get a stronger bounce. BTC 27k, then we get a pullback due to profit taking and a chart reversal.
Agreed! I have calls from $7 all the way to $30 expiring 1/25. Today is a GOOD day!
Hahaha. Please don't tell me people are that stupid.
Very nice day here. This could get a little crazy near the close with BTC surging past 22k again.
I just put a GTC bid in just in case this drops sub $2. Hard to imagine, but you just never know.
Another day in the crapper? I will not add any more shares, as this is just getting ridiculously tiring. Hil Davis is becoming the joke of the Nasdaq.
When do they force BBIG off the Nasdaq and back to OTC? It's obvious that they have no intentions of filing the required financials. Absolutely the worst management team I've ever seen.
Get ready to grab some cheapies.
Just your run of the mill offering. Seems these companies that want to fight the shorts are not fighting for retail. They are fighting to be able to lower their share price on their terms by diluting. So, in closing it seems like they are all out to kill retail.
