Correction:
Hey everyone I was just looking over my notes and realized I made a mistake.
"He did tell us about pricing, the basic package is 30,000 searches a month and it is about $1,000 a search and they can customize the packages to what he called a project search which would be about 120,000 searches a month."
That $1,000 is $100 per search (That's one hundred per search) and not $1,000
so a basic package is $3,000 a month
I added too many zero's, lol.
Whats up buddy?
I bought some options on DNDN the other day. I bought some PUT's and really think it is going to go down.
L2 actually is about to go to .03 with a few more large buys. The ask has only 2 at .029 and the bid is loaded with .02 +.
You are welcome Tiger. Hold those shares because it really is MO that we will be moving up the PPS chain and soon, lol. L2 is bumping up and I know several who are trying to buy in and are not getting filled. Not sure if anyone has been watching L2 as of lately but the bid and ask has been tightening up, we are up 13% today and we were up yesterday. MM are holding us here for right now but I believe they will be moving us up soon to around the .10 level and we should hold.
Hey iagman,
I am not allowed to discuss Scott's demo's as I signed a Non Disclosure Agreement. All I can say is that IMO Scott has been having meetings and showing what he has to what I believe is investors. I can also say that I have no doubts about the AV anymore. I can also say I am not worried about Mr. Kampa, I am sure 100% he will be getting us funding.
As far as the dumping goes it is over, like I said Scott has not benefited from this and if anything has lost a lot. I personally am hoping Mr. kampa has some news to put out soon that would make every one happy for the January 5 ,2010 meeting. I will not set Mr. kampa up for failure just in the event he can not put some news out. This is 100% me and if he does not I still would not worry. I will let you and everyone else know if I start to worry about EXBX, you can rest assured on that.
Are you going to the January 5, 2010 meeting iagman?
And do not let it happen again, lol.
Well the videoconference went off on time and I am not sure where to even begin, it was also over 2 hours long. I can say that it is my opinion that the AV is without a doubt real. I did sign an NDA so I cannot comment on the AV or describe it as per Mr. Kampa, I REALLY WISH I COULD SAY MORE ON THIS BUT I CANNOT. IMO Scott has out done himself and really is brilliant. I can see why Scott is not into all the management stuff. As soon as we started talking numbers, plans, management, etc… he lost interest but could not have been more passionate when talking about the AV. It turns out Scott is just a big geek when it comes to computers and that seems to be all he is interested in. Mr. Kampa and others are about numbers and getting the PPS up. They did discuss that the PPS is way undervalued and it is IMO that they have a way to get it up to new highs. The oil wells as disclosed in the 10Q it seems as though it was a last ditch effort by Regan and Mr. Kampa was not a part of it. They also think it might be worth more than it is currently valued at and IMO they are looking at selling it off ASAP. I looked at the numbers and if the property were to be sold off at current value it would basically cancel current debts with some money left over and that would be beyond great for us. I believe the oil donor is an investor and that’s very comforting to me at least because it seems to me that many people are looking out for EXBX and failure is far from ever happening. I was given a demo on Exodetect and Exoprotect also. Exoprotect is basically a domain watch that helps prevent things that are accidentally posted on a website, prevents the leak before it occurs and Exodetect finds it once it gets out. It is IMO that patents are a big thing and we should all watch for news on that, I REALLY WISH I COULD SAY MORE ON THIS BUT I CANNOT. I believe they are looking at more shares being returned and seems like he has some very good plans on handling the PPS and for once getting us some major returns while keeping the PPS up. Mr. Kampa has told me that obviously numbers, revenue, values, etc… are what will get a company’s PPS up, keep it up and prevent the slow and painful drop we all have experienced. Also I believe Scott is and has been giving many demonstrations on the AV and I would assume it has been to other investors. During the conference I can say that a gentleman whose name I cannot say was participating and he is a finance guy that IMO was way more than impressive, very knowledgeable, well spoken and seemed more excited than anyone. He was great and talked to me like I mattered, lol. I was able to participate and speak which was great because I thought it would be more sit in the corner, listen and keep your mouth shut (for me that is). Sam Van Ryder is IMO very, very good. Sam definitely is a salesman and made me want to buy something from him, lol. I was upper management in banking / finance for many years and have dealt with many salesmen and Sam is IMO one of the best, explains his credentials and all the success he has had. IMO Sam could go anywhere and not have to give EXBX a second thought. Sam I can say is out of the country right now and took time out to spend 2 hours with us. I have spoken to Mr. Wirtz on many occasions lately and I really have to say he is not only very nice but is committed 1000% to EXBX and IMO has always done what’s best for EXBX success and to keep our investment safe. He has explained many things to me and really wish I was able to speak to him some time ago. It would appear to me that he has actually done much more for us than we know and unfortunately has not received credit for it. IMO anyone that attends the January 5, 2010 meeting should thank him for all his hard work. IMO he has saved us from many things and really does have us at heart. I was hoping he was going to go soon and Mr. Kampa would replace him but now after talking to him, seeing what I have seen, understanding what has transpired and knowing what he has done for us I would hope he stays. I have been very outspoken about Dillon and Regan. Dillon IMO was hoping he could pull a rabbit out of his hat and make this work. IMO Dillon knew what needed to be done but was not connected to the right people and was just not able to get the job done. Regan although I never spoke to him was just wrong in all aspects of management and IMO had no idea what he was doing. When I spoke to Gary some time ago everything he said was about himself, Sam and Ted. Kevin I think was more like sit in the corner, listen and keep your mouth shut. I cannot say enough about Mr. Kampa and hope all that attend the January 5, 2010 meeting get the same feeling. He is very competent and knowledgeable. He is what EXBX has always needed IMO. I really wish I could go and see him talk and listen to what he has to say. He is more straight forward and less the dog and pony show that Dillon was, however the meeting with everyone was very relaxed and they were all very impressive. I would say the people involved now are the best we have had and will get this done and the right way. I would say that yes it will probably be about 12 months for us to be at a level that will max our PPS out until the AV revenues hit. I think the PPS is going to start moving up soon and I really do not think it will be a few cents here and there, I think we will be moving in more strides. I did ask Mr. Kampa what he thought the PPS was going to do and he said he had his thoughts but would not tell me and trust me I begged a lot and he laughed a lot. Before we hung up Scott and I were just talking and he told me I was one of a very few that knows what I know and that I was not to tell anyone about it or he would erase my identity so that I never existed, lol. When I ran the numbers on the oil wells we should have went to around .80 cents or so, however once all the debts owed, etc… were deducted we are trading about where we should because this is all the market knows. I believe we will go to .80 or more and IMO is very realistic and not too far off base in the very near future. It is IMO that Mr. Kampa knows we are way undervalued and even stated so in his interview he did not too long ago and is going to do something about it.
Scott and I were talking and I can say he really has not benefited from all of this 1 bit yet. Not only has he given up all his shares but he has lost a lot more in his personal life than we all know. I was under the impression that maybe he was just lousy with finances and living large, it is the total opposite and he has sacrificed his personal life for EXBX and us. It is not my business to disclose his personal life so I will not say what sacrifices he has made but IMO I am not sure I would have done what he has done for EXBX and investors that most are strangers to him. After talking to Scott I can say that he is not what I thought and was accusing him of sometime ago. He is very down to earth, humble and just the kind of guy you would want to hang around with and have as a friend.
Sam did inform me that they have Channel Partners and some are geared strictly towards the Government. Sam told me the response to the current products has been very positive and no negative feedback. He did tell us about pricing, the basic package is 30,000 searches a month and it is about $1,000 a search and they can customize the packages to what he called a project search which would be about 120,000 searches a month. Sam told us that the project searches are a little cheaper than the $1,000 charged on the basic package. Mr. Kampa is well up to speed on EXBX and was upfront with the other gentleman about the past problems on EXBX and it did not bother him at all after what we just had seen and were told he was IMO very impressed and asked a lot of questions, seemed to me that he knows what he is talking about and was very technical at times with Scott.
Mr. Kampa and Scott explained that they have been talking to OSR and things are moving ahead. Scott told me the OSR timeline is about 16 months for all the products to be completed and with some extra money OSR told them they could shave 4 to 6 months off of that time frame. Scott told me that OSR is really the only one that could do this and they charge the price of a Ferrari for their work.
Sorry this is all jumbled up but I was trying to take notes on sticky’s and they are all over the place, lol. I am sure I forgot a lot here and if I remember anything I will post it.
I really hope many RSVP to attend the January 5, 2010 shareholder meeting and report back. After tonight's meeting I am looking forward to the new year and especially the first quarter I think is going to be exciting.
LOL, You will have to wait a little longer, we are meeting at 5:00 central which is 6:00 my time. I will have the report done soon after though Sir.
lol, I hope the cookies are good.
I just hung up with Mr. Kampa and we are definitely on for tomorrow. It appears many people will be a part of this and I think some of them are involved in finance. I really will try to tell as much as possible.

I do not think it will be live but a video.
Well I do know for a fact that January 5, 2010 meeting will be available to view from the website for all to see that cannot attend, it will be a video though.
Don't forget anyone attending the Meeting on January 5, 2010 at EXBX headquarters should RSVP ASAP and I would encourage as many to go as possible. They have had many responses already and since it is in the EXBX offices seating might be limited, however I am sure they would not turn anyone away.
Hey sqroot,
It is the holidays and I have to say Mr. Kampa and all have gone above and beyond. They have a meeting scheduled for tomorrow around 4:30 - 5:00 Texas time. From what I understand Scott, Mr. Kampa, Sam and a few others will be at it. These guys have all worked it out so we can all be on at the same time and have worked personal schedules out to be available. Mr. Wirtz told me today that Mr. Kampa would personally call me today, I will let you know what I can.
Nice lwest,
To our troops have a very special holiday and stay safe. You guys are the reason why we all get to sleep safely at night and allow us the things that we are grateful for.
Merry Christmas EVERYONE!
I still have not heard from Mr. Kampa but if I do I will let everyone know.
IMO 2011 it will probably return. They need 2010 for the new models and sales, maybe 2012 if the economy stays in the toilet or F hits a speed bump. Honestly I bought it under $2 and believe it will hit the high teens to low twenties next year. I did not get into it for the Divy and will probably sell out. I still think F is one of the best stocks around with a lot more PPS potential.
I love ford, it just keeps making me money, lol. I was fortunate enough to get in Ford under $2.
This is just my opinion and what I think. I was not told this so take it for what it is. I think Dillon raised the $3 million and went back to OSR and OSR wanted a lot more money than the $3 million originally agreed upon. Dillon figured he would hire Ted to code the AV and unfortunately Ted was unable to fullfill that. Ted had DLP and DLD and they decided to get DLP / DLD done and use it to fund the AV. At this point enters Regan who has no idea what he is doing as a CEO and DLD / DLP is already near finish and can not change course. Reagan probably also thought that DLP / DLD would be huge but forgot they still needed money to continue operations to both products being complete and revenue coming in. Obviously no one hear can deny the fact that EXBX has 2 finished products as thousands have seen them in person not to mention Beta testers and current customers. D day occurred with Regan at the helm and IMO Scott got mad and got involved. Hence Mr. Kampa who is what EXBX has always needed a guy who can raise MONEY. Scott and Reggie did give a boat load of shares back and IMO that was a huge show of faith. We have to remember that even at .01 and Scott having all those shares could have still dumped and made around $6 million, which I do not know about you but I could live pretty comfortably off of $6 million for the rest of my life, same goes for Reggie. IMO Mr. Kampa took over and EXBX EOY was due and IMO Regan was out of money already and never bothered with the EOY. Kampa was under the gun to get the EOY out ASAP to get the "E" dropped. Mr. Kampa had a little more time to get the 10Q done and more accurate. IMO it really was not bad, actually it was IMO one of the best they ever put out.
A profit for the first time EVER!
Reduction in the shares, that's a first!
First time Scott and Reggie gave back shares!
Clearing up the oil and all that speculative garbage being spewed that it was for just a higher exchange, like that was going to do something for us!
They have said they are back to the AV and it is the main goal and focus!
From the 10Q and EOY they have renegotiated the offices which means IMO at least they plan on being around for sometime! I view this as a GREAT sign because obviously Regan dropped the ball on bills, money, etc... but if they renegotiated that means someone came up with money to give the landlord and the landlord accepted the new terms, landlord could have just said "GET THE F%$#@ OUT" and leased it to someone else. After EXBX spent all that time and $ on those offices I am sure the landlord could have leased it to someone rather quickly and made some serious cash off that deal to another Tech company. Tech offices are not easy or cheap to build.
Again this is just my opinion and what I think that is all.
Hey HomeWrecker,
From what I got Scott took a back seat when EXBX went way of DLP and DLD. DLP and DLD were Ted Ernst creation and Scott was not really a major part of it. Scott said he was very excited about the AV and that it was moving ahead again. He did say the DLP and DLD are incredible though. The AV is his baby and that is where his heart is at and always has been. He was between meetings when we spoke so I only got to pick his brain for 30 minutes and we did discuss some private stuff outside of EXBX. I have to say he is very humble and I did say my peace and so did he. That was the first time I ever spoke to him and he is very likable and when you talk to him he makes you feel like you have known him for years. He never once interrupted and listened to everything I had to say. I am sure if you go to the January 5 meeting you will see what I mean about him being humble. He told me we would talk more next week as he had to go and was actually 4 minutes late for another meeting.
No problem squirrel,
Read my posts, I will not pump a company and will not bash. I always give my honest opinion. If for any reason I ever feel this play is not right I will let this board no first (regardless of who likes it or not). Right now I really do believe Mr. Kampa is the man to get this job done and will have a more accurate opinion on Monday or Tuesday. I am an investor and that's it, I do not fall in love with stocks anymore. Some were here trying to tell us that the oil was for us to go to another exchange and that was just garbage. Regardless of the exchange it is about numbers and a move to a higher exchange does not change that fact and would do absolutely nothing for the PPS. As per the 10Q from yesterday I was right.
This is why I like Mr. Kampa, he is about numbers and that is the only thing that matters in investing. He is about finance and that is the only thing that matters to this investment right now.
After my meeting with Mr. Kampa and Scott I will let you know whether it is my opinion that we are good, great or bad. I did sign a NDA and will try to tell you as much as I can. I can say my opinion will be 100% accurate and spot on, that you can take to the bank. I am down a considerable amount of money right now and still have told my true opinion and have not pumped this once in hopes to get a PPS rise so I could get my money back. I would rather help you save some money than to try and scr@w you. That is what a MB is for, to help each other with DD to make an educated investment decision.
IMO Mr. Kampa has this under control and will get this done for us. It is also MO that we will not be waiting years. IMO you should go to the January 5, 2010 meeting and listen for yourself.
Again if for any reason and at anytime I feel this is bad I will let you know and why!
I know, that post popped into my head (that does not happen often) and thought it was funny. Had to post it to ya.
Your parents do not like let downs either, but they still love you I am sure, lol. I just read your post on the exbx board, lol.
OHHHHH god I crack myself up, just messing with ya, nothing but love.
Mr. Kampa called me today to ask if Monday or Tuesday was OK for me to have the meeting with him and Scott. I told him that would be great and he said he would call me tomorrow with the exact day and time. He asked me to call EXBX headquarters and ask for Scott. I spoke with Scott for sometime and I can tell you he is working, he was between meetings when we spoke. Scott asked me if I could come for January 5th and I told him I really could not, he asked me to please come down in a week or 2 after so we could meet in person and he would allow me to see the products they have. He said he was excited about our meeting on Monday or Tuesday and assured me that great things are happening. He is very nice and he laughed about some of the EXBX board antics over the years. He did call me ucantfoolmee when he answered the phone and I was not sure whether to hang up or apologize. He just started laughing and eased things up right away for me. He will be at the January 5, 2010 meeting and is very excited about that. I can say this after talking to Scott he is as unhappy about the way things went as we are. He is very, very excited about the next few months and seems to be certain things are GREAT. We did discuss past issues and that is why he is now involved at EXBX more than ever, to make sure this gets done.
Hey lwest,
I really do not think it will be a few more years. IMO Mr. Kampa has things in the works for now, that will make us all happy very soon.
Hey potters,
IMO Mr. Kampa is going to do this for us. I am very excited about our meeting and talking to him some more. I would honestly say that anyone that can attend the January 5, 2010 meeting to go and update us with what they think. I have read the 10Q over and yes they reduced the OS. They put a lot of minds at ease with that oil reserve being sold off for the money. Also look at the 10Q and look at some of the names of people that have been lending money to the company. Thats a very positive sign that these people are floating money to EXBX while Mr. Kampa gets the funding they need. I really do believe 2010 will be a good one.
Like I said I will let you know when we will be meeting.
Well I spoke with Mr. Kampa today on the phone. He apologized for not getting back with me earlier (I left a voice mail at EXBX headquarters for him last week) but he was headed home for the holidays to be with his family. He told me he plans on moving to Texas to run EXBX. He told me he would be back in time for the January 5, 2010 meeting. I actually have to say he is a very nice and a smart person. I did apologize profoundly for the “DICK” and “DILLDO” remarks and he laughed and said he thought it was actually funny and it was alright. I told him that it just went well together and was a joke. So again Mr. Kampa I apologize and am very glad you at least have a sense of humor.
Mr. Kampa asked if I would be willing to attend the January 5, 2010 meeting to personally see what he had to say and to afterward make comments on what I thought to everyone. He told me he understands everyone’s frustrations. I told him I really cannot as 1. I live in another state 2. I have a commitment 3. I almost went for the June mixer and was glad I did not due to all the events that have taken place and did not want another let down 4. I would not spend the money to fly, hotel stay, etc… for a .03 cent stock. He then asked me if I would come if he paid my air fare round trip, hotel, etc… and both he and Scott would talk to me in private and I could attend the meeting as well and still give my honest opinion to all. He said I will change my mind after January 5, 2010. NO he did not tell me what he has to say or anything major. Again I told him that was a hard offer to turn down as I seriously would like to meet a lot of people, but I have a business commitment I cannot miss. He asked if I would still be willing to fly down and have the one on one with him and Scott in the near future if he picked up the expense and I said definitely. He then asked if I would be willing to have a video conference before the January 5, 2010 meeting with him and Scott in the meantime until we could make our schedules work for me to come down. I asked him “why me” and he said he does not know any shareholders personally, he has read my posts I have been right about a lot of things but also do not understand a lot of things and that I and many others were wrong about a lot of things. He told me I was no different than anyone else to him and figured since I was so down on EXBX and he believed that I was posting my honest feelings he would talk to me.
I am not sure when he is setting up the video conference with him and Scott yet, said he would get back to me and I should plan to free myself up for a few hours. He is home for a short time with his family and said he would work it out anyway before he goes back to Texas. He believes in EXBX and the products that’s for sure. He also told me I would have to sign a non disclosure form that says I will not describe the products to anyone or give away any proprietary information. I am not sure why because everyone has already seen DLP and DLD. I asked him if I could see the supposed AV that has become urban myth, he laughed and told me to please fax back the non disclosure to him as soon as possible so he could set up the video conference. I will let everyone know when that is, FWIW.
So far from what I can tell after talking to Mr. Kampa, he is hardcore financial, does know what he is talking about and IMO he knows people on WS. IMO he knows how to run a company based off of what we discussed and his past preformance. He was upfront about the mistakes Dillon and Regan made and explained to me why they failed. Regan was just basically no experience on the front end or back end. Dillon he said had experience on the front end, talking to people, meetings, etc… but was lacking on the back end which was finance, negotiations, etc… He in no way slammed either Dillon or Regan and did tell me they were committed to EXBX and its success still to this day. I think that is why Mr. Wirtz is back, to make Mr. Kampa’s transition easier and to bring him up to speed on things. Mr. Kampa spoke highly of Mr. Wirtz and said he is committed and dedicated to EXBX and my feelings about him are 100% wrong and hopefully I would have a chance to personally speak to him.
Like I said I will let everyone know when the video conference is and maybe I will get something new for us all.
January 5 2010 IMO is a day many that are fortunate to attend may want to. I really wish I could go to see what he has to say. IMO he will be the one to make this all come true.
Did you have to bring that up?
I don't have time to go over this now, from what I can tell it is not bad, however I am not so sure. I will go over it later and give my opinion on it. I know most are excited about my interpretation on this, lol.
These oil & gas wells have a represented PV10 reserve value of approximately $22.75 million (based on current NYMEX pricing).
The purchase of the oil & gas assets occurred under the prior CEO of the company. Exobox’s current management believes that these assets have value but are not a good fit for the company as current management’s priority is software development. As such, the company is prepared to divest itself of these oil & gas assets and related debt and is prepared to solicit reasonable offers to complete a sale. Gains, if any, from the sale of these assets would be directed towards the goal of software development.
Thank GOD that was put in this! Goes to show some on this board who were trying to tell us they "KNOW" things and the oil was to get us to a higher exchange, etc... have just been discredited.
OMG, I still love that picture. That way 2 funny.

I hate snow so much. I was thinking about moving to Emerald Isle North Carolina. It is the most beautiful place I have ever been to. 24" of snow is really not common here, we usually get 4" to 6", this 24" stuff is a nightmare. I still have hope for global warming and NJ will become a tropical paradise, screw Algore, I want WARM!
Thats a funny story, we got 24" of the white crap. I have about 3 hours of work with a snow blower. I got about 1/3 done when my snow blower broke. So I went inside, got a beer cursed and watched football. I said to my wife if GOD put it their he will take it away in the spring!
Not sure how Braden feels about it but we will inform him after we tie him up to the tree.
