OBM, what is the significance that it was requested by Chanbond? Do you believe that means they wanted time to review an offer?
Do you, really?
They can't keep delaying it.
This is just plain nauseating. No reason for a drop here. Ridiculous.
This happened today or you're talking about the last time?
I just want to know where the buyers are. It's obvious this is a gem, and there's no reason for people to not be buying. Why do we have to go through this whole selling b******* before it goes up? People should be jumping on this thing like white on rice.
Why would I sell? I'm not an idiot.
I understand the stupidity selling, because that was going to happen on a Monday, but what I don't understand is the lack of buying.
A word to the wise: Whomever is thinking about selling today, you had better hope there is no leak intraday and this thing takes off when you have no shares.
I believe onebrokemama answered that question yesterday. Scroll through her posts.
Thank you for your reassurance.
And, to the best of your knowledge, there's no way that we're not entitled to this money, we meaning the stock?
Gosh ... seems too good to be true. I wish we could fast- forward to one month from now.
I hope there is a big close, because this is ridiculous. We were just at.0120 and I believe I saw a .0076 up a couple of minutes ago. Trading today has just been absurd.
I know you can't be serious.
Because we aren't. We will, however, get some updates and perhaps word on the direction of the settlement proceedings. You would have to be crazy, in my opinion, not to stick around and not to own a position at that time.
Look up Billy Carter and 900 million shares :)
... and wait ... the waiting sucks :)
I wish you would, because this is nauseating at this point. No reason for it.
If you get 7s today, we're all screwed.
When the good outcome comes, and it will, the price will automatically go up whether or not anybody buys or not.
I'm not sure where you're coming up with zero from. Even if nothing happens on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, it's going to happen eventually. If people don't want to wait, then that's on them. But the verdict is in whether anybody likes it or not.
There are a lot of stupid people in the stock market and some who are very short-sighted, and that's what you saw today.
Why December? Taxes or something else?
DEFINITELY a big part of it, IMO.
Like what? Like we only score settlements from 12 companies instead of 13?
That's exactly what's going to happen. Let them play their games.
But your rationalization doesn't make any sense. The cable companies are giving a service, and that service being provided is an infringement because the service they are giving incorporates a patent that doesn't belong to them. It's like you start a tire company and start using rubber material that I patented. For every tire of you sell with my patented rubber, you are infringing on my patent. It's that simple.
Amen to that. Good luck, friend.
Just a guess, but I would say somewhere between .025 and .03.
No pullback this week.
The reason I posted it was for a good laugh. Whomever wrote it has no idea what's going on with this company right now. Ignore it.
Could you throw some possibilities at me?
What happens to our shares in the event of a buyout?
Giddyup again!
Giddyup! Hey, does that mean that tomorrow we have a better likelihood of going up faster as the shorts burn in our wake?
I'm not one to pass judgment, but how stupid do you have to be to short a stock like this? I mean, with all the information that you know, why in the world would you attempt to short this stock?
Nobody's mentioned it, but we're quietly gapping right there at the moment.
Me three. It's great.
