Are you guys giving me the silent treatment?
Agreed....the more press on this tech, the better for all concerned...everyone will be hedging bets on all companies involved.
Th6565, here's wishing you a healthy and successful 80th birthday year!
Georgejones/Buz....George, pay little attention to the anonymous bully, that is buz...he enjoys the gavel and silencing all that challenge his self perceived authority. Buz, do this board a favor and withdrawal as moderator until you gain some integrity. You may have owned LWLG for a long time but you're only half way there as an adult.
If I had the doubts and urgent timetable of some on this board, I would def be in CO asking face to face questions, rather than trying to figure it out here. Take the advice of many....lighten your holdings and buy back as it starts to move up...you'll be the first to know...you watch it every minute. Probably prudent.
I'm in a cabin on a lake in New Hampshire...canoeing, biking, hiking...brass quintets in the evening....sitting on dock at night counting stars...going to the top of a mt today...falling asleep to the sound of loons.... I wish you all peace and serenity for I fear there will be men in white uniforms carrying sraightjackets at the ASM....
If all of our hopes come to fruition....as with anything valuable....I'm sure there will be offers...the folks that understand exactly what they have and if/how it works will be able to decide if the offers are high enough or not. Will they want to drive this tech for the next 5 or 10 or 15 years? Will they want to take on that challenge?
SS, I think that's a pertinent question to ask. I was looking at the amount mngt owns...and then looking at the amount I own...I'm just a regular guy.
I just sold my golf clubs and soccer balls on ebay, to buy more LWLG!!!
Good point SteveSchiets...Regular, monthly acquisitions would make it a smaller pill to swallow and much more positive.
Yes, please explain. eom
Thx Duck, but I had to chuckle at that guy's conclusion.
Red, did you mean unsuccessful debt financing for start ups is a death knell?
LWLG's was successful, correct?
Thanks Joshua...I did read in the doc the very reason you mention.
Thoughts boys? (and girls?)...re: increasing amount of stock available...I'm not an expert, but I read it and my initial feeling is mngt is postioning for increased insider purchases and existing or future employee hire stock option availability. Let me know if th seems on base or not.
Also, not much has been mentioned on Andrew Ashton. Any opinions? Seems a good cog.
I certainly wouldn't invest in the company I work for unless I believed something positive was afoot.
The insider purchases of LWLG recently, should be a result of their belief that something good is about to happen.
Thanks Walt...I'm trying to do 4 things at once including my day job.
From what I can tell, this Miller purchase is his first of LWLG. (I reviewed 4-traders for this info.)
Miller has been an independent director since 2011...age 72.
What prompts him to purchase or exercise options at this time?
Info, from Boulder County Business Report, that may or may not be common knowledge among us.

I had a dream, last night, that we received a letter to investors. Not sure if there's anything to it or not.
Steve/Walt...RIP Belgium...good effort...Arg was tough to breakdown. Any of the remaining four can win...my guess is Holland.
I've played for 40 years...great to see the bars and squares and restaurants packed with fans on the edge of their seats. Howard plays in the EPL with many Belgians, so they knew of his quality but I think they were a bit surprised at the level he rose to. Belgium would probably win 6.5 of 10 but that was a tester. They looked a little shocked in the final 10 minutes but held on well. That late set piece, that almost worked, was brilliant. Klinsmann is a gift, and I think US soccer has finally taken a big step forward, skill and tactics wise. That new crop of young players will be back.
Good luck progressing. I like your team.
Congrats to Belgium...A deserved win! See you again in 4 years, I'm sure.
Are you breathing yet, Walt?
I'm thinking US has a one in three chance...Your Belgian side has some top names...US can mix it up though and surprise. Go Lwlg!
Buz, Wise, Rick, Walt...Rick seems to be trying to provide impartial/good faith assessments on related tech. I consider him the "industry analyst" here on this board and welcome his views. He spends a great deal of time seeking out what he considers are pertinent articles and releases. Buz and Wise...your comments "OT Oddball" and "I'm all ears", regarding his last post are cocky and bothersome to me. I offer most on this board, a great deal of respect, (brothers in arms, so to speak), but have lost a bit for both of you. Is there something I don't know?
Rick, one request....please offer a thought or bit of reasoning when you post a link/release, as it will help me follow what you're getting at. I don't have the same tech understanding as you.
Walter....Here's to a great USA vs Belgium match!
X, that may suit your investment strategy, but others may not have quite as many reserves as you. You sound as though you're accumulating periodically and would like the pps to remain down to maximize your buys. Understood. Others may not have the same revenue sources you have and bought all they can or intend to already.
Either way, speaking in whispers isn't going to control whether the pps moves up or a mngt update occurs.
You want to own as much as possible, for as little as possible, but need time to make the periodic buys. You know that eventually the payoff will be huge.
I would be doing the same thing, if I were you.
I fall somewhere in the middle.
Go USA vs. Deutschland
Don't know if this is old news to you guys/girls or not, but check 4-traders. Enter LWLG, go to company heading...share ownership is listed.
For a second I thought you said 98k at 7.00....then again for a second I thought the US beat Portugal.
I second that request of X...I believe he's been waiting in the wings because of some arguments here with other posters. I enjoy his insight.
I would HOPE a board member has confidence....
"The silent treatment" is the perfect phrase to use, for what we're getting Wise. Hopefully a pleasant surprise will follow it.
Makes sense Odd...Hope to see some insider buying soon.
I don't think Bel and Ger will meet until the final, if they both make it that far...Go LWLG!
Belgium is under the radar and may surprise many...Kompany is a beast...Much like LWLG!!!
World Cup, US Open, LWLG! There's a lot to be excited about in the coming weeks!
Ok, so hire the man, do the PP, collect the cash, complete the science, show the street, push the button...did I miss anything?
Thx KCCO...my T key was stuck...eom
I'm just considering how a potential PP participant would be courted. Are they fringe players that have knowledge of the tech and have been waiting on the sidelines to invest? We already know they have to be people of means. My thought is that if they are brand new to LWLG, a wink and a nod may not sway them as it would seem to only influence an investor when the investor already has a relationship of trust with the person giving the wink/nod.
Is there a way to find who the PP participants are?
