centurycom, keep posting, it seems to be helping the share price immensely. lol
Yes, yes, yes, and yes. All are on very possible and in a short time frame. Be aware though that at different points over the past several years most of those catalysts were thought to be so very close but in the end nothing happened. Don't let this discourage you. Nearly everyone who follows Lightwave closely will agree that the company has never been more poised for major developments.
There are tough requirements to meet to be listed on the NASDAQ. Seems some people think a $5 share price is enough but there is much more to it. I don't see a reverse merger coming and the occasionally rumored reverse split wouldn't help us.
Listing Standard No. 2
The company must have a minimum aggregate cash flow of at least $27.5 million for the past three fiscal years, with no negative cash flow in any of those three years. In addition, its average market capitalization over the prior 12 months must be at least $550 million, and revenues in the previous fiscal year must be $110 million, minimum.
Is there a NASDAQ Lite we can get on?
Read the other requirements: http://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/121.asp#ixzz2JR7AMGpS
Good find, I didn't come across that. Fidelity said these privately managed funds change positions more frequently so that November info is too old to satisfy my curiosity.
I saw that too, midway down in that summary it shows.

I believe all the info is about FAGKX
Buz, I have a Fidelity account too. But you need something like a half million to get access to private managers. I can't swing that until after Lightwave hits.
Lightwave is in a Fidelity Fund?

This is under LWLG news. Click on "Mutual Fund Summary Prospectus"
I called Fidelity to verify. I spoke to different people in the trading and the mutual fund department. They don't have access to the holdings of FAGKX. You can not buy the fund without a managed account. I was on the phone for about 30 minutes and in the end was told that my best bet is to send a letter addressed to Christopher Lee, the fund manager, and hope for the best. They can't access his contact info in their system.
I found a number for Lee but it took me to a generic mailbox. I'm still digging.
To the person who sent me a private reply to post 33, I don't have access to the paid features that would allow me to reply to you.
I looked and you are correct. AVMXF shares still exist. Back over the summer when I converted my F shares to Y my broker told me that Avita was doing away with the F shares, hence the free issuance period. I was under the impression that all the F shares would convert during the free issuance period. Perhaps something changed or I was given bad info, considering I use Etrade I wouldn't be surprised if it was the latter.
The CC is on a Friday before a 3 day weekend? Wtf.
On the bright side, last year when they had a CC (on a Wednesday) they released an update 8 days prior. So hopefully whatever good news they have now will get released on a week day and can be absorbed by the market quickly.
Oil Pipeline through Nebraska back on track.
"Governor Heineman just performed one of the biggest flip-flops that we've seen in Nebraska political history,"
The high pressure pipes they need for a project like this require heavy use of niobium. There won't be a decision from the White House about the project until the end of the summer or sometime in fall.

I don't know what to make of the consistent drag down after hours. Someone could be trading between accounts in an effort to instigate a decline in share price. Only to pick up even cheaper shares as a result.
Vocus is expanding in Europe.

Lightwave's website states the LSS is a Fortune 100 company.
A company with a large stake in Quantum.

I didn't expect such a strong correlation between volume and posts.
They're copy/pastes of Cordovano's writing from 2010. Before he was on the Lightwave payroll.
I hope someone followed this advice!
Agreed, excellent post by the way. With this kind of volume I'd expect a PR today.
Hopefully these trades belong to some members of the BOD.
my last post was prophetic.
1.14 now from a bigger buy, like 30k+. Not sure what it is but it must be good news. I don't like that so many other people know about this before we do.
Correct Steve, baby steps. As I type this we just hit $1.00.
I'd like to wake up one day and the stock is $10. That sort of happened to me once. One morning at work I logged onto Etrade Mobile. It showed the LWLG in my portfolio at $9.98 plus the massive gain. The app had never made a mistake like that before. It corrected itself right after I started dancing. What a great 15 seconds it was.
You too huh? Without the LSS finding use for our materials I don't expect to become a millionaire overnight. But if they merge with a profitable company and can bring this ongoing interest through Celestech to fruition I believe the stock would be able to get into the $5 range.
It's ok Steve, your grammer is better than most who go through the Delaware public school system.
This is true. At a grassroots level I believe the support is strong. As it should be because this project makes so much sense. Projects like this aren't popular in the U.S. especially under the current administration. I don't know if there is actual interest in forming a stockpile even if it was in that wiki leak article that they need to have one. The government isn't very good at making beneficial steps forward. They're more concerned about my guns than Niobium.
Interesting. If our govnment was smart they would work out a deal with Quantum. We provide them with the stock pile of Niobium they should have already and they provide developmental funding for the project as well as interest free loans for any balance.
To the person who sent me a PM. Non paying members can receive but not respond to these. PM me an email address if you'd like an answer.
Intel is a buy now regardless.
Insider Buying!
It's always good to see purchases on the open market from the President of the company. He also received 250,000 shares in options during this time period. I guess he wanted more exposure.

Arrowstar Adds Claims To Alaska Iron Project
Vancouver, B.C. -- January 16, 2013 - Robert L. Card, President of Arrowstar Resources Ltd., ("Arrowstar" or the "Company") (TSXV: AWS), is pleased to announce that the Company has staked an additional 21 claims adjacent to and continuous with its Port Snettisham, Alaska iron ore claim block (the "Claims").
The Claims adjoin the present claim block to the east and south in an area potentially extending an area of magnetic highs indicated during the Company's geophysical surveys conducted this past summer. The new claim block expands the Company's project area by about 43%.
The Company is presently preparing an application for a drilling permit, with the new ground being acquired, the application can be completed and filed. Once the approval has been received the Company will commence a diamond drill program designed to facilitate a National Instrument 43-101 Report outlining potential quality and quantity of the iron resources on the Claims.
In 1970, Marcona Corporation of San Francisco announced a plan to spend $130 million to place this property into production at the rate of 5 million tons per year. Unfortunately, the decline of iron prices caused the project to be delayed and was subsequently dropped.
The Company also announces the resignation of Peter Arendt as a director of the Company effective January 15, 2013. Peter is very busy spending 90% of his time managing a coal project in Indonesia. The Company wishes to thank him for his time and effort as a director of Arrowstar and extends its best wishes for his success in Indonesia.
On Behalf of the Board of Directors,
Arrowstar Resources Ltd.

Volume seems to have came back on the very same day as it did last year. 174,000 shares traded on the Canadian side and counting.
Avita joins the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine
I was pretty happy about this. It's a paid lobby for regenerative medicine. Here's their spot on the Alliance page http://alliancerm.org/member/avita-medical
It's obvious why Avita would want to do something like this. I still contacted one of Avita's Business Development Managers (who is also a PhD) and this was her response;
Apologies for the delayed response to your inquiry on Avita Medical and our recent membership to the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine. We joined for several reasons: ability to network with other regenerative medicine companies, opportunities to influence and establish reimbursement and regulatory policies, and interest in educating the public on the emerging field of regenerative medicine.
Please feel free to contact me if you would like to speak further.
Many thanks!
Best wishes,
I don't see it in my account. Probably only a glitch of some sort, it's not registering as the 52 week low. OTC stocks are sometimes poorly managed, and this one definitely is. I've had issues every which way when buying this stock. Put an order in at the ask and doesn't execute or better yet it executes at a lower price. Other times I put in a bid and eventually shares trade to a lower bid than mine, bypassing me.
I took a position in Avalon in the Fall. I like the CEO and what he has to say. I think this is a nice buy and hold.
I just use the Nasdaq page. Nothing to contribute.
A couple people did say they tried and couldn't. Interesting. I tried some other stocks I own on that site, seems it's info isn't correct.
Nearly $11 today, glad to see it moving up so soon before the 18th.
Thanks X, good to know.
X, what do you think Plan B is for Lightwave if they can't get this deal closed? Do you think they would reduce salaries (similar to what gig just did) to conserve cash?
Mickelson is under contract until December 2013, plenty of time to get everything right.
