No I didn't...
You hit the nail on the head brother!!
<<<GO PGIE GO>>>
Hi guys you might want to have a look at this one here: OPL.V
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=21788
All the necessary DD & TA Charts are available, and to start my pitch I want to highlight the clean balance sheet to start with.
OPL.V has two divisions, one is HPV solar + single & dual axes trackers, HPV is based on GaAs instead of Silicon (who is ending its life cycle in the coming years for solar and PC-chips).
OPL.V is currently trading at 0.83$ and the solar division alone is worth between 1.2 and 1.4$, so your investment is safe on the solar division alone.
But that isn't really important here, because they have developed the POET chip, who will revolutionalize the semiconductor & opto-electronics devices for many years and decades to come!
Just a few tidbits, POET can worked at 500GHz, your average PC has about 2.5Ghz clock speed. POET only uses 5% of the power resources Si needs to operate, they don't have heat issues, they can improve RAM drastically, they can immplement several chips on your motherboard into one chip: POET!!
This is just an apetizer and if you want to know more read my pitch where you'll find the near term catalysts, patents, + 1 billion $$ valaution report (which makes this a 10$ stock, their partnership with US Defense, NASA & the testing being done by BAE Systems... to name a few...
With the current patent wars going on OPL.V could be next, although I would rather see them license their technology with royalties... Watch this stock in the coming weeks & months as a major deal is about to happen...
Personally I'm holding this for many years to come.
Do your extensive DD on this one and you will be please with what I presented here!!
Regards Seven.
Oops I'm sorry, I didn't notice that. I was in a hurry and when I saw the E I immediately came to the board, should've checked it before I posted...
Few minutes ago I went to OTC Markets and they didn't show it either, so yes, Google's databases are out of date...
Well I was trimming down and reorganising my portfolios at Google Finance and when I typed in EVCA Google showed EVCAE...
So I don't know how reliable it is... but wasn't the Q supposed to filed?
Has anyone else seen an E added to EVCA's ticker?
No, its been awfully quiet on that front... I don't know if other members heard something, but the silence speaks volumes I guess...
When he had his heart attack he responded after a few days from the hospital but now its more then a week without news, so this must be tellin'...
With the recent patent war going on OPL.V could benefit from that, now if the overall markets could stop behaving like screaming school girls OPL would be over a buck in no time...
Yes you are right, my apologies, what was I thinking...
Talkin' about a brain fart eh...
Board marked.
This one has the potential to be a multi-bagger...
All the necessary DD + TA Charts are available here:

There is one in Jan 2011... so we're waiting for 2 10Q's now...
And those Q's aren't that important anyways, if you need info look at the 10K
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1320729/000114420411041998/v229614_10k.htm
Yep I'm placing my bet on the 800 million deal, if that comes to fruition and shows in the books then we'll laugh at penny's...
Enough places to chose from but how are they going to pay for one?
Yeah, special breed indeed and to stay with your metaphor, I saw the waterline retreat like with a tsunami and ran for the hills. Nice view up here. lol
Management owns 51% and you say they will RS their own holdings???
Come on now,... and if they wanted to dilute, as you claim, they would have sold their shares instead of giving them as incentive to future earnings. If Fridays news was so bad, as you claim, then PGIE's stock would have tanked like never before, and it didn't happen, so there must be alot of investors who see the value and merit of this stock dividend incentive.
Look at the recent news releases about new contracts and the revenue this will bring in... I say that the dividend will proof to be a golden nugget in the long run...
Not every pinkie ends up as an disaster, some turn out to be very profitable indeed...
Well you did pick a special one with your first time pinkie.
You have 2 camps here, some say its a scam and going to triple pennies and others, including me think they have a chance of making it big in the long run. I wouldn't listen to both if I was you and base your investment decisions on solid DD. Because if let your choices be dominated with what you read here or with what others tell you then you'll most likely loose all your money.
OTC/Pinks can give you humongous rewards and they can leave you bleeding on the sidelines, and no one would care about that.
Caveat emptor my friend!!
OK, they "may" have reduced monthly intrests which may have moderate impact on their liabilities, but they still have to pay the 26 mil,... albeit restructured over a longer period.
Lumea Staffing Inc. + the Cali branch will probably by sold to reduce debt but this won't cover the amount owed.
As these two entities are taken out of their hands GNPG will also have less revenue and lower margins because of that.
Then there's also the Island Fund who seeks means for paying the + 2 mil, so what will happen to the plant in Durant?
Can someone elaborate on that please?
Yeah could be, therefore I say that they will release it Monday...
If they have plans of moving forward then I would to suggest they file it on time, albeit in the time span of an NT... but that doesn't really matter.
Under normal circumstances a dividend is a reward to loyal shareholders and is usually done by companies who have solid profits. For what PGIE concerns, there are several possible scenario's...
One could be that since there are alot of wild accusations about dilution (every day, lol), PGIE has decided to give a substantial part of the recently increased A/S to their shareholders, so PGIE can't be accused of diluting & selling shares in the open market.
But this all depends on what type of divi it is and what the conditions are. If they are restricted for a year the possible dilutive effect will only come into play after a year.
And when PGIE manages to increase revenue, profits and enterprise value in the meantime (as recent contracts indicate), than investors won't be eager to sell their (restricted) shares once they become available...
So at first glance it can look like a shady operation and people asking franticly "why" & "whats the purpose"... but if one starts to think about it, and has a long term view, it can actually be very very good for us! Think about it, who would sell their dividend, once the restriction comes off, knowing that your total portfolio will be much more worth in the future...
I for one would hold on to my shares + divi for dear life!!
PGIE has a year to proof itself, and if they do what they claim there will be alot of revenue by then, and they can close new contracts as we go forward, so this dividend (reward) could be a golden nugget guys...
Simplification: you get divi --> PGIE makes profit --> divi could be worth penny's... in a year or beyond...
PS: @doco: you said that the divi would cause the O/S to increase with 100%, but this is not necessarily the case. It all depends if its just the common shareholders (Float) who gets a dividend, then its only a 49% increase... (in a year from now)
Because 51% of the O/S is owned by insiders...
Get the picture?!
I just had an urgent phone call, have to leave it here but I wil answer you later tonight or tomorrow, ok?
I can show you restricted div shares, what are you talking about?
I honestly think that we're going gradually up to the 15th and it all depends what type of dividend it is and what the conditions are to know what will happen afterwards...
At this moment there are several possibilities and its hard to judge right now which one will be the right one. But I will speak frank if I know the conditions...
I would make the same comment bro, if you don't like what you see why not sell... this is something that I can't understand, really!
I'm only in this stock since Aug and in these 15+- days I've seen the word dilution more then the comp. has shares to dilute, lol.
Well you know the comp. better then me if you're here so long and I don't know all the mistakes they've made, but if its really that bad then I would've sold and never looked back.
Everybody makes mistakes and thats not bad as long as one learns from it its OK, otherwise its asinine and I wouldn't be involved if this was the case.
The run to a penny was very powerful and its quite normal that you have several days of heavy sellin' afterwards... after all it was a hype, albeit with enormous potential if its true, but as long it ain't in the books people (the market) rate it at fair value once the hype and fuss subsides.
If they show us hardcore numbers and they are sound then we'll be flying past that penny faster then a mule can kick... JMO
True, I said that last night or early this morning.
Startups & juniors have no other means then that, 'til they have revenue, but you should know that before you entered the OTC.
You guys act like its the first time... come on now, be serious eh
Not knowing can be frustrating, but hearing the same thing day in and day out also...
Its really quite simple, if you think they are diluting like crazy why don't you (& everybody who thinks that) sell and move on. It must be haunting to think that every second of the day and still be holding... that just doesn't make sense...
If I don't like to watch a certain movie I won't stay 'til the end and be crancked up about it...
Jail is to crowded as it is right now... and you would put all the MM in there too... too funny
There is distinct possibility that they sold shares, but it would be stupid of them to do it at these low levels!
Why waste your shares for peanuts if they can make much more once the revenue etc is announced... that is if they even sold shares or planning to do it...
Anxiety, nervous nelly's, mixed emotions, uncertainty, fear mongering, shorting, buying, selling, bashing... not necessarely in this order but mixed in one giant meme...
Give it a rest will ya!!
Its been crying and yammering about dilution since I entered this stock a while ago...
They are in a meeting right now, try later...
MM's were holding this down because they know this will go up to the 15th of Sep...
Very nice, just as I expected... FLY PGIE FLY...
Yeah right.
Every post I've seen from you is negative and as a bagholder it ain't wise to shoot in your own foot...
I sent him one yesterday but haven't got a reply yet...
His mailbox must be piling out these days...
True, another increased is game over.
I don't think they are so stupid...
Don't they have to file an S-1, 8k or similar document to some authority first before they can increase their ss?
If they announced it on their website then I'm fine with that.
They come from the A/S IMO...
Have you seen a registration anywhere for increasing their ss...?
Nice try, but no dilution here, hehehe
For those who have Twitter or are posting on other boards and platforms I would like to suggest that you send out today's news with a little feedback and once the word is spread this stock can go to a penny in no time at all!!
Such great news gets around very quickly and spreading it via social platforms is a very effective way of reaching out to the masses... Spread the message people!!
