Deep diving into the technical levels for Greenfield Farms Food Inc (GRAS), we note that the equity currently has a 14-day Commodity Channel Index (CCI) of 0.00. Active investors may choose to use this technical indicator as a stock evaluation tool. Used as a coincident indicator, the CCI reading above +100 would reflect strong price action which may signal an uptrend. On the flip side, a reading below -100 may signal a downtrend reflecting weak price action. Using the CCI as a leading indicator, technical analysts may use a +100 reading as an overbought signal and a -100 reading as an oversold indicator, suggesting a trend reversal.
Greenfield Farms Food Inc’s Williams Percent Range or 14 day Williams %R currently sits at 0.00. The Williams %R oscillates in a range from 0 to -100. A reading between 0 and -20 would point to an overbought situation. A reading from -80 to -100 would signal an oversold situation. The Williams %R was developed by Larry Williams. This is a momentum indicator that is the inverse of the Fast Stochastic Oscillator.
Currently, the 14-day ADX for Greenfield Farms Food Inc (GRAS) is sitting at 89.26. Generally speaking, an ADX value from 0-25 would indicate an absent or weak trend. A value of 25-50 would support a strong trend. A value of 50-75 would identify a very strong trend, and a value of 75-100 would lead to an extremely strong trend. ADX is used to gauge trend strength but not trend direction. Traders often add the Plus Directional Indicator (+DI) and Minus Directional Indicator (-DI) to identify the direction of a trend.
The RSI, or Relative Strength Index, is a widely used technical momentum indicator that compares price movement over time. The RSI was created by J. Welles Wilder who was striving to measure whether or not a stock was overbought or oversold. The RSI may be useful for spotting abnormal price activity and volatility. The RSI oscillates on a scale from 0 to 100. The normal reading of a stock will fall in the range of 30 to 70. A reading over 70 would indicate that the stock is overbought, and possibly overvalued. A reading under 30 may indicate that the stock is oversold, and possibly undervalued. After a recent check, the 14-day RSIfor Greenfield Farms Food Inc (GRAS) is currently at 48.15, the 7-day stands at 46.15, and the 3-day is sitting at 0.00.

Ok, Thanks for the input very helpful.
$Go GRAS!
GRAS looks forward to profitable operations in the insurance syndication space, as originally contemplated.
Gives shareholders something to look forward to.
This has been made public in the PR's. The CEO is clear they want a profitable business. Not many OTC stocks are this bold in their press releases.
After negotiations over the weekend, management of GRAS is pleased to announce that the divestiture and restructuring of debt are now completed. GRAS looks forward to profitable operations in the insurance syndication space, as originally contemplated. We apologize for any confusion occasioned by the press release of July 21, 2017.
Still buying this are you? Like I said nothing but pumpz and now in the dumpz.
Birdy have you called the pizza place are they open?
From what I have heard the CEO is a straight shooter, and is a pillar of the community. So you are correct about giving them time to get their feet planted.
Go $GRAS!!
I am hopeful for the the 10K and some clarification. As of right now the PR's are what they are, but some said they are still in business. We both know things change in the OTC pretty quickly. So hopefully management or the CEO will make things clear for the shareholders. I agree with you 100% go look at post 26394. However, something seems a bit odd about completely getting each location sold in the span of a weekend. We will have to wait and see what management is doing. I am hopeful you get back in and hopeful this thing headz to DA MOON!
You quote pizza a lot in your post! I really would like to know if the pizza businez is still on the agendaz!
Waiting patiently on the 10K. That will be the major factor if I invest more money on this one.
? OK so now what? LOL!!!!
Good to know.
I think I would prefer this, and perhaps a side venture into insurance.
The idea that the pr came out that they were going into insurance/when they have been promoting their pizza business sounds bizarre. I don't know why they would make a statement about insurance, from pizza if they did not have a sound model for the insurance sector.
The last pr stated they are working on the 10K so hopefully that will be around the corner.
lol/some peeplez knowz things otherz dont.
Yeah I wouldn't be holding for just one tick. Set the ask high.
Oh goodness NO! No Sauerkraut, if the opportunity arises I will give it a try for you but, not on my bucket list lol. Management needs to show they can handle business. I am waiting it out pal.
Hey, I am with you management however needs to step up. And don't be deceived by who post on IHUB, IHUB is more entertainment than facts about a company. So you actually are eating the pizza? Can I ask what location?
Management has dropped the ball.
LOL. Explain the PPS now.
Looks like management has hung shareholders out to dry on this one. lol.
looks like a goose egg.
Seems odd that the ask keeps rising and rising on this one. People starting to realize that it was just FAKE NEWS!?
Understandable.
did ya get back in?
Nice find need to do some more dd on them.
It does prompt some questions, I do not know if that is them or not.
Yes. I was questioning the volume myself after the PR a bit quiet.

"the divestiture of state-owned assets"
WEST PALM BEACH, FL -- July 24, 2017 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Greenfield Farms Food, Inc. ("GRAS" or the "Company") (OTCPink: GRAS) announced completion of an asset purchase agreement - not a merger - of Cherry Hill Financial LLC. In the transaction, GRAS acquired 100% of Cherry Hill's membership interest and the agreement called for GRAS to divest itself of its then existing operations and restructure its debt. It was that obligation and not the underlying asset purchase that was delayed. After negotiations over the weekend, management of GRAS is pleased to announce that the divestiture and restructuring of debt is now completed. GRAS looks forward to profitable operations in the insurance syndication space, as originally contemplated. We apologize for any confusion occasioned by the press release of July 21, 2017.
I like it so far.
