tell him you found the "holy grail of stocks". good fortune to you .......
who really is the donkey and who is King Kong. Can't believe MF gave us some creds....
when was it never the case?
thank you timetravelrdso... the question was! (if viewed either personally or by a surrogate)
Does Bruce have the propensity to positively use our collective comments and sentiment on this board in his consideration of future significant events of the company? It surly wasn't meant to expect him to respond to our posts directly. We both know that that would be an absurd and unrealistic expectation. CGC will set the bar to a level that makes the worlds jaw drop (it's already begun). Best of luck to you
Thank you DB..very refreshing to say the least.
in all due respect DB and to the rest of the board....do you think that bruce really reads this or any other message board, and if he does, do our collective opinions carry any weight in his decisions with his business plan going forward (aka...split). Ludicrous question I know...but asking it anyway for a show of hands.
smart money wants in here a BIG way...i.e. recent volume. Give 'em what they want and provide the liquidity that will drive a 3:1 to 60 again. They will drain the well dry if we don't. OMO GLTA
an appropriate video celebrating the power of CGC from the beginning until who the hell knows when. But we DO know that there will be a shitload of millionaires made here and it's a just reward for those few individuals that hung on to this beast after everything it's gone through....forever. Congratulations.
volume 2.3M U.S in 3 minutes
Thank you for your perspective MMP and I am definitely happy with $27 to $45 US in a matter only a few weeks. But I have never been good at the in- out-in game and now just hold if I believe I have a winner let along a beast like this with so much long term potential.
After selling at $45, with my luck it would run to $55, pull back to
$50 and then take off again heading toward 10/17. Would have missed out and be sitting with a pant load of short term capital gains. Thank you again but I'm undeniably a long term holder of my 5,000 golden tickets. GLTY
you just nailed it for me !
MMMMMMM....who says CGC has to crater big time before it runs again. Too many plusses and very few minuses that may minimize the downward slide. How deep, who knows but if you are long...no worries. 10/17 is looming and the world is salivating over what we have to offer.
thank you...I'm here to learn from the veteran investors and traders here as to what the outcomes of all of the potential situations mean to our bottom line and in our pockets. Thank you for your help DB
got it! the potential of it happening any day now is out there as we know and the smaller investor will start gobbling it up...1 billions shares or not. With institutions fully engaged in large investments almost daily... doesn't that mitigate the impact of the billion share issue to where the float become reasonable very quickly and maybe even thinning out? Newbie here looking for answers with my future on the line...fully invested in this beauty.
you wont have to wait long until a dispensary comes to a neighborhood close to you.
in all due respect would a sp of about $15 US post 3:1 split and huge volume absorbing the float daily not be enough of a catalyst to keep moving Canopy's pps higher after a couple of significant periods of consolidation over the next 30 days or so before legalization?
every persons opinion is as equally important as their friends or neighbors is. No need for more debate of a company that will financially take many investors here over the moon.
the massive pullback better be MASSIVE to scare my new long son out of his investment.. the more red the number, the more intent he will be to chose an entry point for another purchase. You have no clue on the intensity of the commitment of the longs that own canopy that will never cough up even one share under the most severe short attack conditions. Bring it on. He is prepared..and his brother as well that is waiting for a pullback to en gauge in his first investment in CGC. nice try dude, major fail.... my young daughter is next and is learning about your SHITE every day. These kids will be financial superstars with Canopy.
a 3:1 split might assist them in making the financial commitment to invest if the price of entry were to be $15 US as opposed to $45. Would that help change their mind? Most likely yes I expect.....Bruce, split this thing before it's $20 US after a 3:1. What are we waiting for?. only my opinion. GLTA
The U.S. is ready for legal MJ. just need to be pushed off the ledge. The pressure is on with the committed "39" and we will join the party with the other 11 rest assured. You wake up one morning and Trump had a dream that night that convinced him that Sessions need to be "FIRED". It happened the morning I found out about STZ. Voila... could happen... game on in the US!
on a Fri pm of all days after countless repeated 3-10% trading days of green in succession. I'm speechless
beautiful close in progress here.... go CGC
this is waaaaay too easy indeed
"I can't push her any faster Bruce, the whole thing is gonna blow". Warp 11 immediately and warp 12 is imminent...that's an order! Notify STZ of our appreciation for the power booster module they supplied us with as well as the additional rocket fuel....carry on!!
That is absolutely the most appropriate position to take. My son is 32 with a young family that has been watching CGC for some time. This week he realized that I made 70k plus on paper and his 50 share buy was full on in a heartbeat. just a drop of pee in the ocean at the HIGH POINT I understand but no matter...he is in and on his way to a 5-10 bagger I believe. Buying at 41 will be a joke by 12/31
thank you for all of your incredible information about the company and encouragement for the new investors that are trying to figure out what you already know. We are on board at some ridiculous entry points but 'we are in". I have told my children that 99 pcnt of the investors in CGC that come in behind them will pay more than they have. their future looks very bright.
hope you get a grip on that stoner if it's medically related. I am bipolar and prone to panic attacks. Living in the crazy but highly positive and energizing world of Canopy/Tweed gives me a positive outlook on the future...how could you view it otherwise?
no worries dude... will double down in the 30's if it goes there. if you are still holding short, which you are your balls are turning blue and the margin calls come in daily. Man are you screwed and you know it. My kid is going to be fine and will retire early on this stock. You may be panhandling or living in your car when he does before 40...good luck!
Your expertise in investing in the market is much appreciated. Information I will undoubtedly used going forward. I drive a 1989 nissan maxima with 330k on it and it screams down the pavement on the original engine and transmission. Eat your heart out Spartan! I've included a little video showing my appreciation for providing me with your investing advisement. It's powerful stuff for myself and other newbies that need to avoid the pitfalls as we move forward. (copy and paste ) Thank you Darius (and Spartan...lol)
My oldest son has just jumped in and the #2 son that is getting married in Ireland tomorrow will be a new investor next week. They are really jazzed at 32 and 28 years old. Hope to leave them with this "legacy stock" in addition to their own personal stashes when the final bell rings... GLTA
priceless GTs are more valuable every day.
I appreciate your sophisticated knowledge of investing that I have not experienced, but am still learning. Just attempting to caution another newbie from making the same mistake twice that I have already made once myself with CGC. Thank you for your response. Always appreciate the expertise in your knowledge and posts.
good lesson learned husky. I'm a newbie, ankle biter, neophyte, wet behind the ears 8 month "LONG" Canopy investor. Unless you are very sophisticated in gauging potential market turns for financial gains of your equity in my estimation it's literally futile with CGC / WEED that can whipsaw $2 in 20 minutes in a 40 dollar stock as it has for each of the last 2 days. If you like Canopy, read this board for a few months. The stocks recent meteoric increase in SP coupled with its future potential fuels volatility and activity from a number of entities.
Shorting, profit taking, weak hands bailing, day traders and stops being taken out with regularity all.... in my estimation.... scream for Canopy to be a long term hold and watched closely especially for a new investor. 8 months in and I am still watching on a daily basis. This is not intended to be an investment strategy but only my opinion. GLTY
hence eyeballing the U S of A as a cash cow when the dam breaks....and it will... surly it will...maybe sooner than many expect.
my assessment may mean very little but I agree with your decision john
in almost all of the interviews in my 8 short months here as a shareholder in Canopy that I have seen with Bruce as the speaker, he has always reiterated that he is intently focused on revitalizing the communities that he has targeted that facilitate implementation of his aggressive expansion plan. Rebuilding rundown facilities, creating viable living wage jobs, inspiring a sense of well being and hope in everyone they touch....and make a pantload of scratch as they conduct business.
He will be the residents knight in shining armor and Tweed will be running through their veins. Loyalty and branding as a result "for doing the right thing" for others as you build a worldwide KILLER company. The man is both a business genius and committed humanitarian.... and we are beginning to see only the tip of the benefits of what is coming as a result of those ingrained qualities that he personifies. GLTA shareholders
sounds divine....would love experiencing both in the near future john, this week, today, right now!! 54+ CDN and 41+ US is just nothing short of incredible....We are in a "sweet spot" that 99.9% of all investors will never experience. The ultra longs are wearing crowns for their hard work and diligence since the 1s and 2s. Hoping for a 5 bagger from here...just might get it and I won't worry about living to 100 if my liver holds out that long. lolol ....stay the course all
A blonde and "BLOW" ?? either an off the cuff statement or outright anticipation of things to come. Retired and recently divorced...my mind is pretty much working in one direction these days. My apologies to the ladies on the board. smell a little rally at the EOD after some nice consolidation all morning. Keep holding them G/Ts longs and newbies
and I will be right here doog with triple the shares...if it doesn't split again "19 that is. all aboard!!
8M shares U.S. at 9:30 MT, higher highs/higher lows....only 55 days left!!! yesssss!
on your front porch...set up a lawn chair a six pack of beer and a couple doobies. watch intently for white cars to pass. If a female driver stares at you longingly and drives by 3 times within an hour...."you are in dude". Flag that hottie down!! glty but don't think you're gonna' need it.
yep! it would be 76 or so US and while I believe the split will draw in new shareholders on the cheap the appreciation in share price will be minimal at first. Quarterly numbers not coming in until at least feb '19 in my mind will be preempted with an outrageous amount of positive news from Canopy and the MJ industry worldwide. If not 100 by 12/31 then how about $80...60+ US....we are at 40+ as of today. I would take a 50%+ increase and apologize later for my exuberance and overestimation.
