Please educate me here. I am in ther impression that the gold sell was withheld because of tax issue last time right. That means they have problem with paying tax? Nothing is clear here.

They are collecting money from the shareholders selling stocks and never update us. I don't know why the law allows them not to report anything but to sell shares.

I still have some hope though. Guru is promoting this stock time to time. Probably, he knows something that we don't.

We are talking about 250kg of gold bearing materials per month here and Prmo is sitting at 1/2s? This is unbelievable. I hope you are right on news thing. I also hope that we will get news on Prmo soon. But, we need big news to get this stock moving, IMHO.

Prmo scenario IMHO:
1. This company doesn't produce/sell any gold. This company like many other pinkies sell shares to survive.

2. This company produce/sell gold. They have huge inventory of gold bearing materials and are selling time to time. But, they don't want to disclose anything because they don't care about shareholders. Management people want to get rich themselves.

3. This is a legitimate company with huge gold reserve and waiting right moment to award long time shareholders. They are currently selling gold in this hot market and when the time is right we will see a major PRs with facts.

I will go with scenario 3 for the sake of my investment. Want to be little positive with my investments.

Most pinkies don't release news because they don't have any news to release. In Prmo's case this scenario is not valid, imho. I believe that this is a real company.

Gold stock trading at 1s at all time high gold price era- unbelievable.
This stock is a mystry.

May be we all should send thousands of emails to Dror demanding tranparency.

I still have faith in this stock.

If the refinery is really in Florida and everything what people are saying here is correct, this stock will be more than a dime easily, IMHO.

My 6M shares @ 0.0001 never got filled on Friday. I don't know what are you talking about.

Many investors are raising questions whether they have any gold in the first place. Many emails have been sent to Mr. Dror and many phone calls have been placed per different posts in this board. I personally sent emails, but never got any answer from the company.

You wrote' why doesn't smart intelligent investor ask/make Prmo prove what they have'? IMHO, you look more smarter than anybody here( looks like you know their 10 years history).Can you make them prove what they have? We all would appreciate that.

One thing I agree with you is, until Prmo can prove that they have gold inventory with truth and facts, we will be sitting at 1s for a long time, IMHO.

As long as Prmo doesn't prove that they really have gold backed up by facts and truth, this will go nowhere despite so many veterans calls, IMHO. If it does, by any chance, I will take that because I hold a good size Prmo Bag.

People get excited when gold price goes up. That is nothing to do with Prmo because we still don't know for fact whether Prmo has any gold. So far it's just speculations.
Gold might go to $2000 plus, but Prmo might be sitting at 1s until they prove that they have gold by otc filings with proof, IMHO.

If everything is true on what people are saying here, this will easily be stock of the year, I believe. But, the company doesn't want to release anything to shareholders. Instead, they are selling shares(increased 10B to AS) like most of other scam pinkies do.

I hold large bag of Prmo stock and want to see the pps skyrocket like everybody here, but it should start from the prmo mgmt, I think.

I will wait and see.

Two things I am waiting for:
1. In his last pr, Mr. Dror said, he still has to serve main course to Prmo shareholders.
2. Who bought two big chunks of 40k worth of shares and why? Was that just the trick?

We need some kind of updates asap. Otherwise, we all will lose a lot of money here, IMHO.

I still hope that BirdGang is a reputable stock promotor not P&D.
But, all three they are currently promoting SWWH, deg*, and vig* are down the hill. Most people including myself already have lost 50%.
If nothing materialize, BG will loose their reputation big time, IMHO.

I do a faith in SWWH though.

What happened with merger/name change? Most people who bought at 0.25 already have lost 40% of their investments, IMHO, but their is no sign of PRs yet. I am getting nervous. Tired of losing money.
