"In plant form and with minute processes The THCa is still there"
I think if you spent as much time reading informative information as you did watching it, you would probably have a much more intelligent understanding of the biology and properties of the plant! As with media you have to always read between the lines!(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Concentration_of_media_ownership).
I'm not saying you don't have a understanding. But there is much much for everyone to learn. And not understanding is the same as not caring in my book. There is way more complexity here than most think!
The cannabinoid complex that was not used to treat his autism, I could of told you that without even watching the video! But after watching the video, this is what I have to say. Go to 2:47 on the clip,
"Autism is not a qualifying medical condition, like cancer or sever pain. Though in Alex's case the seizures are." Those are the reporters words! Thc is not the best compound for mental problems. Though would be helpful for his motor(uncontrollable movements) and other problems. Though again Thc in not harmful to minds of regular caliber. Strong minds aren't as easily affected by bio molecular chemistry. There is over 400 active compounds in the thc plant. And the most medicinal one is CBD(cannabidiol). In the Cannabidiol lies the ability to combat the mind! IMO, there is many years of research still, as in the next 80years think how far this plant will go. I believe it would already be there if it wasn't for the greed of corporations and our nations politicians. But I'm not complaining too much. As I am able to be part of something great, with the exponential growth coming in the just of my young adulthood!
Best of luck to you though! As we are part of something that truly has the power to heal! In my whole life, green(marijuana) has brought nothing but good. Well except for the law enforcement side of things. It's is all about $$$ though unfortunately(that's the American way). At least this time around the greed will bring great change!
First off let me just say.......Anything cannabis related is going to me much healthier than any pharmaceuticals. As loading the body with drugs at a young age is much more harmful than not. Where as I would consider mj related substances to be natural/herbal.
Age of son, and size weight and height? And super smart you say, is he good with numbers? Is he able to perceive body language well at all? Very loving huh, that is amazing :)! Oh, and depending on age, what is his independence like....have a good sense of himself, able to work well alone, social ability? That would help me be able to speculate better. And, don't worry about rambling. Some people enjoy substance more than not ;). Also I can tend to go on and on my self HAHAHA! Anyways.........
Oh And what I meant earlier by raw or slightly processed form is, smoking the plant or basic processes(hash keif butter basic oil). Since you are still getting most of the compounds that way just not the bio carbons. Though with some processes people do get excess chlorophyll as some plant material gets adsorbed by the solvent when using anything but the highest of grades of bud.
Hmm, so you said it moderate not severe. Does he have a classified condition? As I know there are a few different types of ASD's. And next, I would then have to ask you on which way you are thinking of, or would plan to medicate him?
As far as the compound Thc goes, higher amounts in frequent doses over long periods of time are not to good for certain mental conditions or physios IMO. Though when you have low thc and high cbd, or even just concentrated cbd by its self it has different properties. As it has been proven that cbd has it's own affects alternative to thc. Which means even though both compounds come from the same place they do different things. I believe the individual characters of a few of the different compounds are proven now, IMO CBD is a super drug....rambling lol, anyways.
So here are a few of my thoughts for you from what I have. For the anxiety condition a great CBD compound would probably be good as the CBD its self has more of the say therapeutic aspects to it. It is very calming and creates a nice mellow edge for the body. I'd say in my opinion looking into mj would be an amazing idea, though it may be best to stay away from high doses of thc till the brain is more mature. Low doses in short to slightly prolonged periods would probably be ok, but the high doses from say smoking the plant would probably not be good. From my experience habitual use of thc in under developed minds decreases motor functions, and increased psychosis. Though these affects seem to be decreased if the person starts use after full mental development. I'd really say something down the mj route could work wonders! Not to mention will be much healthier.
Gl2U, May everything work for the best!!!!!!!
Informative stuff.............,
From some of my understanding, the processes and affects the marijuana/hemp plant may have could be limitless as the endocannabinoid system in humans is quite extensive! And as far as symbiotic relationships go, I believe this is one to go in the history books! Since we produce these endocannabinoids we have cannabinoid receptors! Without those, the relationships between the plant and us would be null. The real question now is figuring out where all the receptors are(they could be in every part of our bodies systems), and which different compounds have affects on those certain receptors!
What really peaks my interest is the possibility of certain types of cannabinoid receptors which are expressed in endothelial cells. The endothelial cells line the entire vascular system! Wherever blood flows these cells are! And to make it even more interesting these cells have some duality as, each side of the cell acts as a different lining! They also line the lymphatic vessels, which is very interesting also as the lymphatic system is pretty much a plasma recycling center for our bodies.
All endocannabinoids and plant cannabinoids are fat soluble, compounds. Which means they easily affect the brain as the will pass through the blood brain barrier easily! here is a excerpt from wiki
"There are currently two known subtypes, termed CB1 and CB2.[5][6] The CB1 receptor is expressed mainly in the brain (central nervous system or "CNS"), but also in the lungs, liver and kidneys. The CB2 receptor is expressed mainly in the immune system and in hematopoietic cells.[7]
The protein sequences of CB1 and CB2 receptors are about 44% similar.[10] When only the transmembrane regions of the receptors are considered, amino acid similarity between the two receptor subtypes is approximately 68%.[4] In addition, minor variations in each receptor have been identified. Cannabinoids bind reversibly and stereo-selectively to the cannabinoid receptors. The affinity of an individual cannabinoid to each receptor determines the effect of that cannabinoid. Cannabinoids that bind more selectively to certain receptors are more desirable for medical usage."
CB1
Cannabinoid receptor type 1 (CB1) receptors are thought to be one of the most widely expressed G protein-coupled receptors in the brain. This is due to endocannabinoid-mediated depolarization-induced suppression of inhibition, a very common form of short-term plasticity in which the depolarization of a single neuron induces a reduction in GABA-mediated neurotransmission. Endocannabinoids released from the depolarized post-synaptic neuron bind to CB1 receptors in the pre-synaptic neuron and cause a reduction in GABA release.
They are also found in other parts of the body. For instance, in the liver, activation of the CB1 receptor is known to increase de novo lipogenesis.[11] Activation of presynaptic CB1 receptors is also known to inhibit sympathetic innervation of blood vessels and contributes to the suppression of the neurogenic vasopressor response in septic shock.[12]
A study done on CB1 knockout mice (genetically altered mice that cannot produce CB1) showed an increase in mortality rate. They also displayed suppressed locomotor activity as well as hypoalgesia (decreased pain sensitivity). The CB1 knockout mice did respond to Delta9-Tetrahydrocannabinol THC. This shows that either CB2 or unknown cannabinoid receptors also have pharmacologic significance.[13]
CB2
CB2 receptors are mainly expressed on T cells of the immune system, on macrophages and B cells, and in hematopoietic cells. They also have a function in keratinocytes(think rick simpson oil), and are expressed on mouse pre-implantation embryos. They are also expressed on peripheral nerve terminals. These receptors play a role in antinociception, or the relief of pain. In the brain, they are mainly expressed by microglial cells, where their role remains unclear. While the most likely cellular targets and executors of the CB2 receptor-mediated effects of endocannabinoids or synthetic agonists are the immune and immune-derived cells (e.g. leukocytes, various populations of T and B lymphocytes, monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells, mast cells, microglia in the brain, Kupffer cells in the liver, etc.), the number of other potential cellular targets is expanding, now including endothelial and smooth muscle cells, fibroblasts of various origins, cardiomyocytes, and certain neuronal elements of the peripheral or central nervous systems.[7]
Signaling
Cannabinoid receptors are activated by cannabinoids, generated naturally inside the body (endocannabinoids) or introduced into the body as cannabis or a related synthetic compound.
After the receptor is engaged, multiple intracellular signal transduction pathways are activated. At first, it was thought that cannabinoid receptors mainly inhibited the enzyme adenylate cyclase (and thereby the production of the second messenger molecule cyclic AMP), and positively influenced inwardly rectifying potassium channels (=Kir or IRK).[22] However, a much more complex picture has appeared in different cell types, implicating other potassium ion channels, calcium channels, protein kinase A and C, Raf-1, ERK, JNK, p38, c-fos, c-jun and many more.[22]
Separation between the therapeutically undesirable psychotropic effects, and the clinically desirable ones, however, has not been reported with agonists that bind to cannabinoid receptors. THC, as well as the two major endogenous compounds identified so far that bind to the cannabinoid receptors —anandamide and 2-arachidonylglycerol (2-AG)— produce most of their effects by binding to both the CB1 and CB2 cannabinoid receptors. While the effects mediated by CB1, mostly in the central nervous system, have been thoroughly investigated, those mediated by CB2 are not equally well defined.

CAN WE SAY SUPER FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
READ THE ARTICLE, THIS HELPED START MY STUDIES ALMOST TWO YEARS BACK!
http://www.kipnews.org/2011/06/28/hemp-seed-the-most-nutritionally-complete-food-source-in-the-world/
CHECK THIS ARTICLE OUT, IT'S A GREAT READ! A LITTLE OLD, BUT VERY INFORMATIVE!
CAN WE SAY SUPER FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"Check this": http://www.kipnews.org/2011/06/28/hemp-seed-the-most-nutritionally-complete-food-source-in-the-world/
And yes spot on! Reclassify cannabis and put our doctors and federal drug grants to use on something that really has a chance at making a better life for man kind! Marijuana/Hemp is the future! That is why we are all here right? Strong Hands here~
Dang, that's no good! I have a very very close person to me that has bad alcohol problems, So I know the pain! It's because alcohol is very destructive to the body, when the body fails the mind fails as well & vice versa. As for marijuana I consider short term memory loss as in very short term! I'd say it affects things on the inter daily levels not much more. But the damages from marijuana to the physical body aren't really there, though it can affect psychosis and mental that is really just in the basic stages. When the plant is modified and individual compounds are put to use, that is where the true potential lies! I couldn't say enough about the positive effects on the physical body though! "Check this" read it's a good article and the nutritional values of hemp!
Marijuana/Hemp are super plants!!!! With the new research that is somewhat possible now, we will see cannabinoids, and plant use in almost everything in the next ten years!
"Check this": http://www.kipnews.org/2011/06/28/hemp-seed-the-most-nutritionally-complete-food-source-in-the-world/
This sector seems as it is here to stay! The multiples may take longer than most think. But three years from now, we will all be glad we were here pre development :)!
Marijuana is detrimental to short term memory, and smoking or ingesting the plant in raw or just slightly processed form is probably not too good for Alzheimer patients(since it does ruin short term memory)! Probably not birthing mothers either. That being said. I do smoke marijane and do believe in many of it's hundreds upon thousands of purposes. But do know it is does have some side effects and short term memory loss is one of those. Though from my research, it has very very little effect on long term memory.
Now few certain compounds of the marijuana plant are known for combating alzheimer. The big understanding you have to have place for the memory side of things is the somewhat mirror relationship between Thc(Tetrahydrocannabinol), and Anandamide(N-arachidonoylethanolamine)! Hope you are rocking the CBD for them :)!
Anandamide is soluble in fat which allows it to easily slip across the blood-brain barrier. Its 3-dimensional shape STRONGLY RESEMBLES that of THC. However, THC it's self is a relatively robust molecule, whereas anandamide in comparison is fragile and breaks down rapidly in the body. That is why anandamide doesn't produce the same effects of a continual 'natural high' that you receive from THC.
Anandamide is synthesized enzymatically in the areas of the brain that are important in memory, thought processes and control of movement. Research suggests that anandamide plays a role in the making and breaking of short-term connections between nerve cells, and this is related to learning and memory. Animal studies suggest that too much anandamide induces forgetfulness. This suggests that if substances could be developed that keep anandamide from binding to its receptor, these might be used to treat memory loss or even to enhance existing memory! That's why certain compounds synthesized may be good for combating alzheimers. But in my belief it would one would need to be proactive before a harsh onset of the disease.
And the part for soon to be birthing mothers. Anandamide is one of the first communications that occurs between mother and child. Due to the similarity between THC and anadamide, scientists have raised the possibility that THC may interfere with signalling between the uterus and the embryo.
Now I could go on and on about the true potential of the plant and it's compounds and how great for man the psychological and physical effects are. But the truth is, it does not cure everything. And at the same time it is not good for everything. Anyways GLTA.
And I think we got a winner here with MWIP. It is the ONLY, yes the ONLY stock in the erbal sector that will have a bid showing higher than the ask some mornings! That never happens with the other ones! And the few stocks I've seen that happen to, time after time again are usually the truth and have much strength!
The main difference though is, California is just mmj not recreational! Erbb you see, will be talking figures we wont even of thought they could of made! That is the truth, especially with the low tax rates in Colorado. and the suggestion that in on deck to only let existing mmj dispensaries provide for the first year, will provide ERBB with tremendous position. As if they are expanding like they say(which explains dilution), they will KILL IT IN PHYSICAL SALES!
And as far as the stc* guy goes, a lower float it does have. Maybe some creditable people too, but 12.5 mill in licensing agreements and a price of .0063 seems a little outlandish to me! That could easily be a months revenue once the shops are actively taxing and selling to every one by jan. of next year!
As soon as the Cannabis Cup rolls around, I have a feeling this little guy will have, or will be just starting a great great upward movement!
I know what you mean.
These cheapies won't be around forever. My order didn't fill at .0065 but I was able to grab em at .0067 which is pretty much the same, well months from now any ways.
My mwip filled too, Though I had the oreders at .07 and .068, wish I could of gotten that .0672 low! Awe well though!
Even was able to drop all my hemp, and some of my erbb at the highs of the day :)!
Good luck man, Though we definitely won't need it soon!!!!!
Long and Strong~
Mmmmmmm, and I love eating em up!! Gotta love the early morning shake downs, and the power hours :)!
OHHHHHH YEAHHHHH! THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT BABY :)
.0065 Just once for me Baby :)!
Wee, This investing stuff is easy. HAHAHA
I hadn't read that post but I laughed so hard when i read this, "Revising the Colorado Clean Air Act to include the impact of marijuana smoke"!!!!
Thanks for the fun times pollux, I needed a laugh! I way disagree with whoever posted that statement originally. As hemp and marrijuana, plants supply 25% more oxygen than trees! So lol, I would think that if they are going to be growing mass amounts of mmj. That that alone would offset the small pollution aspects of excessive smoking!
Com'on let my .069 order fill :)!
Good Luck Everyone!
Or just someone trying to fill part of my order :) hahah! Won't be in this range too much longer though! GL
***WATCH THIS EVERYONE*** IT'S A MUST IF YOU ARE INVOLVED IN THIS SECTOR IN ANY WAY!! iT IS LONG BUT WATCH THE WHOLE THING, IT IS WELL WORTH IT!!!!!!
LONG AND STRONG~
THank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I caught the last 15minutes of the live broadcast, it had some informative stuff! I loved that they only want Colorado to have the extra 15% exercise tax after the initial 25%. Colorado, has The potential now! The cannabis cup will set the tone, well as far as tourism goes!! Let's see this baby run! Thanks again MayK9, that was a great post!! Loaded up more at .07 today myself =). Now only if my .069 order will fill.
I think we may test the .0065-.0068 area once more. Just my thoughts though! Case we don't, I grabbed a few hundredK at .007 :). Let's see this bad boy run! Two& a Half cents bed end of april! IMO.
If Mw*P takes off looks for us to follow almost to the T!!!!
Trading patterns have been roughly the same but to the tenth in ERBB! On the last 7 days of trading prices in both seem to follow quite well but one day off!
MW*P bottom thursday .053, top yesterday .078
ERBB bottom friday .0055, top on monday .0077
These are the sectors momentum players!!!!
This kind of volatility with a up trend in place, WOW. This is what traders dreams are made of :)!!!!
Updates available on the amendment 64 web site after 11"oclock!!!!
Was watching the live stream of the conference. And it seems exercisable final tax will only be half the amount of washington. Perfect for ERBB. Things will go forward! Long and Strong!
http://www.thedenverchannel.com/video/livevideo
Just getting home for the day. Wow it was a long one. Took a spill on the skate too, those west hills are pretty gnarly! Jut wanted to clarify one miss judgement on my part. I was so overwhelmed on the beauty of washington park, and the west hills. When I came through the park to d-town. My gps showed four blocks to the address. His actual address was a few blocks further not in the multi million territory! But Being this close to a park of this size and beauty would be amazing! Though he has to be doing something good to be living out here! I'd be more comfortable after all my questions get answered(have like four sheets for this company alone). Not to mention That Colleen gal seems like the truth! But will remain long and strong as I feel this guy could be a winner! Next stop, Mjna headquarters in San-Diego. Though that may be early next month. Wanted to go by train and stop in the bay for a few days, thought that would be a good way to travel! Then Colorado, 4/20/2013 should be amazing fun, and get to finally check out those shops. First legal cup in the U.S., Oh Yeah!!!
Any ways, take into account all information. But always make your own decisions. GLTU! Take care!
Thank you! And Good Luck To You Too!
As I feel. all of us who are long this sector are in it together!
I truly feel the best of days lie not too far ahead. Until then, take care and best of luck trading!
I with you on that one, 100 times profit, And I'm posted right next to Pittock Mansion! Then life will be real good, skating all day & lobster and wild king salmon all night :)! Can't forget the evening fondue! Get this right, you all have to try it.......amazing! Chocolate fondue with the hash butter, and than you do the cheese fondue with the hash oil. It's life changing!
Lol, but anyhow what you said got me thinking. So I started computing #'s and this is what I got.
I wouldn't say it was really a pr, just stating that they were gaining on nw states, which is very good. The medical is big out here in oregon from what I can tell, and washington is the other legal state. Anyways to numbers. So you said the paid promo was 25,000 right? Do we know how to tell who paid for the promo? Cause I'm showing a insider ownership of roughly 1.8% which means it would not be in favor of management to spike the price to sell shares. Especially when david already has a date set to sell 455,000shares in april. Then I was thinking a stock holder would be more at profit to do something like that, or a short since the site was sahddy and had a bad reputation with the last 5 picks. In fact all 6 pretty much did the same thing on the days of the promotions. That was fall roughly 20% after opening up slightly, seems like short manipulation to me. Oh yeah number right..
Then I got to thinking, you said on a sell of over 100mill, well the sell was only roughly 2/3rds of the float that day which means about 40mill shares were bought. If you do 80 mill*.007well say that cause it was only up in that range for maybe fifteen minutes or so. You get $560,000. So even if all the shares sold were at .007(not the case), that would be 1/5th of your entire investment to try to swing the price up???? Who in there right mind would pay .05 to .10 percent of their holdings to just try to move the price. It's not logical not to me anyhoo. But makes complete sense for a short, smells fishy!
That with 40mill being bought that day and hundreds & thousands of millions being bought since nov, at a much higher average I dunno. But I sold a milly off at open that day, making it seem even more obscure for one entity to have unloaded a substantial amount above fridays close.
JMHO! Good luck man!
Can anyone help? PLEASE READ! From Colorado?
I have a few questions about the local shops in Colorado, and am not going to be able to make it out that way to stop into them till CANNNiBUS Cup Time :)! Here is some of the ones I have written down on me. If I can find my other lists I'll post those as well!
Shops;
Good herb? What is the average standard quality of the herb that they carry in the store? High, Med, Low?
Variety? How many different varieties of herb do they carry? # of Indica dominate breeds vs sativa? Any speciality breeds? What is the selection of kush like? As out here in oregon that seems to bring $$$!
Style of horticulture? Indoor, Outdoor(feild or greenhouse), Hydroponic, Aeroponic. I be really impressed if they had any product from a decent aeroponic set-up! Does the outdoor have quality to it? Do they have mainly hydro and indoor?
Ability to serve customers? Are they keeping up with herb for the customers? How busy is the store when you have been there? Are they out of higher quality buds while having lower quality ones? Customer service; how kind and knowledgeable are the store employees?
Other products? What is the selection like of other products the have, glass, papers, edibles, hash, oils, dab set-ups, ect., ect,.? If they have a nice selection of glass, is it blown by employees or bought from locals? As I feel in house blowers would save $$. Any dixie products, and if so how many?
With the law in affect there, and shops having to grow 70% of their base product. Do they supply all the product to the stores themselves? If not, how many other suppliers do they have on the team? Hopefully they grow it all themselves, that would be amazing!
Size? Size of the stores and the rent rates that they have to pay?
Any ways, any of these questions answered by someone that has been to the stores, or a local that has the ability to go investigate would be amazing! GLTA! And extra thanks for any help!!!!!!!
NO news is just as good as ***POSITIVE***
NO news is just as good as negative news, has been since december! The fed has to cave for one reason, DEBT! They need money, and this can substitute/subsidize better than anything else they have under their belts! I'll try to find the link, but it was a news broadcast talking about the shale revolution and how the greatest thing about it was that it came out of nowhere! This will make us a standing member in opec and maybe dependant by 2020. Well The herbal revolution will bring way more dollars and will cut imports, and change way more than the shale ever could. And in comparison, if the shale came out of nowhere, then what they will see from marijuannna will be instantaneous in comparison! But you are right, them stopping the movement will crush this stock, but that is unlikely.
I love it push! And I meant mainly buy and hold is dead in the wind for me, as my whole portfolio is, has been since the turn of the year, and will be for time to come 100% in the mmjs sector. So I'd be lost in the wind if that was my approach! But at these prices, buy and hold is a good strategy for the long term for sure probably! And I'm with you on the gamble part man, ohhh yeah!!! As like I just said, this sector is 100% of my portfolio. Shittt ERBB was 95% of my portfolio to start the week out, but I was able to make that good timing and only lost %100+commissions so I was ecstatic! I like the other player in you mix too! HAHAHAHA they were the other ones I held well oil gold silver mainly silver, and the junior minors they were my speciality. But to the erbb train I went and no looking back. Cause like you said this is for the long term, and three years from now we wont care even if we averaged at pennies, as this whole sector will be $$$$$$$$$! JMHO! Good luck to you man!
Yes a couple milly, but man I mean it was literally a 15min walk from the rose garden! Hmmm, I'll pull up a pricing guide and try to figure the net value of this house. All I know is two blocks away there is this house, with a fourcar garage and on top of the garage fenced is a full size basketball court, I'm thinking that's a couple mill at least jut for that add on. it's real nice up here, no kidding at all! I do wonder what the committee members and council men have to say about him though. I ten to run suspicious as well and have a whole sheet of questions for him and the company. But I still have utter faith, probably too cause I been here since the beginning of the year. But good news will explode this sector.
Sorry to laugh soo much, I just get a kick every time I read your posts, as I for how much you dislike this company you are still here and posting on this board. I tend to find people who do that usually have alternative motives. I do commend you on the approach though, as I feel all these guys run so much on speculation that any buy and hold approach here is dead in the wind. Though if some legal events to come in to light, the sky is the limit.
Man you are a funny guy, true and true. HAHAHAHAHA. I'm in Portland right now, and all I have to say is.........The area that this "CAB DRIVERS" house is in is probably one of the nicest areas of all downtown. Excluding some of the homes in the west hills but those are 20mill+ homes. This guy lives blocks under the rose garden, If he was higher up on the hill I'd say we are doing great with this guy. All I know is you don't get a house this nice, and in this great of a area of town by JUST driving cabs!!!!!!!!! Check his residence, seems he has been there for awhile! Man I wish I COULD live this close to washington park!
Plus not to mention they have Colleen Manley on the board of directors too, she seem to have what they need!
This stock banks on legalization not his past work history. Though, I will be stopping by city hall and calling some of his past council members to try to better understand the nature of his character/personality. But if you wnat to take that into account lets see. Hmmm his pas, work, and political history!

Trade or be lost, but always hold those initial shares!!!
Different elements at play this time I believe though. As a drop to at least the 50dma was expected especially since the volume was on the sell side even though it had been low the last week. After a breach of that I was expecting a 15-20% drop from there(to the lower bolley) and picked back up some of my shares at .0055.(was 95% of my portfolio to start the week but knew this was coming and averaged out above .0072 on the sell side.) Anyways point being, last time we had a two week dry spell and continued declines, was right after the dtc chill got unlocked. That was after the run up from early January which was a nice 350% gain. We had hit the upper range of the bands and every time that happens in almost every stock in this sector we see a reverse. The decline is usually about 60% of the total increase or sometimes just the retest of the breakout point. Well what I've noticed with all these guys is the higher highs and the lower lows, so on the 6.5x run from .0027 on jan 29th to the peak of .0186 I would of expected at least a 70% decline. As this is the reason a bunch of people choose this sector, 30% either way in a after noon is a normal thing. Oh yeah since all the reoccurring seem to play out in repeat as we go but stronger, I'd say the break through the 50dma the test of the lower band and a bounce of the initial breakout point of the.005 range plus good volume and strong buys today. I think a even keel uptrend will now be in place.
Think also the A/G, if we would of gotten good news from him we would of blasted up! So how I see it only bad news from that side of capitol hill is going to be real negative. Though things could stagnate for a while, come the cup time in colorado next month. Things will be here to stay, as I feel the revenue just from that event alone is going to open minds!!!! And that's why we are even going this route as a nation right, I'm not going to be fooled and say it's purely by voter choice. As if we weren't so indebted as a nation and the government didnt need to subsidize so much funds and jobs(feds employment policy) we would probably never be going this route.
But as this is here to stay, and they are close to breaking down. I've put all my eggs in a basket! Not this one stock in particular, but this entire sector! As herbal culture is the future, and a welcomed change if I might add. Careful is still the name of the game though as this sector is young still. But man I'm a oregon native of 15years, and if even half the nation was like the nw all these guys would be big players. Anyways GLTU, take care, and here is a quote to leave y'all with!
"Often the difference between a successful person and a failure is not one has better abilities or ideas, but the courage that one has to bet on one's ideas, to take a calculated risk - and to act."
Andre Malraux
Yeah, it's kinda bs. I've seen it happen with stock after stock, luckily if you have good timing it'll benefit you. Like I just got shares 10% cheaper on the day now that I wasn't going to buy :)! This sector will explode, it may take time but it will happen!
True very possible but I like to get my hopes up! I'm from the nw my self and have a few good ideas on which few will get the position! And yes I said few, I believe 2 to 4 groups/companies/people will get the position! But the state of Washington them selves said two weeks back. That after considering the amount of the size, structure, and business that is involved with the pending situation. That one person alone would probably not suit all the duties applicable to the pertaining position. And one thing that mwip has above all others the patient cards even tough it is medical, medical should thrive because of this! That's structure and that is physical! Not to mention the payment processing, which the state will need to tax everyone! But you are right on the growing/distribution side mwip has no ball in that game! Though there is this little guy That I have big faith in, and they stated today that they were opening up offices in the NW. $$$$$$$$

MediSwipe Inc. Announces Launch of Cloud-Based Solution for Caregivers and Patients and First Issuance of Digital Health Cards to Help Support Digital Records Tracking and Health Information Exchange
16 hours 4 minutes ago - GlobeNewswire via Comtex
MediSwipe Inc. (www.MediSwipe.com) (OTCQB:MWIP), a patient security solutions and financial products company for the medicinal marijuana and health care industry, today announced the launch of an enterprise-wide patient and caregiver tracking solution available in the cloud, making it even easier for provisional centers, pharmacies, dispensaries and medical practices to improve patient registration and reduce delays in care delivery. The cloud based application launch and first patient cards are the first proprietary system of its kind and is expected to be live to first clients late next week.
With MediSwipe's model, registered users will access the cloud based software through a web browser, while the infrastructure and platform is managed on servers at a remote location. Strict regulatory compliance policies and technology protect patient data, the infrastructure and MediSwipe clients.
The new service will serve as a platform from which caregivers and medical providers across legal jurisdictions can match patient and provider identifiers and integrate information across network systems in order to support Meaningful Use and health information exchange, which require patient information to be updated and accurate.
In addition to providing the first HIPAA compliant solution for the industry, the MediSwipe application also enables caregivers and providers of medical marijuana to:
-- Facilitate health information exchange by accessing one source for patient index information;
-- Determine the correct thresholds for patient matching with licensed caregivers by analyzing a thorough sampling of patient data and an assessment of the current medical need;
-- Enhance patient safety by leveraging comprehensive and accurate patient information; and
-- Save time on management and training compared to the resources invested with on-premise solutions.
"Today, the medical marijuana sector has limited resources and antiquated methods for identifying patients and providers and recording patient information. The multiple systems in place, combined with a very fragmented sector along with new Federal and state regulations do not communicate with one another and prevent providers from integrating data across systems," stated B. Michael Friedman, CEO of MediSwipe.
In response to this challenge, MediSwipe's cloud-based solution and digital patient records cards will make data integration across applications and with external entities possible by uniquely identifying patient and provider information. It automates the matching process through algorithms that verify patient and provider identifiers so care providers can create accurate patient records necessary as they exchange and maintain correct patient throughout the healthcare ecosystem.
"As the number of people applying for state ID cards and visiting medical marijuana providers continues to increase, a cloud-based approach offers greater scalability and flexibility so organizations can prepare for a new era of healthcare where exchange is necessary," continued Friedman. "With this solution, providers can mitigate both safety and care-oriented risks associated with overlapping data, while at the same time making the data more valuable to their operations."

SEATTLE —
Seattle police say they seized 40 to 45 marijuana plants from a public park over the weekend, but don't plan to investigate further because pot enforcement is a "low, low, low priority."
King County sheriff's deputies called Seattle police on Saturday morning to say they'd found the plants growing in a 9-acre park called Llandover Woods Greenspace, on the Shoreline border. The Seattle Police Department said in a blog post Monday that officers seized and destroyed the plants because they can't be cultivated publicly, and because "it's not that kind of greenspace."
The department says it's unusual for people to surreptitiously grow marijuana plants in public parks in Seattle, especially during the cold and rainy winters.
Washington voters legalized the possession of up to an ounce of marijuana last fall.
BING, tax revenue!!!! Not too mention though, tax revenue associated with stocks as well!!! Especially since tax rates on capital gains went up across the board long term and short term! Think of it though, if we all plan on making hundreds of thousands if not millions in the next four years. The fed will be able to extract from us cashing in years from now, probably the same amounts of crazy revenue they will already be receiving from the physical side of things. I'm quite sure they've already mad multi millions last year just from taxing this sector alone!
Anyhow, Strong Hands Here!
