Are they time stamped and provide something that proves where they were taken? I would be skeptical of place taken and timing but that is just me
The only inside pics I have seen were the recycled ones from last June. Has there been anything new?
Are they still asking for $100 for a tour? That is an expensive pic.
If Brian is on his game and gives a good CC with earnings this will jump to $25 easily. Half expect a dividend increase but that is my speculation only.
His outlook will be very important. Should at least give a range of gains from interest rates, regulatory relief and tax decreases. Growth forecasts on top of that would be a bonus.
Sitting on this since $13 with a trailing stop. So far too easy.
Haven't been here for while and see the same things here so didn't miss much. Busy with making money elsewhere.
One question I haven't seen discussed which is valid is the FDA head will change before this Jan 30 date. I would think this would have a potential impact. Not saying it is a positive or negative, just thought it might be important when the regime changes.
Back to square one.
Happy new year.
Very sad. Really think he is brilliant but two jobs is too much for even him.
The impact of slowing or reversal of growth, ad metrics errors/refunds, talent exodus and competition will become more apparent in the early new year. See a crash to $14 in the next month.
Good movement today. Volume above $500k and buyers outpaced sellers. The next few weeks will determine if this is a pump fake or real.
The side someone takes here is meaningless as money has no emotions. I remain critical but admit this was a real move in the positive for stockholders.
Be cautious though. A lot can happen by the end of Jan.
Time stamps and ability to prove the place they were taken?
I am maintaining my $35 target for 2017 but have a 7% trailing stop just in case. I set a gold hedge for June as well given the unknown foreign / political factors. Covered on both ends I guess.
Got it. Ty.
You can always buy a hat :)
Was it true or not that the CBD sale was blocked by the DEA? I heard rumor but don't always trust rumors.
True. Should be an interesting ride. I have the June calls so have time.
Fair. That was a great trading opportunity though. Could have made money and bought back in easily. But that time has passed and today it is going sideways to down. GLTY
Was looking for a nice move in $GLD this am. Overnight pricing moved higher in HK.
Well I do wish you luck. My opinion is this is overvalued until confidence is restored by hard evidence or some intelligent PR. In the mean time there are many other great spots to invest in.
If the readers become buyers I agree. Moving the needle here should be the goal. Instead it seems much is said here for comfort as the pps moves down.
Google strikes again. How does this improve the pps?
Clearly. Such rubbish. No industry could exist if only 5% make money at it. If you can find it on the internet it has to be true :)
It is a silly quote. There is no way there could be a profitable industry if that were true. The research must have been done at a community college by dropouts. I know I make a living doing it and know many others who do also.
I don't know where you found that quote but it is complete bs. The trading industry would not be sustainable if only 5% made money. If you think it through logically it cannot be true. Otherwise provide a scenario in which it could be accurate.
This isn't the first time they have had GAAP issues. Figuring out standard dates could be easily mistaken by this crew.
Now take out one time payments and how does it look? It's like a company living off of lawsuits.
Full from the neighboring business. They use it because ERBB doesn't.
It is easy to beat zero
Ya, try going to the bank for a loan with that PR.
I have no position on toxic debt nor do I know why you are waiting. I merely commented on flawed financial metric usage. Toxic debt or not is irrelevant when the revenue is filled with one time payments that won't be there in 2017. Valuations without them will be very low and the pps will show it.
As usual investors have to do her job.
You mean you didn't buy a hat?
Oh no. Sorry bud. I am holding tight. Going to be volatile.
An ASU student will be pulling an all nighter.
I know it is early but these haircuts aren't that drastic. Expected bigger pushes. The short interest is very high and they had to make their move sometime but thought it would be worse.
Anything above zero is a record. I didn't see any numbers being forecast, did you?
Gotta love google trained expert analysis. Valuations using one time payments are a dead give away. That would be like using the cash from a legal settlement to suggest a company is worth significantly more.
Well it was better then the current ratio. I ran most of the stress testing for Basel and know how easy it is to implode such a simplistic measure. Quick or acid test in name is meaningless. As your degree may have taught you they eliminate assets which have no true liquidity.
Additionally a current ratio is insufficient. Of course Google smart is common on boards such as these. Instead an acid test ratio is better. This is similar to a simple non bank companies stress test. Additionally you would need to convert anything convertible and ensure all assets are marked to market. Similar to the bad math being used for valuations I guess.
Have you seen anything that suggests a definitive revenue from this new filing? Heard snip its but nothing conclusive on date revenue starts, market share, revenue share, etc. the PRs are extremely vague. Ty
And your pics provide what?
So? What matters is the translation into ELTP revenue. If you or I don't know then it can be assumed others don't. In that setting who wants to buy more (besides Nasdaq)?
