what post number is it? I don't have search.
Sorry about bringing up an old topic.
PSPW - any of you guys have any input on what's going on over on that board? It's a supposed merger of a shell, Seawind and Rudana investment group. The gist of it is that the the 3 companies combine pending due diligence of the involved parties into 3Power Energy - with a possible uplist to the Nasdaq. The DD being touted seems to good to be true. You'd think that big funds would be all over this if it even had a chance to turn out to be what is being claimed over there. I'm watching with interest, and currently hold no position.
Thoughts? These 2 links will get you up to speed.

Interesting day here. We get news and have an almost 2 buy for every 1 sell ratio and the pps moves down. The silver lining is that we now know that this company is profitable and profit has increased for the past 3 years in a down economy. Certainly a good sign.
Also it is important to remember that this company said they were going to get financials out and updated pink sheet status in Q1 and so far they are following through.
How often to do you find a profitable pink that tells the truth? Not often that is for sure. That alone is call for a much higher pps than 99% of the other garbage out there in pinkyland. I look forward to us putting the floor in here and moving up as the company delivers more of its promises over the next weeks/months.
Last bit of DD for the weekend regarding the potential of the 7-eleven deal. Keep in mind this would be mainly a side gig for Skinzwraps as their bread and butter is the already established vehicle wrap market segment.
We all know that Skinzwrap did a test run of wrapping 25 7-eleven store coffee bar cabinets. Interestingly 7-eleven is also headquartered in Dallas as is Skinzwraps as noted in the following link.
http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/SkinzWraps-Delivers-a-Wrapped-Solution-for-7-Eleven-1356094.htm
Here is a fun fact I found about 7-eleven that blew me away and really got me thinking about the what-if regarding the successful trial run of Skinzwraps coffee bars.
No. 4: 7-Eleven Inc.
It's not that 7-Eleven isn't picky about its locations -- it pays plenty of attention to demographics, site selection and other basic metrics of franchising. It's more that it's adaptable, and during the past couple of years it has become like the yoga-master of franchising. Want to convert a mom-and-pop convenience store to a 7-Eleven? Need to squeeze a small convenience store onto a college campus or airport? Own a gas station but don't have the cash or experience to run the convenience store? 7-Eleven can help.
Did you know: A new 7-11 opens every 6.5 hours.

Oh and 7-Eleven is the biggest convenience chain with 5,600 stores in the U.S.

Gets the ole brain pondering, eh?
Yeah I tried to get a bid filled at .255 Friday from lunch on with no luck. Gonna have to slap the ask to get a fill here, I'm afraid. May go in with 1/2 a position and add on any weakness to average down. Great find here.
I appreciate the offer, but just don't have the time to commit to it. Nor do I know enough about the role do be effective. Still pretty new to message board posting. lol
No problem. I must admit your DD is what got me interested. I skimmed the Ibox and nearly move on, but then I read your all in one must read DD and that got me thinking about the revenue potential. Once I started digging the decision to buy was quite easy. Now after major DD over the weekend, I feel comfortable growing my position.
I work in the printing industry and my understanding is that the wide-format business which Skinzwraps print method would fall under is a high margin business. I look forward to the financials confirming this once we get to take a look in the next few weeks.
I have emailed the company the company at pr@fastskinz.com to try and find out more info. Will report once I hear from them.
Buys also outnumbered sells nearly 3 to 1 friday, with only moderate price movement. Very bullish IMO. I think the upcoming week should establish the 1 cent range a new support level. Anything under that is a buy IMHO.
It appears that the patent was recently approved back in October of 2010. Now we can speculate on why the company has been quiet for the past year or so regarding this. Going back to the CEO interview, he specifically mentioned some new developments coming and one of the last PRs mentioned new contracts. Could it be a full-scaled marketing of Fastskinz and/or possible contract with a large scaled truck fleet? Just a few MPGs saved on a diesel truck would certainly reap a large scale savings for a company for a relatively small outlay upfront.
Here is a link to the Patent:

Here is a link to a mythbusters video showing the technology does work:

I was wondering about that. I could have sworn that I pulled it up last week a few times on Stockcharts. I supposed I was inputting the wrong symbol yesterday when trying. Guess that's what happens after researching all day. lol.
Interesting trading here Friday. I went through the trades for the day and up until the last hour sells outnumbered buys 21 mil to about 7 mil. Then in the last hour about $17k in buys came in to make it almost an even day with 22.5 million buys to about 23 million sales.
Toss in the fact that we all hear back from the CEO this weekend makes me think we may have a good week coming up. I got my tix...

I'm with ya. Easy 5-6 bagger from these levels. Trades don't get much easier than this. Best thing is that this is ground floor, so profit potential is very good. Once the others catch on to what we have here, up we go. Question is can we add enough before then?
My thoughts exactly. Also take a look at how long the train is in the first graphic - it goes as far as the eye can see. One of those installs has to be $100k - $150k plus. Imagine doing just a dozen of those - your looking at a well over a $1,000,000 plus in Revenue.
I will certainly be looking to add first thing Monday morning. DD is making me see $$$. Financials will be the catalyst to get this stock the recognition it deserves.
I'll be doing more DD and will update if possible.
MORE DD - EUROPEAN MARKET POTENTIAL
The location in Italy is getting me very excited. We all know that the old world is much bigger on public transport due to higher petrol costs among other factors. Take a look at some of these wraps. Something to keep in mind is that these buses and trains also change hands and the cost to change the livery is much less than redoing a custom paintjob. Also take into account that these clients are going to be larger companies with $$$ to spend. I would also venture to say that these installs run a great deal more than typical car installs.
I'd love to hear some locations opened in some other Eurpoean Countries. The potential is very good IMO.

FASTSKINZ DD
FASTSKINZ HOMEPAGE:
http://www.fastskinz.com/drag-terminology-defined.html
Here is a great article from a blog that I found. I think this is going to be huge revenue generator as the market matures.
It’s not often we get to break stories, but this is one we’ve patiently followed for the better part of the last six months.
SkinzWraps is a vehicle wrap company based in Dallas, Texas. It’s primary business is graphical, vinyl wraps for cars, buses, and pretty much anything that can be wrapped. We’ve known the company’s CEO and founder, Peter Salaverry, for many years. A die-hard entrepreneur, Pete is always pushing the envelope, and when he first pitched us on the idea of FastSkinz, it made theoretical sense. But it also seemed a bit too…obvious. And simple. But we forgot that the best ideas are often the simplest and most obvious ones. They just require the right type of entrepreneur to execute on them. So Pete went ahead and developed the product. Evidently, it works.
FastSkinz is a patent-pending technology that markedly reduces wind drag and therefore increases efficiency. In a word, it’s cleantech. The FastSkinz material is similar to standard vinyl except for one key element: dimples. It’s dimpled like a golf ball, and the aerodynamic principles are quite similar. The dimples generate turbulence when air passes over them, which reduces the air pressure and enables an object, such as a vehicle, to more easily slip through the air. That’s one reason why a golf ball flies so far (another is the lift it generates). When applied to the surfaces of a vehicle, where there is tremendous wind drag, the FastSkinz material generates a layer of turbulent air that reduces the drag coefficient and ultimately saves gas. How much gas?
According to the company’s tests, which have ranged from everyday driving to NASCAR wind-tunnel testing and setting records at the Bonneville Salt Flats, FastSkinz can boost efficiency by 18 to 25% depending on type of drivetrain. A local Dallas blogger went for a ride in one of the test vehicles and had this to report:
“Peter notes that the EPA’s site says the Scion in question should be getting 22 city driving and 28 highway. On Monday, we were getting about 28 with stop-and-go, 34 on the highway. He says he’s been seeing 27-29 city, 32-35 highway.”
This is despite the fact that the EPA’s MPG estimates tend to be quite generous and forgiving. The good news is that the FastSkinz technology favors hybrid and electric powertrains because batteries don’t lose power in a linear fashion. So the efficiency gains tend to be at the high end of the range. In fact, SkinzWraps did the wrap for the Hybrid Technologies All-Electric Mini Cooper that we tested a few months ago, and FastSkinz has done extensive testing with the company’s all-electric fleet.
Pete also recounted a experience during the early testing phases when the efficiency gain he was experiencing was suddenly lost. It turned out that the dimples had filled in with pollen. After washing the car, the extra MPGs returned, confirming the effectiveness of the technology.
FastSkinz has wrapped one of the CNG (natural gas) vehicles for the Pickens Plan fleet to demonstrate the technology for Boone and his team, and there is now a YouTube channel where they’ll be uploading videos from the ongoing testing.
While getting 20% more miles per gallon would be considered a bonus for the average driver, the highest and best use for FastSkinz will probably start with more industrial-scale applications, such as large trucking fleets.
Indeed, what might FastSkinz be able to do for brown?

Industry analysts, researchers and trade representatives have researched the effectiveness of mobile billboards. Outdoor Advertising Magazine said that outdoor mobile media billboards have a 97% recall rate, and 99% of survey respondents thought mobile advertising is more effective than traditional outdoor advertising.[citation needed] 3M and the American Trucking Associations noted 91% of the target noticed the text and graphics on truck advertising, and the Traffic Audit Bureau noted that on local routes monthly impressions ranged from one to four millions hits.[citation needed] Product Acceptance and Research said 94% of respondents recalled seeing the Mobile Billboard, with 80% recalling the specific advertisement; the billboards resulted in a sales increase of 107%.[citation needed]

The thing I like most about this play is that it's got a virtual monopoly in the industry. Buffet will tell you that is one of the key ingredients in the stocks he looks for. SKZW is the only publicly traded vehicle wrap company and also THE industry leader. Not many know this, but Buffet also grew his fortune looking for value plays on the pink sheets. Once we get current and get updated financials, we run. Buffet would be proud of the folks who get on board early.
good day here...
looking good heading into next week.
muscleshoals pumped this and sold right into the run. Most of the pumpers do this.

Listened to the interview with the CEO. Seems they have some things in the works that he can't reveal details about. He was mentioning specifically to commoditize a mainstream type product and they want to pioneer the industry without being copied. Overall he was a very enthusiastic about the growth of the company in a down economy. I like how he mentioned that they are never comfortable where they are and always looking to tweak there methods. That's how we do things at the company I work for.
Think we have a winner here.
You're not the only one with questions... not a good place to be when you've got skin in the game. I spent the whole weekend reading about this trade and now, that slow feeling of buyer's remorse rearing its ugly head. I thought I had progressed past this point. Guess your always learning in this game!
What is strange about CE is that just Sunday Pink sheets had the stop sign up and not the CE that is there today. I even had a screen up from Sunday night that I left open that I checked when getting home from work on Monday. It happened sometime between Sunday night and Monday. The quote was there and all.
Strange things happening with this stock...
The original articles of incorporation has it as well. Maybe it was just never changed?

Does anyone know what form would be filed next to get current with the SEC? I did some research today, but couldn't tell which one it would be. Would it be form 10 or can they just file current financials and be considered current?

Hot damn if Coleen didn't call me back today. I left my cell with Grace through chat on their webpage last night and got a call this afternoon while at work. She left her direct line and when I called back I got her voice-mail... left a message and hoping to hear something tomorrow.
Will report any info back to the board.
Just got through speaking with Grace from the chat feature online:

Teedlum,
I posted a reply to this, here it is again:
"Well I just logged in to my account and that group as founded in March of 2009... Scott had been at SRSR for quite some time. So basically he had to have logged in to his account and just forgot to mention that he is the CEO of a junior miner? Doesn't quite add up."
Let me state, that I would love nothing more for this company to end up being a legitimate business. For about 2 years I've visited this board and read nothing but the same things over and over again. I just don't see how some of the people on this board have such blind faith in this "first-class" management. My average price is around .10 and if we ever get anywhere near that price again, I will be selling and moving on. My thoughts are that we will never see those numbers again without another coordinated pump job. I am not ashamed to say that I would welcome the pump with open arms.
