"Lots of mistakes, all startup companies do" Does that include deceit and repetitious lying to its stockholders and would-be investors?
The ship RV Hispaniola. Does MEI still own it? Probably, along with a bucket of maggots with it. Unpaid dockage fees, debt liens, Big time U.S. Coast Guard / American Bureau of Ships (ABS) fines and penalties pending and a whole lot more. May still look pretty above the waterline but assuredly down below the waterline, progressively deteriorating aluminum with lack of anodes that have not been replaced in over two years. Competent way to attend to only (known) company asset. I and others, including Webber eagerly await MEI to actually make money, big money, as then the line up of law suits begin on multiple charges including probable fraud.
Day for what. The boats sailing?
MEXP BOATS NOT SAILING IN 2 YEARS - Completely made up. (So you say). Making this bogus statement discredits everything else you have to say. The fact that the R/V Hispaniola has not left port in two years can be proven a dozen ways to Sunday. The sources for proving this have been posted repeatedly but you choose to ignore them.
And the band played on. No one is impressed. The 0.0001 no bid stock says it all. Got to give you an "A" for trying but I believe you've lost your audience.
Rather simple I would say. Instead of blowing all this smoke, simply show (and validate) the legal business connection between AWS/MEI and AWG International. Appears to be no connection. As you do seem to have an answer for everything, this one should really be easy for you.
By the way, the Hispaniola has been in Ocean World Marina for now over two years and is what may be called derelict. Thats a very easy one to validate by numerous sources you have been given many times before.
Sorry having to remind you again but you in your list 1 through 6, missed a very BIG lie Goldberg told. He said he was involved in Webber's discovery - salvage of the treasure galleon "Concepcion" which took place in 1978-79. NOPE, didn't happen. Webber never even heard of Goldberg who was probably teaching "the old soft shoe" on Broadway at that time. This character has no problem with face-to-face lying also. I met him on the Hispaniola and heard about how all of us would get out very late back pay and interest thrown in to boot. Nope. It never happened. When it all ended in the Ocean World Marina, not only did we not get paid. We didn't even get air fare back to the U.S. Very believable guy.
Have you forgotten the CEO Broadway Producer background?
I shall chime in on this one as well. In a couple of previous posts I had made, I offered to post proof of the validity of the law suit in Puerta Plata just as soon as Kimber1911 provided proof of the 3.2 million dollar order. It has never happened and, in my opinion it NEVER will.
As these posting duels continue, I too want to bring up the reminder of the written statement of after January 1st, if no revenue, I too will declare this to be Scam. Isn't that, more or less, what you wrote? That too has yet to happen.
When a bottom of the barrel company like MEI is apparently as desperate as it is, if they possessed a real valid 3.2 million dollar order they'd post it, shouting it from the mountain tops. NOPE. Nothing. Oh, I forgot that there was some high, like CIA type secrecy to exposure of this order. Right?
Well, let me say that although MEI might be broke, they apparently came up with enough dough to finance an entertainment sector. You're obviously doing your best. Thanks 1911.
For amusement, have you gone to www.oceanworld.net lately?
Click on Parks Programs & Shows. Pirate/Treasure Theme Park? - NOPE
Click on Things to Do. Pirate/Treasure Theme Park? - Nope
Click on Educational Programs. Pirate/Treasure Theme Park? - Nope
I just cant seem to find it. Maybe Kimber1911 can help me out with this one?
You ever hear of "the joker runs wild"? Good indication right here.
I was told today that MEI President Alverez has already resigned his position (rumor or fact???) and that Scaglione already has or is about to bail out as well. Need more time to validate this. Possibly one of you already has factual information regarding this?
I was told today that MEI President Alverez has already resigned his position (rumor or fact???) and that Scaglione already has or is about to bail out as well. Need more time to validate this. Possibly one of you already has factual information regarding this?
Ok Kimber, now I get it when you praise Goldberg for supposedly being a Broadway Producer. Kind of reminds me of Mel Brooks "The Producers" Springtime for Hitler when they over sold the investment in the show like a thousand percent expecting it to be a failure. It backfired and they went to jail. Allot of similarity here. Thanks for pointing out the Goldberg producer thing. Reall interesting.
You continue to post nonsense. We are talking about the Dominican Republic which obviously you know nothing about. The bottom line here is exactly what is your point. What are you trying to achieve? It appears your continue to discredit the tellers of facts while you give the obvious liars (MEI) a free pass . So to this day, you have bee asked for valid proof of the 3.2 million dollar water maker orders and you produced nothing. You are also the very same poster that said if things weren't in evidence by January, you would declare MEI a fraud. Didnt happen. In my opinion, you have about as much credibility as MEI has. ZERO.
DJ. Although I am not an investor, I am a victim . I want to applaud both you and the Fox (and Peggy) for your diligent continuation of posting of D.D. , presenting the facts as they are. Doing so, you are preventing future would be suckers from stepping into this booby trap.
VeronicaFox: Pardon the correction but they have not dove for treasure in over two years. Not one.
Oh, so very good. You spoke to Mark. We can all breathe easy. Did you ever meet Mark. Did you ever meet Mr. CEO. Did you ever speak to him direct; face to face? I've seen it all, hear it all direct. Do you read the stern, truthful posts about the very factual lies and deceptions put out by this man. DISGUSTING. So moderators, scrub this message as you did the last one I posted. I and others worked, dovemand factually risked our lives, believed what this Mr CEO promised, and bottom line, got SCREWED.
dj: You missed one. In that notorious Goldberg interview he said he was involved in Burt Webber's "Concepcion" treasure discovery / recovery. That event happened in 1978-79. Besides Goldberg hardly knowing one end of a boat from the other plus next to nothing about diving or treasure hunting he was probably doing his broadway productions back then? He had allot of nerve making that statement. A BIG LIE. We all know that trait comes as no surprise.
Wee. This is all so exciting, isn't it. You are all going to make lots and lots of money and me and my mates will finally get paid up. Im just beside myself. Mr. Clean and Mr. Clean coming together to finally do the right thing.
Oh Kimber. How you continue to try. With anyone with common sense you have zero creditibality. About the only thing you seem to be simultaneously is irritating and entertaining. I am most definitely part of the law suit and take offense to you insinuating otherwise. Well wonderful, you've been in touch with the marina and they gave you whom to contact to get the information. Did you talk to Jorge Fernandez? Hes the Marina manager who I know well since he and his brother Diego (the one who does commercial marine work in the port like replacing hull anodes, etc. remember) were on one voyage with us to the Silver Bank. Even though I have previously posted some names and numbers for you, when you're provided with a number for The Dominican Navy Command Office or the Puerta Plata Customs or Immigration Office, do you think their going to take a call from some unknown Gringo asking questions. Do you speak Spanish Kimby? I tried to make it easy for you by suggesting you hiring a bilingual Dominican lawyer who can talk to them and get the answers that would certainly disappoint you. You note I've stayed out of things today until you again start your nonsense about what I indeed know a great deal, whereas you know nothing. I to am inquisitive You haven't met your promise to liable MEI a scam company come Jan. 1st if certain things didn't happen. Apparently nothing you post is of any substance. How did that old song go shoo-fly-go-away ?
I absolutely love the "Kimclusion". Wish I would have coined the name. Everything that Kimber1911 ever posted has been a "Kimclusion". Can't wait to see what's next. Very entertaining at least.
Happy New Year O2Hit. I don't know you but I know of you. You're one of the two SCUBA diver instructors (one with a family silver spoon in his mouth) who never had seen or worked on a shipwreck in your life. As its told, you had a big problem with Webbers younger sons who was having emotional and adjustment problems. Rather than working through the problems you and your mate waked off. By the way, George worked out just fine. Outstanding gutsy diver. Through your bitterness you and your mate posted allot of very untrue things. Webber is Webber and every professional in the industry knows that. His sons were new comers and had to learn and adjust just as you would have had to but apparently you just didn't make it. You're actually painting everyone with a broad stroke of the brush. The fact is, Webber ( Hispaniola Ventres) by my first hand experience was not the villain. I worked with Webber and his sons which was a rewarding experience. What wasn't rewarding was getting screwed out of my back pay, gotten lied to by MEI management and left on the dock in Puerto Plata with not even air fare back to Miami (Webbers included). So you may think you have your reasons to be bitter but cut the cheap shots. Your frustrations are directed towards the wrong people.
A Happy New Year to you all. Particularly you VeronicaFox, Peggy, Ponder and Finius J. Woopie who have no problem with the truth. Although I and others may not see even a dollar owed, I hope, finally this dead horse scam gets taken to the graveyard and buried with the CEO taking a long Federally sponsored vacation wearing the orange jump suit. Frankly, I've seen it all, heard it all and read it all. Time to start a New Year with positive, honest things. The well wishes don't include you Kimber1911. I very well know who you are and what you're trying to do. Sorry.
Kimber1911; I appreciated your ending comment "But as time rolls on, the truth is getting out". You are absolutely 100% right (for once). Yes, the TRUTH is and has been progressively getting out and it certainly doesn't favor MEI or your on going nonsense opinions.
It was always my opinion that when one lies or deliberately misrepresents the facts with the intent to solicit people to invest, buy stock, etc., this constitutes fraud. The MEI list has grown each time they've released a PR. I prefer to stay with the things I know like the ship, the has been treasure hunting representations and the Ocean World Marina Treasure & Pirate Museum theme. By the way Kimber, have you checked out that fabulous MEI creation and all their contributions. It doesn't exist. MEI has no artifacts or treasure period.
It may interest you to know that this morning I was in touch with an old friend. I was informed that the Dominican Navy is now eying the Hispaniola with real concern. The navy is in charge of all the ports in the country and if and when the good old Hispaniola sinks at the dock, it becomes their problem. A nightmare of legal woes for MEI which would entail law suits from the Marina and the Dominican Government. Lets not forget the U.S. Coast Guard / ABS violations.
I have found that what apparently annoys you is the fact that I most definitely know what's going on with regard to the RV Hispaniola. I most definitely know what's going on at Ocean World Marina respective to the MEI non-existent "fantasy" museum. I also most definitely know that we filed a law suit and intended lien against the ship via the Fernan Ramos Law Firm in Puerta Plata. We all know that something most definitely has gone wrong for what we can only surmise to be corruption of some kind. We need not ponder too much as to who and why that kind of possible "under-the-table" action would have been initiated. If the statute of limitations hasn't run out, we fully intend to engage the same Dominican lawyer who took on MEI before. It's interesting as to how you equate things. Because MEI may have slipped through the noose, you justify this as vindication, innocence on their part while we go unpaid. CHEATED. As to who owes who, AGAIN I suggest (as others have) you READ the MEI Letter of Indemnification. Shouldn't be a problem as its in English.
You're doing your utmost to discredit anyone confronting you with facts while trying to protect the liars. Oh, I know Goldberg. We met on the Hispaniola when docked on the Ozama River in Santo Domingo. We were all back in pay so he gets everyone together and gives the big speech about how we shouldn't worry we would get paid and he'd personally see that we were paid interest as well. None of that happened as he's a proven liar. Next week why don't I do you a big favor. I'll post a list of the names of all of us who got the Goldberg screw job. I'll also be on that list but not as Raider. I do believe the serious - honest people posting here would agree you've proven yourself to be a real A.H. (Believe that stands for Alpha - Hotel)???
Kimber1911, apparently it doesn't matter how many times your told, you just don't get it or prefer not to for whatever your reasons are. I don't care. You dare say that perhaps MEI is not libel. What do you think the Letter of Indemnification is all about? This ride on your merry-go-round is getting both boring and offensive.
Let me remind you once again. I am a claimant in said litigation. I am owed money. I and all of us were lied to by dear Mr. Goldberg. The law suit is (or was) very real and was filed in the Puerta Plata Court. As I have written before, we believe it very possible either the lawyer or the judge may have been compromised. That happens to be a now common "rumor". The fact that the case has been "sand bagged" doesn't mean it isn't real. As I am very much so a part of this, I find it offensive to have persons who know nothing about the matter say otherwise. I have also previously cited a very similar case with the Russian freighter "Funky" which was embroiled in litigation in Santo Domingo which went on for years just as this is. Kimber1911, have you ever been involved in any kind of litigation in a Latin American country and have to put yourself at the mercy of their court system as a "Gringo"? I didn't think so. As VeronicaFox has pointed out, you have allot to say but apparently do little DD. What perplexes me is why one would take such a defensive position supportive of a company and it's CEO who are proven liars? A couple of days ago, I posted extensive provable details with regard to MEI's RV Hispaniola. Why do you think the ship has been sitting at the dock for over two years, with many U.S. violations building up against them? Why do you think so many of us are owed considerable sums of money and have not been paid for over two years? Why do you think MEI issued a Letter of Indemnification to Hispaniola Ventures, LLC (Webber), signed by Goldberg? I think it a miracle Webber was ever able to get that. You continue to ask allot of questions, make many insinuations but, on your part, show no valid evidence of anything other than, well look what "Simon Says" (MEI), and everyone should believe that? Again, where's the VALID evidence of the 3.2 million dollars in orders/sales of these dehumidifier water makers. You have been the staunch defender and supporter of this for a very long time now. Anything and everything that I have posted is fact, can be proven. What about you?
As you intend to let us know if the "ship is still floating" you may be interested in the following; I have been in communication with Capt. Caballero the X- Captain of the RV Hispaniola and also Burt Webber, and can tell you this.
1.) On its final voyage after being at sea for 18 days (I was aboard), we arrived in the Ocean World Marina on October 29, 2010. The ship has NEVER left the marina since then. Not one time. It was pulled by small boats to another dock inside the marina but the main engines were not used. (No Capt., no crew).
2.) Arriving at dockside in the marina Oct. 29th, Eric Webber was instructed by Webber, Sr to make a dive under the hull and check the clearance of the keel, props, rudders off the bottom. On that dive it was observed that the hull anodes were about 50 to 70 percent gone (as they should be). It is now over two years and the anodes (hull, rudders, propeller shafts) have never been replaced. Go on line and Google search the subject, aluminum hull boats and cathodic protection requirements (anodes, commonly called zincs). Many sites. Expectations are now that the hull is in a most questionable condition and possibly a serious danger??? It is now near four years since the last time the Hispaniola was dry docked in Miami before leaving for the Dominican Republic. Webber had insisted that the ship be dry docked back in 2009/2010, estimates were submitted but MEI didn't have the money. This is ridiculously unheard of in the maritime world where responsible persons, companies drydock their vessels annually. Insurance companies take this seriously which poses the question as to what insurance coverage there is on the ship today.
3.) The RV Hispaniola was issued a ABS (American Bureau of Ships) International Loadline Certificate in 2008. Top-side inspections are required annually by ABS or U.S. Coast Guard inspector/s (this may also be confirmed on-line through a simple Google search). At the end of five years it's mandatory that the ship be dry docked for a thorough hull inspection. That requirement comes in August of 2013. Based upon that no inspections have been done accordingly in now four years, the ABS Certification is undoubtedly suspended with heavy fines pending??? Without that Certification being active the ship cannot legally go to sea.
4.) The RV Hispaniola Certificate of Documentation expired in November of 2010. The IMO # is 7517820.
5.) All safety equipment; inflatable life raft canisters, life jackets, fire extinguishers, fire fighting equipment top side and in engine room - inspection dates are expired and professionally un-inspected.
6.) Main machinery; propulsion engines, generators, fresh water makers, compressors, bilge pumps, etc. have not been routinely professionally inspected, run and maintained in accordance to required standards.
7.) The RV Hispaniola remains without neither Captain, Engineer, Crew (or divers). The last local Dominican service employee left near three months ago for non- payment of wages and is also reported to be taking legal action against MEI. His luck may be much better than ours simply because he's Dominican. The X-cook (Dominican) also sued MEI (we all know unjustly) but he won and they payed but we remain unpaid. It looks like we got the wrong lawyer or someone's been gotten to??? For the new year we've decided we may all use this same lawyer. He wins.
Im pleased to educate "Always Learning" persons like yourself Kimber1911. Im still waiting for you to post valid acceptable proof of that 3.2 million dollar order for the water making dehumidifiers. Then, as promised, I'll post some copies of Fernan Ramos litigation documentation. The offer still stands.
You are merely pointing out nothing. Don't you read the posts, and if you do, what is it you don't get? Can you comprehend that I once lived, worked and dove off of that ship? I think I know a great deal more than you do as to what's going on. I along with others are owed allot of money so we are all concerned as to what's going on with the lawsuit. Also, as stated before, there is good reason to believe the case has been sand-bagged. If you had read the previous posts, thorough descriptions have been provided as to what happens to aluminum hull ships when anodes are not replaced. Several others have intelligently posted on this same subject. Apparently you must be some kind of authority on all of this. You have on going meaningless statements but you have yet to provide any validation of the 3.2 million dollar order for the fabulous watermakers. Many of us keep asking you but you never have any valid answers other than your spin on the matter. You're doing everything to discredit facts as given while you are doing everything to try to get this dead horse up for another run. Incredible.
Obviously, your not connected with the reality of the issues. You've been answered time and time again. It's happening in the Dominican Republic, not the United States. You ask countless questions. You are provided with logical provable answers but, you in turn never have supportive answers to the comments you make, or the questions asked of you. Frankly, I have no more time for this nonsense. When I find you out of line in your postings as regarding to the law suit, the ship or us divers, I'll be right back again. Count on it. In my opinion you are by no means a champion of truth. One last thing. You've been asked repeatedly for valid back up as to the 3.2 million dollars in MEI orders for the water makers but you have never provided any validation whatsoever.
Have you made that "I'll be happy" to make the phone call to (Diego Fernandez).?????
All that you have written is well on the mark. Yes, that still stands . When Kimber1911 can post valid proof of the 3.2 million dollars in dehumidifier air-to-water maker orders that MEI now has, one of the copies of the Fernan Ramos Law Firm signed law suit petition forms will be posted. That obviously won't be necessary. Why anyone can be so insistent in the defense of proven liars is beyond me unless their playing on the same team. To me, the answer is very clear. For me and all my "stiffed" colleagues, what's happening with MEI is nothing but an on going three ring circus. For those of us owed money (years now) along with those who have lost their investments, it's not very entertaining.
Trying to explain things to some people is useless because obviously some people read but miss the points completely. Intentionally perhaps? Diego Fernandez manages a marine salvage & ship repair service right there in Puerta Plata. They dont just replace anodes. He lives there. The last we knew, his brother Jorge was the marina manager. This is the last time Im going to tell you the name of the marina as its been posted numerous times before. It's the Ocean World Marina, Puerta Plata, Dominican Republic. That's where the MEI fantasy land Treasure/ Pirate Museum is supposed to be located. Have you checked that out yet? Who are you that you believe one can just ask for a marinas "logs". Marinas logs. That's a new one. The Dominican Navy Comandancias office has all the records of ships entering and leaving (also customs and immigration). A ship cannot leave port without the proper paper work done with the navy. As this seems so important to you, hire a Dominican lawyer or go yourself and find out. You will find numerous locals who will tell you the Hispaniola has never left port. Actually, this has all become rather ridiculous and meaningless. "Always Learning" & "Never Learning". Having read the posts, probably one in the same.
News especially for Kimber1911 and any and all interested in the facts. I have just been contacted by Burt Webber who has returned to the Dominican Republic. The following news is to be openly and freely provided.
The R/V Hispaniola has NEVER left Ocean World Marine since it was brought there now over two years ago. Oh yes, but it was moved (MEI capitalized off of this with deception statement of "three months ago"). It was moved from the original dock space where first tied up, to another dock location within the marine. It did not move under its own power but was maneuvered by a couple of small boats. The main engines were never started for that purpose. There is no Captain, there is no Engineer, there is no Crew. For anyone who wishes to confirm this statement, call Diego Fernandez of D.V. Caribbean Marine, S.A., Puerta Plata, D.R. These are the same people who provided the bid for service to inspect the hull of the Hispaniola and replace the anodes which was never done. The telephone number is 809-516-6533 (cell). Call Kimber1911, he speaks fluent English. We all know him personally. Also, it is a fact that the only person assigned on board the ship left months ago because of non-payment. His name is Cesar Tejada - 829-728-1398 (last known cell number).
All of the above are FACTS.
The following represent current rumors, provided through a "in the know" Dominican source. This is not a proven FACT and probably cannot be proven. MEI's Dominican executive associate apparently has strong political contacts and influence within the country and have successfully executed delay, after delay of the litigation proceedings. If one knows anything about the Dominican Republic, and as the litigation is for restitution for American Citizens, not Dominican Nationals, this comes as no surprise.
My question for you Kimber1911 is why are you so insistent to defend a company of on going proven mis-representation and outright lies? This involves big time losses to a great many people who put money into this thing plus those of us owed outright cash and were lied to without the blink of an eye. Just curious.
Ever hear the saying go away, blow away? There are those who can be smacked in the face with truth a hundred times and they still don't get it. But wait, a new package of lies forthcoming will make everything alright. Right?
............"AND THE BAND P,AYED ON". Can't help but sense some reall desperation here. Wonder why that is?
Haven't received my MEI party invitation for the holiday festivities at the "new" Treasure & Pirate Museum in Puerta Plata. Did you get yours?
My interest is to know where is this going. On good things, real things, the word gets out. Ullman and these dressed up dehumidifiers apparently aren't impressing anyone. Have you noticed this is a no-bid stock? Has it ever occurred to you that in this desperate state, if there were in fact 3.2 million dollars in valid provable orders, MEI would be shouting it from the housetops along with showing absolute proof of the same. There is no proof, is there? Now that apparently this caper hasn't worked, what's the next act. Super suck vacuum cleaners? It's now more than clear we are never going to get paid our money which we'd probably have to sue for anyway. Well there's still the hope of finalization of litigation down there In banana land. So in the shape the Hispaniola is probably in by now there's still the hope of getting aluminum scrap value, selling it for "Presidente" beer cans.
Some people are insistent on "kicking a dead horse in the ass" and expect it to get up and run. There still remains a rare breed of human beings who prefer to make an honest living and not on exploitation of misrepresentations of a pink sheet company obviously with no other interest but to sell stock. I for one are part of a group (no less than nine of us) who got the outright shaft from this scam company. The CEO is a proven liar and yet there are those who still carry the banner while those of us who post the truth are put in question. Is this the company to invest in?
Apophis: I believe you hit the bullseye on this one. Once upon a time there was "Always Learning". Now there's "Never Learning". Maybe "Never Learning" has no interest of learning?
Thank you. Im passing this on to Webber as well if he hasn't already seen it. So either they got the money or they're lying. Im inclined to believe the latter. As said. Another nail in the coffin.
It's obvious you post but you don't READ. Post #19893. All contact information for Fernan Ramos, attorney in Puerta Plata, D.R., including phone number, were posted before. He is the attorney who file the case in behalf of the divers and a number of non-diver persons. You believe something's "fishy" but you find nothing "fishy" about a company like MEI who repeatedly lies to their stockholders on just about everything, as it relates to the boat, divers, and treasure hunting. The dehumidifier sales might be included. You seem to never answer the real questions do you.
