Well, apparently that's that working. Is it? Maybe more in the lines of generating sales. Coupons or more coupons/rebates. The fact an athlete is wearing a T-shirt, isn't cutting it.
Just look at the PPS falling.
Fair enough. Something to stop the bleeding, if you know what I mean.
I agree, the longer it goes,
the more of my long-term investment kicks in, as well. Meaning only 20% tax versus 40% +.
RPH9878, Oh, I don't know. Maybe something more in the lines of what is being done, to produce revenue. Instead of reading PR, after PR about another athlete getting more shares. It apparently hasn't done anything.
And I am pretty confident, other shareholders would agree. IMHO
NYT, that's the Friday before Thanksgiving. And after that
we slide into December and the holiday season. Most of those high level management guys go on 1-2 week vacations, and some even take the whole month off.
Then it's, "let's talk after the new year". I am a sales executive that calls on upper level management and owners, and the chances of any decision like this one, most likely will not be finalized when everyone is singing jingle bells! IMHO
RPH9878, well, have you invested in penny stocks before? I'm just asking because when you have dilution, after dilution without news on revenue, etc., it usually gets to the point of no return. And R/S, usually occur. If I wasn't convinced otherwise, I'd be adding to my position. Sorry, but I have "been there, done that".
When is this "shark" guy going to step up to the plate and produce. That's what I want to know.
Instead of issuing shares after shares on athletes, they should be promoting their products in the shops. IMHO
NYT, You know what
pal, you have way too much time on your hands. This isn't brain surgery!
But, I do agree with you, that you are a newbie, as you say.
This is a Reverse Split just waiting to happen! IMHO
Does anyone know the correct up to date outstanding shares count? Last time I checked, it was over 262 million.
NYT, I would have to agree with you on hearing some updates. But, management seems to feel it's not needed, although probably because they know much more than we do. Would it would be nice to hear something and it would probably move the PPS, as well.
As mentioned, in one of my previous posts, if no agreement is met by November 22nd, nothing will probably occur until mid-first quarter '14. The holiday season would then be upon us, and upper management usually take a few weeks, if not a month off. It'll be, "let's talk, after the first of the new year". I hear it in my business every year, after year. And quite frankly, the longer it drags out, the higher the acquisition price, IMHO.
A conference call would be great, once any formal offer has been received. Much can then be discussed without any major details of any NDA.
So, I have taken the approach of not being too concerned about any agreement until then. I would prefer to wake up one day and read about it.
I doubt it.
I meant to say, an acceptance of an offer and the chances of any acquisition agreement during the holiday season is unlikely.
But, who really knows.
IMHO, if nothing happens by Nov. 22nd, an offer will not happen until mid-first quarter '14. Close, probably into May.
The chases of any acquisition agreement during the holiday season are unlikely. So, if nothing within the next 4-5 weeks, then late January, early February the earliest. I am a realist.
The longer it takes, the higher the amount, IMHO.
Alpacino I have purchased this stock twenty times without any issues!!! You need to shop around. This isn't brain surgery!
This stock will go down as the best pennystock opportunity in recent times. By far, the best one ever for me. It will more then make-up for all the poor performing ones in the past.
It has been a real nice steading base in terms of PPS as well as growth in the assets the company holds. I mean where in the world can you have a stock that is drastically undervalued and is in the process of being acquired?
The shareholders are in great hands with the Board of Directors that they have.
Small Cap Trader, I agree whole heartedly!
Small Cap Trader, my sentiments exactly. There are ways to do what your saying. Management still hasn't informed the investment community how these patents will be implemented and generate revenue, as one of my old posts stated.
When you look at these patent (s), it is scary the amount of revenues that they could or will produce. And when you see what a company like SourceFire sold for ($2.7 million), with only $ 4.9 million in net revenue, WOW. IMHO, any amount under that would be a shame.
I am confident the BOD's know what they're doing. But, it would be nice if we knew more. Especially when a few on here, state they have turned down offers already. Is this just talk and assumptions or fact?
But, if they're not allowed to or obligated to, we have to accept that.
I haven't contradicted myself at all.
Spec Investor, "I'm here to help".
This stock has had a tremendously nice steading climb and IMHO, I believe it will continue to do so, all the way to any announcement.
As stated, "it's not if, it's when and how much"!
Spec Investor, you better be right, or I am going to blame you for promising me that it would.
We'll then go track down the person who hacked into the government website and approved all these patents. lol
EXACTLY CEO, you may want to mention this to JC.
I am sure if everyone asked their wife, husband and or friends the same question, the majority of them would agree. As I feel the same way as you and my friend. No one would be happy, if they sold a stock, not knowing the company had been rejecting offers that are possibly ten times higher than the current PPS. I mean who would? It's just a matter of being honest with themselves. I do understand, some just like to argue.
I am not selling, why would I? But, there are some that don't have the patients to wait for any acquisition and they will bail if or when the price rises.
JC RI...An intelligent man looks at opportunities from all sides. And certainly what my friend stated is his opinion and an interesting one for that matter. My friend is extremely successful and bright and has been involved as an insider/management for another penny stock. I agree from what he stated but also do understand, if they're not liable to report or present offers, as well. But, you may want to research that shareholders do have a say. My point is that there are different ways of looking at this.
Also, you may want to look into who encouraged the conference call in the first place.
NYT, I still stand by my previous statement. The whole posts, for that matter. Thanks for confirming what I have previously stated.
If this investment doesn't workout for you and others, there were no promises by me. You'll need to speak to whomever is responsible for the content of the previous PRS's and the person who apparently hacked into the government website and approved all those patents.
As mentioned, I have been extremely patient from $ .008 to now, AND will continue to do so. I am pretty confident others would agree with me.
But, if you feel the risk reward isn't there for you, by all means, you should do whatever you feel you should do and sell.
But, patients will win out, especially with this investment.
Good luck.
The guy in IR with Voip-Pal.com is extremely talented and straight forward and honest. They don't need another IR group coming in, he's done an excellent job. He's responsible for me getting into this stock in the first place....I am greatly appreciative of that.
Although VPLM isn't totally transparent of the progress of their negotiations, that's not his responsibility.
Others on this board feel it is secretive of any (if any) offers have been presented and or rejected. Knowing that they are a non-reporting stock, they apparently are not obligated to announce any. NDA or whatever the real reason is, I am confident, they know exactly what they're doing.
BUT, and I will point out but, when asking a friend (who has some stock) this question, his response back to me was. "So your telling me, hypothetically, seeing that there is no revenue, only patents and a market cap of $ 130-150 million, if I sell my stock now, not knowing that there has been a rejected $ billion offer, that wouldn't sit too well with me and or any other shareholder." He continued by saying, "it seems like they're withholding information that effected the value of my investment".
Now, before anyone starts ranting and raving and blaming me, please take the time and ask someone you may know and listen to their response. Just something to think about. There are two ways to look at this.
NYT...No, I believe I'll still standby my original statement of "be patient and you will be greatly rewarded", as well as, "it's not if, it's when and how much".
As for your disrespectful remark about me being "irresponsible to make direct promises". I believe you invest in the stock market and especially in penny stocks, at your own risk! And if VPLM doesn't live up our expectations, then YOU have nobody else to point your finger at, except whomever wrote those pr's, as well as the management/BOD's and apparently the person who must of hacked into the government website and approved all those patents!....NOT ME!
Your obviously very cantankerous, among a few others on this board.
I for one, loaded up at $ .008 and have been very patient and have been and will continue to be GREATLY REWARD!
No, I am answering your comment about showing you one company that has rejected any offer. Which I believe they did.
Whether they have the right to do so, I am not sure BUT, my question is why wouldn't announce any offer? Being a non-reporting company or not, why wouldn't you? Non-disclosure? Maybe but, I am sure there are ways to around that.
If so, as a shareholder, I would expect to hear about them.
But, I doubt it. Or shall I say, if so, they're way too low to take serious. I believe the question is, Why in the world wouldn't you announce it. Just think if a shareholder sold at a value of much lower than any offer that has been rejected, how one would feel. Raises a lot of red flags. IMHO
USA Truck rejected a 242 million takeover from Knight Transportation.
Shurgard Storage rejected a 2.35 billion offer from Public Storage.
Just to name a few, that have announced rejections of offers.
Keep your name.
lol
Men's Warehouse rejects $ 2 .3 billion offer from Jos A Banks!
Would you like me to continue or shall I google some more?
Yes the name is perfect. Not the same company.
No you should keep the name. Offers are rejected publicly all the time.
ONYX, rejected Amgen's $ 120.00 per share offer on or around 06/30/13.
Need I say more.
That was a good one.
Doubt it very much.
I would think that if there were any offers on the table, management would rush to tell the investment community. Why wouldn't they?
And by years end, they'll be 200,001.
ENOUGH, to give an indication, they're out of business. If I were a customer or a prospect, then what would you think. CLOSED. IMHO
NYT, what in the world are you talking about? lol
I stand by my previous statement. Be Patient and you will be greatly reward! Not too difficult to comprehend, now is it.
It's not if, it's when and how much.
That would be a sell out at $ 1.00. Per my previous posts, in that case, then the patterns really aren't what they say they are. They then probably can be tweaked to avoid infringement (s), if under a few billion, IMHO
April/May target date, IMHO.
This stock is going to move up and down (as it has been doing since sub-pennies)all the way to $ 2.00-3.00. IMHO.
You just need to be patient. And stomach all the movements along the way. You will be GREATLY REWARDED!!! IMHO.
You'll be kicking yourselves if you trade this stock and then end up chasing this stock. It's not worth the risk. Again in IMHO.
PATIENCE AND YOU WILL BE GREATLY REWARDED!
If it were easy to become a millionaire, then everyone would be one.
Good tradable stock but, risky, as you may get caught being out when news does come out.
There'll be many, many pullbacks on the way up. You can count on that. We're not going to $ 2.00-3.00, without any pullbacks.
