I'm not an expert, (surprise), but I'm not concerned about the options discussed recently on the Form 4's. In fact, I believe the awarding of those options is probably detailed in the employment agreements. I'm guessing that it's standard procedure and is merely when they were scheduled to become active. Mngt and BOD are on board trying to make this happen. They deserve to be compensated properly for their work and options are part of that.
If I had options to buy the stock at 80 cents and new good things were on the horizon, I would wait until announcements were made and the pps increased before exercising. Probably to their benefit that the pps wasn't higher when the options were awarded a few days ago. (more upside for those holding the options)
Any of you with greater knowledge concerning this, please correct me or comment.
Developing the material technology and running the company post-eureka, may be two different things. I honestly have no opinion about current MNGT's ability to reach current goals or whether they have the right team in place to take the material to market when goals are realized. I'm sure they are smart enough to get the right people on board if they have any doubts.
Yeah, next week you tool.
I understand Six, but keep your finger on the button...I want to see you at the after party.
Yes, that did cross my mind, but they seem enthusiastic.
That's what we're looking for, right??!!
Six, are you loaded back up yet?
Red,I for one, believe the industry is poised...watching and waiting for lab tests, white papers, moves by major players, to indicate which color to place bets. Hedging is still going on. What will make them move all in? That's the question. I am sorry about your son. Too much of that going on lately.
I agree with you...thanks for taking the time to explain to us.
Your thoughts on this Rick?
Why would it say NASDAQ and not OTC, Steve?
I can take 15 degree weather and 74 cents a share, but both at the same time? Argh! Something's got to give...hopefully both. Need to get back on the golf course for my sanity.
I understand you're bound by guidelines Inversor. They protect us all. I don't have to like it though. I've reviewed his other posts as well. Useless and self-serving. I don't like hearing from Vape either.
Thus ends my rant.
I appreciate the work you and the other mods do here.
My opinion is that it was a bad move to restore the post. That type of hit and run speculation, good or bad, offers nothing. How about if everyone started posting predictions like that...the message board would be useless.
Some may argue that it's useless already or that others post similar hype, but I disagree. I think most here are genuinely offering their insight and views after many years experience.
Wang and Vape have ulterior motives. They are not here in good faith. Recognize that fact and act on it. Don't encourage it.
Agreed with Pit. Proto don't buy what Wang is selling.
Sorry Spooks...didn't mean to reply to your post. Was making a general post to everyone, myself included.
Not really getting a lot of the sarcasm and short, ridiculing, comments/inside jokes...I'll admit, I have done some myself, however.
LWLG may be entering a significant phase for all of us. Maybe we should let some bygones be bygones and put a better effort into respecting one another's contributions and see if we can piece this S together.
Vape is a toolbox.
Sorry Red, I wasn't trying to make light of your request for comments on NENE...and Odd, thanks for the heads up. West Ham stadium sausage is crossed off my list.
Big time, OT...West Ham United have signed former Paris Saint-Germain forward Nene on a contract until the end of the season.
The nene (Branta sandvicensis), also known as nene and Hawaiian goose, is a species of goose endemic to the Hawaiian Islands.
I agree that current reserves vs zero reserves is a good questions to be addressed
"Damn the torpedoes! Full speed ahead!"
Agreed on 100-bagger. eom
Haha...yeah, I bought the 1 share instead of buying a Snickers out of the vending machine. Can only get better boys!
X...not asking you for specific , privileged information that you've gained throgh time and expense, such as enduring $4 purchases or attending SHM. Not asking you to answer at red lights...we've waited years, a few hours won't matter. I do appreciate you, Walt, Red, and others attending CO and sharing experience but I have no right to expect that info. You refer to games and blocking in many posts...you mention names, dates, circumstances that confuse me, as I don't have your LWLG history...my question was more general and I don't care about specifics. If our tech is what it is...or will be...how can blocking occur? Do you mean that we are at a key crossroads and this can either move along our believed progression or be derailed by an outsider? I think about the hoax involving the engine that runs on water and the oil companies offering bags of cash to surpress it.
My thought is that this is such a game changer that there is only one side to be on. Blockers will be blowing hot air on street corners if/when tech is realized.
I wholeheartedly agree with X and Gates last posts....would like to hear X's answers to Gates' questions...X please, don't be cryptic...What do you mean by block? What entity would try to block? Why not buy or partner up? Is LWLG material even blockable given its supposed advantages?
Rock on
Well said Gates...agreed. eom
I couple of decent blocks purchased...looks like Six is jumping back in??
Micro, I think given what you've been though, you'd be justified either way!
Six, are you buying back or waiting to pounce?
We'll have to sneak off at the LWLG investor party and try some of these out!
I took 3rd place , in third grade, with the baking soda/vinegar volcano...
Go Lightwave, Go Lightwave, Go Lightwave...!
DLucky, I'm sure pps does matter for various reasons that I'm not conversant in. What I meant in my response was, I believe the poster was hoping for a steady increase in pps until the completion of the BWM and I said that whether the price is .70 or 1.50 I don't think many of the longs here will be inclined to sell. My thought is that regardless of pps, once a more major announcement is made the pps will begin to rise on a steady basis and watching daily increases/decreases, which is human nature, will cease to be a concern. Whether the price is .70 or 1.50 tomorrow, I'm not selling. I'm looking for multiples of that.
Your comment about capital for daily operations is a good point.
Any thoughts on capital reserves and additional funding when required?
Probably a reasonable timeframe...SC told you that so thanks for passing it along. PPS doesn't really matter right now in my view...most aren't here to sell at 1.50.
SS, Thx for clarifying...eom
SS, please explain further....I don't understand the context of your statement.
Thx for the insight...eom
Now Six, I'll say it again...buy some shares and let's rock brother!!
