Correct. I'm finding more and more coverage of the event in online websites related to gaming/tech/science/brainhealth. It's just a matter of time before the big investing sites start coverage and promotion bringing more eyes to ALL players in the neuro industry including VOIS. imo

As indicated previously, the stock issued was for an employee benefit program (you can read it in the filings).

I would tend to believe that it will trickle into the market over an extended time as the price goes up, so it shouldn't have too much impact on the pps momentum.

You're right. I was roughing it out. Even with your correct numbers VOIS should still be valued in the 0.04 to 0.05 pps range (not even taking into account what the Neurogaming Conference is going to do for the whole industries value).

Bottom line.... VOIS is extremely oversold and undervalued. Sooner or later this stock is going to start running and those that are in or get in soon stand to make the most profit. imo

So lets do some calculations:

Previous shares = 243,021,045
New shares = 50,000,000
So over time they will add 20% more shares to the market.

VOIS, before the pps fall, was generally in the 0.05 to 0.10 cent pps over the last year. So lets take an average of 0.075 pps.

So even if VOIS adds 50,000,000 shares to the market over the next few months, the stock should still be worth 80% of its previous value = 0.06 pps

0.06 pps looks good to me.
