RS in pinky land is very bad for shareholders. Management may increase AS immediately after RS and the process repeats itself, IMHO.
Only loser company needs to go for RS, IMHO. There are tons of other ways of increasing share price if the company is healthy.

Chart has a very limited role in pinkies, IMHO. All pinkies moves on PR and news. No PR so far.
If he needs 3M, he should start filing company plans and progress in OTC and PR or find a good company and reverse merge with that, IMHO.

Temn 25% down to 4s on big volume. Today another 25% down on 31M shares trading to 3s and you are saying pps is stable? It was supposed to go in other directions with all these volume, IMHO. Am I missing something here?

We need a news to motivate new buyers, IMHO, otherwise, we can't uptick from 2s. We need some news to get volume. We need volume to get uptic. We get volume from good news. The bottom line, we need news - at least to update shareholders.

For example: EPG* CEO. The company is good. They are helping needy people. Anybody can send email to CEO or can call all the time and he is prompt to response. He always response shareholders questions, but doesn't release any news, the result - no bid right now.

Pinkies moves on news and potential. I still believe that IKTO has enormous potential, but we need a catalyst, IMHO.

All pinkies moves on news and on good finance/filings. Where is shareholders update? They don't want to update us, IMHO. They just don't want to issue PRs. Without news people don't buy, so simple.

Any idea on what happened with that trial thing they issued PR last year? As I recall the trial test result was due on June or July this year? IMHO.

If he really wants that $3M, he needs to file his business plans in pink sheets and issue meaty PRs, IMHO. All time high was 0.60 and we are sitting at 0.0003. Ridiculous. Or merge with other good company, IMHO. Issuing good PR is not pumping.

On Wednesday there were little over 25M shares on 1s, now 209M. Something is fishy here. Somebody who was asking 2s earlier is unloading shares at 1s, IMHO. Who that can be? I don't know.

Pink sheet is showing 52 high was $1,50 for this stock. We are sitting at triple zero three. This is rediculous, IMHO. They sould start issuing business plans and PRs, IMHO.

May be Dror is unloading his shares at 1s?IMHO.

If this company is smart, they need to file business plans/deals in otc with back up PRs and let this stock run wild, IMHO. Company needs $3M to run the business right? This might be the chance. 52 weeks high is $0.62

I am hoping for the best both for the company and the shareholders.
