Need some intelligent DD answers here, not blanket generalized statements as if you know something but you're not answering the questions.
If you've done your DD, what makes this company special?
Question - Does anyone here even know what makes this company special? I can see short term growth value in this stock as a trader but has anyone here done long term DD on this? I can see the numbers adding up, but I must be missing something.
How will Quasar different from Cessna and the others? If you do a little research on VLJs on the internet, you can see who the competitors are that already have planes and flight schools. It'd be interesting to call them and see what they think of Quasar.
So Quasar is going to make two kinds of planes and run a flight school and provide parts for those planes, is that it? Is there anything else that will be bringing in profits?
20 VLJ planes in 2010, 100 in 2011 (They might make it. It sounds like they're pulling together the right people to pull it off and finish the design work)
60-80 students (they must be using competitor trainers since they won't have any until at least 2011)
No doubt they'll get a number of orders to bring in profits, but of course, they'll have to impress the VLJ market big time first since there are already several VLJs on the market. What makes this company special?

How are they a diamond in the rough?
Looks like Quasar is going to be making a VLJ (for which the development plans are 85% complete) and an "advanced trainer". 20 VLJ planes to be available next year, 100 the following year, and a maximum capacity of 150 per year.
The advanced trainer to be available 18 months after development starts. Seems VLJ's run around 2 Million each and trainers are around $250,000 each.
Then they have 8 students currently being trained, expected to have 60, with a maximum of 80 students @ $66,000 each.
So VLJ, Advanced Trainer, and Students. Any other revenue sources?
Yea - now that's a good way to fool people who aren't in the know. ;)
:) There's a pretender pretty much under every rock, you just have to look close at that last message.
You're missing the distinction here, but that's okay. Good luck. :)
Yea, you're right - it's VERY bullish. Still - best to watch this play closely and at least take some profits after the run up to Friday. Good luck to your trades too. :)
Interesting response and attitude - Quasar or Investor paid for it, which? The point has been made, if it's Quasar, it's certainly a correct analysis given.
I'm in - but as always, with eyes wide open. Nice try though.
If an investor paid SG for this, I'm good with that. If Quasar paid for it, that's a red flag man - it doesn't matter how you try to explain it away. Advertising a product that a company is selling is one thing. If Quasar was "pumping" their airplanes, that's one thing, I'd be good with that, but if they are paying a stock site to increase the value of their holdings at a critical time like this, you've got to be kidding me to try and explain it away like that.
Of course Coca Cola advertises, but they have never paid a stock site to pump its stock value. Nice. If a company believes in its future, that said company should not have to spend paltry money to advertise on a stock site to push up its own stock.
I hope I'm wrong here as I'm invested big into this, but that raises a HUGE red flag here.
Am I reading this right? SG/The Pentony guy who wrote this article got paid 14k by Quasar (or someone) to write it?
Disclosure: Pentony Enterprises LLC has been compensated $14,000 by the company for profile coverage for the period ending November 25, 2009.
...we salute you! (cannons fire off)
(I'm gonna see that band at the end of this month) :)
Rich Chemtura McFadden will the kids name? ;) Exciting times. I got a grandchild ready to make an appearance as well in the next few days! :)
I'd be happy with that scenario. :)

I agree - IMO we'll be seeing double-digits soon and this .02-.03 range will be a thing of the past. Robo-
supply and demand - MMs wouldn't want to pay any more for shares than they have to, unless of course they're manipulating the stock to reflect a higher price.
If it were me, I'd sell about 90% of it and let the rest ride. That way I'm loaded with cash and I still have some on the table. :) I mean - how many millions in cash do you really need?
You better hope it doesn't get away from you next week. (Actually, I hope it does gets away from all of us next week) ;)
I've had no issues with Fidelity in purchasing shares, penny stocks or otherwise. Maybe your bid is too tight. Robo-
Check out the Daily chart - RSI, MACD, Slo STO all trending up at the right spots, priming for a nice big jump up.
163k shares just picked up here at the ask. I'm sitting on 760k shares, hope it flys (pun intended) sooner than later, I'd like to retire. :) Robo-
Too bad past performance isn't always indicative of future performance, but I for one sure hope it does happen! Robo-
Let me guess, you going by your "guts"? LOL - it's fun to dream and count your chickens before they hatch, isn't it? :)
At least, that's what you're hoping anyways. :)
That depends on how dumb you really are in even considering such an attempt. :)
It's the capital gains in your brokerage account that gets taxed, IRS doesn't give a crap about BV and all that. Nice try though.
If that happened anytime soon, great would be an understatement. ;) Robo-
Yea, I agree with this assessment. We should make some decent cash on this play. Robo-
That was my 140k order that just went through. :)
Shhhh brikk ;) It still sounded good to me. Hehs!
Check this out, StockTA says Bullish .25 - .28 range. :)

I'm good with that!

Nice - I'm good with the support levels we're seeing. :)
Ditto - that's why I picked up shares today. Seems to me a giveaway price with all the action coming up.
Traders willing to sell at a lower price is what is keeping it down. Gotta hold those shares tight, but of course, it won't make a difference next week when it pops up big time.
I'm expecting a run up to the 28th and if Quasar does complete all the acquisitions as planned, we should see a nice run up after that. It'd be nice to see it over .10-.20 range by then and maybe upwards of .40-.50 after if all goes well.
You're right, expectations by most everyone was that the July MOR would be outstanding. It didn't meet expectations. Of course, the fundamentals and DD is what will keep this one going long term. We need some good news to pump this back up.
You're worried about fractions of a penny? Better get in now before it goes much higher.
So far .036 is the highest traders will pay today. If someone starts buying @ .04, we should see this one flying even higher.
