The forty-cent transaction at the end was .......interesting.
When's this stock gunna start catching fire?
Indeed. This is a strange, strange stock.
Any theories why earnings are being withheld? Thanks!!!
IMHO, poor management. That's in terms of the share structure (it's had to RS the last 5 years due to the share amount exceeding 10 billion 5 years in a row), and the actual operations (they acquired a film library in April 2010 but were sued as of January 2011 for failure to make all the payments on said library).
Also, staff turnover is tremendously high owing to severe lack of website upkeep. They had a good, good person in charge of that, but it seems she left about 8 months ago.
Camelot's owed the general public earnings statements dating back to 2010. In a few months, it'll be FOUR years of earnings going unreported.
Lastly, there's profound lack of transparency/congruence. This dates back to the first half of 2009 with the CEO stating in 3 different PRs and then at the shareholder's meeting that there were "no plans for an RS". And then an RS happens about 5 weeks after said shareholder's meeting.
Yes, a legit company, but management is not "on the ball"......
I spoke with the producer/director of that film about 13 months ago. At that time, Camelot was indeed involved.
Are they involved at present? Unknown.
Regardless, Peterson had nothing but good things to say about Camelot. IIRC, he said Camelot "had been good to them".....
LoL, got filings?! They're only 3 years late....
Why cancel 14B shares if only to dilute again?
If a dump, then why still a bid?
Can somebody please post the L2? Thanks!
What gives?
Any constructive insights? Thanks!
What's with the after-market 'ask' of $0.2502???
New fiscal cycle starts next week. Are you ready?
If those L2 numbers are correct, yes.
Looks like $20k will move this into the cents.
Does anyone have a L2 screen-shot? Thanks!!!
Really?! That's most intriguing!!!
Chart top is in the cents range.
Bueller? ......Bueller????
Expect zero movement until the next fiscal year (July+).....
Hey, how did you know about the "big surprise", a.k.a. the retiring of 14 billion shares as opposed to another RS?
WTF? Surprise volume?!
It could only be for one or two of two reasons:
1) Some financial adviser told Atwell to release all the filings at one time for a better chance of this, that, and the other (whatever that means).
...or.....
2) The earnings are tied to co-productions with larger movie companies wherein NDAs (Non-disclosure Agreements) are applicable.
I suspect the reasons will become apparent within the next 6-9 months. We might actually see an up-listing to the NASDAQ before everything is said and done. Though it's never been in a PR, having talked with Atwell on more than one occasion, I can tell you very plainly that his goal was to take this stock to a more respectable exchange.
Hey, do you have a L2 screen-shot? Thanks!!!
LoL, Camelot's been "ramping up production" since 2009!!!
"No_plans_for_reverse_split". Atwell used these words in 2009!!!
People, NDAs might be involved.
Look, earnings have yet to be reported for 2010, 2011, and 2012. It could be strategic, but it could also be that Camelot is clandestinely partnered with some entertainment company of significant substance.
If Camelot is partnered with someone like Lions Gate, et. al., and are affiliated with some co-production deal, this could run into the cents or even dollars.
NDA = Non-Disclosure Agreement
Investor Relations phone # still not working.....
Atwell & Company (whoever that is these days) better figure this thing out.
The financials from 2010_or_2011_or_2012? :P
It's clearly a secret code.
I think he's only guessing.....
Guys, where do we go from here?
Experienced peeps around who can see light at the end of this tunnel?
Steven Istock also dumped 1 billion shares.....
Volume_&_filing: Stupid Atwell dumped 7_billion_shares into the float!!!
lol, I guess it was just a glitch .....nevermind.....
Does that "ask" really say $0.0008??? If so, why?
"Investor Relations" phone # no longer valid.
I'm starting to get worried...
That's one heck of a slow cooker!!!
