On that note, who is their proven micro fuel cell competitor? I've researched the hell out of this and have not read or heard of a competitor with technology better than theirs? With the POP SCI award (almost a year ago) it proves that they aren't lying about their tech..or could they be? Would Popular Science require them to prove the tech works before publishing.
You can't argue with that.
I'm only hoping that the energy initiative by military might get them some sales. I really think that's the only hope for this company and technology to be accepted into the market.
If you do read everything you'll see that i was trying to point out that the market they are really battling for is the military market and small low watt devices.. As they post on their website and talk about all the time in their letters to shareholders.. My links posted show that the military is wanting exactly what NEAH is trying to offer. You did not read the first article i posted yesterday.. you saw a car and thought i was posting about NEAH getting into the electric car business..
In regards to the PR statements that never happen. I would agree 100% with you on that. IMO it was Summit and the other stock pumpers trying to unload their shares....that Neah agree to help with....cause they're in debt to them.. The only way they can pay them back is with common stock, which they go and pump and dump..
It takes years for a new tech to be brought to market. Consumer and most important, military has so many testing phases..Yes, it's taken ten years.
If they don't get a deal with Raytheon, General Dynamics...etc.. you can count them probably out of the Fuel Cell market. The scooter business and the hobie cat agreements... are pipe dreams.. They focus on small 10W-100W fuel cells.. Which i think, don't quote as fact is what they have commercially ready to build..venders st up, etc. They used this ONR money to do that..
The most important thing that i posted was thas the Army study on Fuel Cell's to battery cost.. You'll see there is a significant savings for the military.. Which would agree with your military cost cutting link you posted..
Try not to take things too personally. When i said, with all due respect.. I meant it.. I wasn't trying to push you buttons.. These messages boards are nothing but entertainment and for pipe dreams, and opinions. The only real facts we can take are from their 10Q, 8k..etc. Which all of them tell us that their broke and hurting.
Again, this investment is a very high risk.. To this point NEAH has proven nothing other than the Pop Sci award.
Let me put the pieces of the puzzle together for you. If you are a NEAH investor you probably would have done all of this DD already. IMO, NEAH never intended to get into the "scooter" business. This is still a highly speculative investment All do respect as i do sometime share your negativity towards this company.

Did you even read the article?
Volume. I'd like to note that someone is bidding for large volume blocks.. I think someone snagged 600k and 500k shares yesterday.. Currently someone is trying to snag 300k shares right under the ask size..
This is unusual bids, if you ask me..? Haven't seen this for awhile.
I'm shocked that the stock is not way below a penny.
I will say, i think all of these other PR things are bogus. Paid by Summit to pump and dump the stock NEAH gave to them for the debt they owed them.
I hope that a true military contract is on the horizon in the next quarter or start of 2012.
Neah Management.. Where are the updates? Is there anything going on over there?
Onepunch..If you're able to go back over there and ask about the 10Q that would be great. It looks like..now, they don't plan on shipping any product until 2012.. Also...they don't really mention the defense contractor in this report.. they highlight the EKO vehicles and hobie cat relationship.. which is probably bogus..
The last three months they gave 22 million shares away..which were pumped and dumped by Summit....to pay back the debt owed to them..
anyone have any other comments?
Anyone have any info on the Nett Warrior program?
What the volume like this really signal something is going to happen?
notice the "main focus" that is noted in this article "SWAP"
http://www.nationaldefensemagazine.org/archive/2010/October/Pages/ArmyMakesNewAttemptToFieldNetworkedSoldierSystem.aspx
Yes, hopefully they'll be powered by NEAH infinity EL..
Thank you Lukerbob. I think the other fluff they've been putting out the last year an half has been just BS to attempt to keep the stock price up.
It is clear that their main focus was military power.
When are the prototypes due from the three companies? How much money was awarded to each company? thank you.

Renee,
The B stock is only convertible into common shares as well..At 130%.. That would only give them 1,300,000 shares, correct? That's FAR less then the 37,000,000 they originally were going to throw at Southridge...
Or am i missing something and my math is off?
I wondered that too.. I think they are in line for a real contract.. and that's why they switched to B stock..
Onepunch, do you know if the other three people working in the office were lab people or general admin? I guess i want to know if they've hired back some workers??
Yes, I would speculate that the RW is in regards to the OTC change.. Southridge is going to "dealer" the shares..
Keep watching us pump and dump...Sorry.. I'm getting a little impatient with the continued fodder that is thrown around.
Results talk.
Does it really mean anything?
yes..any reason for this change?
i am surprised it hasn't hit a half penny by now.
Lukerbob....where have you ben the last six months? I do enjoy your post....Thank you for contributing.
I can agree with all of the facts that you have stated.. I guess we'll see what happends.
IN regards to the CEO. We can agree that new tech takes a long time to get to market? I can see why people would be upset with him....He is not a salesman....at all. If they are going to close the doors i'm going to be pretty upset with him. He should probably go to jail if he goes on that radio (paid promo) and says all that BS knowing all along they were going to have to file an RW... Then close the doors... I'm not sure how he can sleep at night if that is the case.. Until all the truth shakes free. I am betting on that he has a moral compass and he's doing is best for the company and shareholders..
I'm hoping hey are poised for a real contract with the military. While there is a lot of other fuel cell companies out there vying for the military battery replacement... I think, and i'm just speculating.....they have the best option considering the Popular Sci recognition....
ALSO what are WW's in regards to trades? Thanks,
We will never know if they have a contact until they actually release that information.
Wasn't it last year they got to 2000 hours of operation with out 10% loss of power or something? Maybe that's when Raytheon noticed them and started looking at them... Who knows...
My question that we are not really discussing is WHY would they withdrawal from financing and or why did the file a RW? They need the cash, don't they?
Why do companies to do this.. Historically what has the reason been behind it..
Well...i'm in for the same amount..Also did my DD. We're in the same boat.
That said, I only hope that the reason for the RW is because they have a potential contract..Why would they do it otherwise?
Also, I will note that the DOD bill was passed today. Maybe they know something is included in that for them..who knows.. only speculation..
I posted some things on the Raytheon connection.. Where did you see the supply chain problems comment.
I doubt we'll see $1 per share.. I'm guessing the CEO would?? Is that what you are suggesting?
Now, the question is, WHY? Why would they do this?
Is the financing off? And why would a company..any company for that matter file a RW?
Anyone?
Renee,
I think this could be one of two things....or more...what the hell do I know..?
the SEC could see that this was going to be a pump and dump situation....and or a huge pile of BS...but that already really has gone down the last two months with the espsensor deal...ect...
or...the hopeful side of me....and speculative side of me says they have some kind of contract signed and they know they now do not need the funding..
thoughts?
I'm pretty sure this means that their will not be getting any equity finance from Southridge Partners..??
Renee,
Can you please explain what the Withdrawal of Registration means? Does this mean they do not want the Southridge Financing?
To the board. Sorry i've posted so many today but i have to try and find some light at the end of the tunnel. I can say without a doubt that "Raytheon" is the "Major US Defense Supplier.
If you read the link i've posted that Neahpower.com posted here http://www.neahpower.com/neah-power-and-major-us-defense-supplier-collaborate-to-deploy-neah-power-fuel-cells you can see that the exact definition of the "supplier" is taken directly from this page... http://www.raytheon.com/ourcompany/
"The Defense Supplier is a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, homeland security and other government markets throughout the world"
here is some possible good news...
PLEASE read pages 16 and most important 17.. I believe the are directly speaking of NEAH's fuel cell....
http://www.raytheon.com/technology_today/2011_i1/pdf/2011_i1.pdf
BS..
why are you so sure military contracts are coming?
Yes, the stock price is terrible. The CEO has not proven he can make sales but I still will give them credit for the Pop Sci recognition. They really have no other leg to stand on...and that recognition has run out or will run out soon.. They need something else.
The CEO needs some help... And these empty letters of intent.....it's just sad. There should be a law..We all know nothing will come of the sensor company.
They have good micro fuel tech.. NEAH needs to prov it.. There are so many small UAV's that are out there that need power.. If they truly have 2X the power density.. then WTF?
NEAH..stop putting out false PR and just come clean with what you are working on.. are you evening going into the office each day to check email?
what is a bolli squeeze?
