Post lunch rush not there but gains holding very well.
What, me worry? Of course not!
Par for the course.
g.p.
My main interest, in the Spanish Mountain group, is Dajin (DJI) but most of the smaller resources, including Dajin, rely on Skygold and Wildrose, the two main players.
Both WRS and SKV have gained recently. WRS, in particular, is close to $1.20 after lows around .90. SKV seems a sure value at$1.50 is at $1.70,today. Gold over $650 and the CDN $ well under .90US are helping.
More later,if anyone's interested.
g.p.
Thanks, and I don't think you needed to apologize.
You went to a lot of trouble with that post about previous posts... it was very interesting,to say the least. Point well made. Many thanks.
(QBYT opens at .20, 2000 shares.)
g.p.
Not much toreport. Thermal is still struggling and sales are not quite up to the goals TMG had set up. We risk another quarter of anticipation: Will Thermal land that big contract or will we see another low revenue quarter.
One shareholder I communicate with, says mgmt is still optimistic.
A hold, for now and, perhaps, the next few months again?
g.p.
First: I did average down a little and I do not intend to sell out. Still, at .15 to .25, like many who bought at .02-.04, I'm down 35 to 60%. You can understand that some of us may have some doubts!
Personally, I may still average down, with caution. At worst, I'll hold, as I do think QBYT will work out well.
As for $$$ invested, for some, $500 could be a fair size investment, while for others. $10,000 is 'peanuts'.
To each his own.
(Will try to take advantage of Happy Hour today for PM.)
g.p.
Truman, not so sure dealers is kidding.
If he's right, all of us at the .02 to .04 have been taken in.
Still too early to tell but definitely more a wait-and-see than a back-up-the-truck (lol).
Not a desperate thing, however. Time will tell. I'm not writing this one off.
g.p.
num, it may just do that, but I'd be very surprised.
I'll reevaluate if and when it reaches .35.
Accounting can give deceiving results when there is a change of method.
Time will tell. I like the way EFSF is holding as compared to a year ago.
g.p.
The way Mr Fisher handles this company, $2.50 a share would not be a surprise, imo.
Molybdenum, rhenium, a great duo!
g.p.
Read my previous post AND this excerpt from the OTC Journal:
"...the quarterly financial statement did not reflect any of the revenues that should and will come from the recent announcements concerning the retail network now offering Cinnergen.
In fact, EFSF's quarterly filing only showed $83,000 in revenues, and the balance sheet is nothing to show your CPA- it leaves a lot to be desired.
First- the issue of revenues from Cinnergen. Until Jan 1, Cinnergen had been sold via direct marketing. EFSF made a policy decision to go retail with the product after buying the rights in mid December. These numbers cut off during the transition phase, so they are anemic. In addition, I am informed EFSF won't book the revenues until they receive payment- the retailers all have terms- those terms range from 30 to 90 days- and some of them pay for the inventory as the product is sold. Those numbers should start to show improvement for the February to April quarter, and then get much better in the May to July quarter. ....
...The Dupont announcement reminded investors why this company is a great speculation- they have numerous products that are blockbuster in nature, and a deal with Dupont could just make the whole company. The possibility is there. ..."
Perhaps, imo, more occasions to accumulate, especially under.43.
g.p.
Good to know trading problems are solved for nearly everyone.
Actually, trading today wasn't bad! that's over 600 thousand old shares.
Good luck for tomorrow,
Signing off,
g.p.
Well, 3:30 and your post's still there.
Their vision of opening up facilities in a few months has at least dropped from 50 to 5 facilities.
I'd be satisfied with ONE by May or June.
As for RS, IF and only IF it happens, shouldn't be less than 1 for 10 (1 for 50 or 100 more likely)
Risky business; it may still go, but, imo, I'd give them a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10.
Good luck to us all,anyway,
g.p.
Could there be still some difficulties with some brokerage firms? (Scottrade, maybe?) That could explain the spread.
Got a small fill to average down, just before 1PM. Works fine, from Canada.
Eh?
g.p.
Not so sure about quick revenues to offset accts payable.
The company you love to hate, I'm told, usually gets longer delays to pay for orders (anyone knows forsure?),if so, it will take months to see revenues.
g.p.
Again, excellent volume and the price holding around .16.
Such a change in volume in the past 10 days. Something's up!
(Blue, I think you're absolutely right.)
g.p.
Possible to take a chance and 'play' with this stock BUT
imo, many realise the new sales will only show up much later than some are ready to wait.
Again, look at the SP chart. Compared to last year where a short peak appeared, this time, it has been holding very very well.
OraPhyte news is very encouraging. Again, dealing with a giant who wouldn't lose time if it didn't see a profitable possibility.
I'm NOT taking the chance of 'playing'this one.
But that's just my opinion. Holding.
g.p.
Just got home. Left a small order this AM (filled at .14).
Wonder what the big news could be!
Those charts are convincing! Thanks.
And thanks, Blue for good advice.
g.p.
To free..., no problem with my broker. Some may just need the delay to garantee the shares are there. Sounds illogical, doesn't it?
I'd expect action soon, like Wednesday, when there shouldn't be any excuses.
g.p.
No, .20 is about .01. That would be down 75% of last Monday's high, but considering the difficulties to trade with many brokers, it is just a matter of time to be back to at least .40, IMO.
g.p.
First trade at .16 (that's .008, what it started at, one week ago, as QKBY).
Let's hope it will go up. Note: Ask is .60.
Small trade of only 1500 shares. Patience!
g.p.
I agree, Blue_, this one is worth more than just watching.
I've already taken a small position and will be watching.
Thanks for all the info, (got your PM too,) Tissera could really be undervalued.
g.p.
I'll take you at your words, viz, although you make it sound like a pump.
Some news coming up? A financial, likely; a bit early for more studies results, imo. Other type of news?
g.p.
We can keep using this board BUT any newcomer to Quikbyte will get QBYT, not QKBY.
As you can see, TheHammer excellent post is also on the QBYT board. (As of Friday AM, my broker doesnot recognise QKBY.)
g.p.
There is now a QBYT board, also.
g.p.
Kind of a cold warming, eh, Blue?
2000 shares! TSSR stays above .11 and that, at least, is encouraging.
g.p.
PS: Blue, I missed the 'happy Hour'; got your message. Thanks.
Another one of those delays? (lol)
g.p.
I have no idea. The quote, for most of the day was B .11 and A .70. Maybe nobody wanted to narrow the gap but imo, it has to be something else. I had a bid slightly higher than .11 with no restrictions and it did not show.
Anyone else?
g.p.
Hitemp, my DD, for this stock, is all through the Internet.
You can tell I've changed my mind about AMHD. After looking so promising, we got a series of changes, news releases that led nowhere. The last straw was Mr.Giles' comment of 3months or 3 years... following all thosedelays.
I have not lost all hopes. Lets just say that the bet has changed from a favorite to a longshot.
g.p.
Well, dmort, many of us bought on Monday, often, like me, not really sure if we were talking new shares or old ones. You were unfortunate to get a fill at the high. As B_H_S stated, there were mention of DD in those posts. It looked too good to be true: a.008 stock moving to $1.00+ but doubling up, say from .50, was possible.
This morning,my broker accepts order under QBYT but still shows my QKBY holding. QBYT "closing" at .46 as it should be.
I wonder how easy the switch will be. Outstanding orders may get transfered without conversion. I would make sure NOT TO HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING SELL ORDERS on file.
Just a thought.
g.p.
Yesterday's news was different:
"2007-03-14 11:39 ET - News Release
Mr. Fred Fisher reports
HI HO SILVER ANNOUNCES RHENIUM RESULTS FROM CARMI
Further to news in Stockwatch on Feb. 6, 2007, Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. has provided rhenium analysis from the first two holes of a continuing diamond drilling program on the Carmi (Kettle River) molybdenum property located in southwestern British Columbia. Diamond drill holes 06-190 and 06-191 were drilled in December, 2006, to test molybdenite-bearing mineral zones at the Lake zone. The table below presents the overall assay results from both drill holes.

Rhenium is quite expensive!
HIHO also noted a closed fund raiser: about 400K-shares to get
about $375K (.90 units and $1.00 warrants.).. some people are lucky!
g.p.
Thanks, straight talker, I sure do hope so too.
It does not look good...
g.p.
I'm a little dense, on this one.
Will we see our 2000 shares of QKBY become 100 shares of QBYT?
Will the QBYT price be the old .006(perhaps now,.12)
or the new price .02to .03 (perhaps .35 to .60)?
g.p.
I hope something will happen to change my mind,
but right now, I consider this >investment< as a tax writeoff for 2007.
g.p.
Passed an order just at closing, yesterday. Got filled before 11:30. No problem again, like the first time.
Different brokers, different rules.
Buy order done thru internet, minimum commission.
g.p.
To d.s.06. I can only submit public replies.
Using TD Waterhouse, here in Canada. No tax until we declare profit or loss on Income Tax,the next year. Surprisingly enough, however, every time I sell an American stock, there are just a few pennies (and I mean total of 1 cent to a dime,) extra added to the commission.
g.p.
What makes you say that?
g.p.
No problem, here (Canada), placing an order. Monday, I ordered a very small quantity (all I could afford) at 9:28+ and got the fill at 9:31. Today, just to try, placed another one at closing time. Tell you tomorrow, when I get home, P.M., if it got filled.
Total quantity today, just 202K. Sixthousand dollars only!
g.p.
That's great, but the volume is extremely low. Any reason for that?
Thanks again,
g.p.
Thanks to both of you who have sent comments and information about Tissera. No further trades since 11AM but 96K is already a high volume.
Will watch (and hold.)
g.p.
Volume is picking up, today, with about 95000 shares traded.
Even the price is relatively firm at .12.
Is there news coming?
g.p.
That would be best answered by our experts, like Blue_Horse_Shoe .
From what I gather, the anticipation of a reverse merger combined with the R/S of March 7 and being involved with KI Equity seems to be the hype.
As for me, after fast DD, I thought it was worth a small risk.
Trading now, just over .03.
g.p.
