Can someone explain to me what the significance of the 8th really is? If everyone knows that the Preferred E and F Stock have already been transferred? Will it be an announced that the other company took over? Has this not been known up to this date and nothing has occurred with the PPS in a positive manner? Serious answers are appreciated.

Yes, You are correct IMO. If you are a pet lover you always want what is best for them. The bid was over 500 Million the 2's were considerable less and now the bid is below 200 Million at 188 Million. And the ask is GREATER than the bid steadfast at 286 Million. These are all facts.

I think the company is doing things right, and I am not concerned that the PPS is not affected by the release of the PR's. When the PPS shoots right up on news it usually goes down just as fast. At least I know the company is making deals and things are being done on the business aspect. I think a good chance this could have long term growth imo, since the pps is not being persuaded by the News. As long as the company keeps doing things correctly for shareholder value.

That is what the demand letter said! The source is a good source who told me, so I believe they did not respond, I would think we will hear something soon from "NOH&" and if this goes to court and they have found fault with this tickers party, that is some major violations according to the LETTER.

I already learned, I learned this ticker has been ran by very bad management, I have learned that the Market does not care, or the PPS would be much higher. I have learned when to cut my loses and run away from a bad investment. IMO this ticker is stuck.

The bid is now below 200M was over 500M the ask is now almost 300M was tapping 3's, after being here for a long while and seeing how the PPS reacted to the NEWS that was supposed to move it out of trips imo, the MARKET does not see the value imo. The 2's that are there now will be hard sell imo nite is the ax and in control of the PPS.

What more news could this company honestly post that is going to persuade the PPS? Another PR that states perhaps we have a deal or a deal is in the making they already did that and the PPS is exactly the same, actually the bid support is weakening.
