This was a good critique of Sparky!!
Steipp has Apple, Materion, Engel and now the Chinese government in his back pocket.
In addition he has just bought the company cash for another fives years minimum.
He is taking this company to a new level, infusing it with value and incredible near future profitability. Something this stock was missing when he came aboard.
Welcome to the real world!
What company equity are you talking about exactly that Steipp destroyed? Liquidmetal was underwater when he took control.
Anyone investing in a disruptive technology should count the risks when entering in? Investors need to constantly be reminded that this is a penny stock, with a disruptive technology that has many challenges getting to market.
There is finally expectancy being reflected in the stock price.
The market is telling us it has confidence in this deal with Lugee.
This is the time to buy in. These prices won't stay here long.
I'll leave it up to you to figure out the political agendas that have consumed his time and energy!
While Apple fiddles with their thumbs in regard to liquidmetal, we are going to see Chinese manufacturers like Li Lugee use his own formulations of liquidmetal to conquer the CE world. This is especially true now that he has access to Engel machines to use with his own formula.
Apple will be looking at Li's caboose wondering what happened! Guys like Cook are too sidetracked with their own political agendas to focus on what's best for the company.
Apple has squandered their licensing agreement with liquidmetal.
Amazing to me that a 500 billion dollar company has not had the innovation to use liquidmetal in anything CE in the last 6 years.
Cook needs to focus his attention more on innovation of products and less on his political agendas.
This new phone of Apples is a joke.
Not sure if this has been posted before. I am sure it reflects the sentiment of many longs.

The fact remains without vissers money and partnership at the time this company would be bankrupt right now! Tom did what he needed to at the time.
I believe a partnership was developed with Li out of good business sense by Steipp and see no convincing evidence in regard to Li doing away with Steipp or any one else in Liquidmetal. This is mere speculation with nothing sound to back it up.
Furthermore, there is no evidence that Steipp is running a scam. This is a disruptive technology that has had many challenges to get off the ground. Hauck himself has communicated this over and over again in the CC's. Investors need to take Hauck's words to heart. He backs up what Steipp has been saying for 6 years.
Tom is doing a great job in his leadership with such a disruptive technology and I see no proof of accusations made against his character and motives in his leadership.
It would be interesting to hear from investors what they believe Steipp has done well in his leadership of Liquidmetal over the last 6 years.
Hey sparky
How will you feel when the gravy train has left the station and you are looking at its caboose- sad, angry that it's left you behind?
You boasted about Visser when Steipp brought him on. Now you proclaim Steipps incompetency.
You boast about Lugee, time will tell if we end up with the same fate.
Bottom line-nothing is a given in this broken world. We are all finite, and I believe Steipp made the best call he could with the circumstances as they were.
Maybe you never made a bad call in all your years of business. If you have, maybe you should think twice before flinging your stones.
Absolutely correct! Lugee has his hard earned cash invested in this company.
It's a new day for us investors because of this.
If the liquidmorphium is cheaper than our liquidmetal and is compatible to use in the Engel IM machines as Steipp said, why wouldn't/couldn't Apple use this combination for iPhone parts and cases? Cheaper and can be mass produced quickly on IM machines.
This would solve the problem of not being able to ship our liquidmetal to China. EONTEC COULD USE LUIQUIDMORPHIUM IN ENGEL MACHINES.
Here is an update to the last post:

Has this been posted on this board before:
http://reviewjolla.blogspot.com/2016/02/promise-on-sailfish-os-turing-phone-by.html
Will this new partnership with Liquidmetal clear the way for the Turing phone to be released?
If there was liability in regard to Liquidmorphium patents infringing on Apples patents, then this deal between Li with Eontec and Liquidmetal has Apple-in one way or another- written all over it.
Question is why would Apple want/allow this partnership between Li and Eontec with Liquidmetal?
Nice close in the green today! Will it continue to climb over the next 60 days?
Time for Steipp to start revealing the 15 orders he projected this year in the cc from 2015 RFQ's. We are already near the start of the 2nd quarter.
Also lets hear some numbers from the last two orders. Common Tom-help out your long investors/owners of liquidmetal.
So far a very nice green day! This is a good time to buy in. I don't believe these prices will stay down here much longer!
Watts when you ask the question of why not Engel or Materion, you assume Steipp was not calling the shots. Bad assumption!
Liquidmetal needed a powerhouse manufacturer and pursued Li w EONTEC. They already have what they need from Engel and Materion, neither which have the manufacturing capability needed by liquidmetal. Li with EONTEC has both the ability and the money and sees the value in partnering with liquidmetal.
This transaction is about liquidmetal wisely pursuing and developing a relationship with a world class manufacturer who infused us with 63 million dollars of mr Li's hard earned money and also rights to all of their IP.
This a great move by Steipp, and is in the best interest of the company and shareholders.
Maybe I should start a therapy group for liquidmetal investors dealing with conspiracy, anger, and compulsive buying disorders!
Spart are you Alan from the cc call yesterday. Good public display of emotion and anger!!
It's good to see Steipp stepping up to the plate and providing real leadership.
However, we need to start seeing news of contracts with significant dollar amounts announced with them. Otherwise we are going to see the share price tank again.
Hey zombie,
Did you make some good coin off this last spike?
You need to go back and read the MTA. There is s cut off date to his access of patents buddy!!
A week ago you dogmatically proclaimed to everyone on this board that this deal was nothing but a fraud!
Now you are an expert on the deal and an expert on Chinese manufacturers.
Sorry you have lost all credibility on this board. All that you say from this point forward is suspect.
Your proclamation of your assumptions as facts only highlights your lack of credibility.
The technology he has access to is obsolete already.
He lost his left cheek on this one!
Steipp is finally showing himself as a leader!
It is Lugee Li who went after this deal;
Not the other way around.
As you like to tell everyone else on this board--show me the evidence for your above statement please. If you speak in the indicative, you best have proof to back it up. Otherwise it's just your assumption and should be communicated as such!!!
Eagle,
I am right there with you. Only a fool buys shares at .025 knowing that they will be worth less.
This purchase by Li is unprecedented with a partner of Liquidmetal, and speaks to the NEAR future potential of this stock.
Be careful who you listen to on this board who pump and dump but try to come off as long investors. They are blind guides trying to lead the blind. You have been around here long enough to know who they are.
I am very encouraged and excited about everything I heard in the CC. I felt that the CEO was straight forward with his answers and painted a positive and helpful picture of the future of Liquidmetal.
I don't believe he is out to steal from investors, but is doing what is needed to get a disruptive technology off the ground. I have been skeptical of him in the past, but believe this partnership with Eontec speaks well of his abilities to move this company forward and has provided a new credibility to his leadership of Liquidmetal.
Steipp himself said its going to take a little time for the investment world to understand the value of this partnership with Eontec. And I appreciate his candor about this.
"Norden no longer owns any shares of Common Stock, and it is not acting together with the Reporting Persons to acquire, hold, vote or dispose of Common Stock." From SEC filing
Interesting that Steipp didn't finalize and then announce the deal with Eontec until after Barney sold off so much of his common shares for .07-.08.
Sorry, no dilution unless the shares are pumped into the open market. I know it's hard to get one's mind as a day trader around this concept.
I didn't see it as intelligent as much as emotional and angered because of his diluted stock.
Certainly understandable to be angry, just not what I would consider intelligent.
I think the stock price will probably gravitate toward .11-.12 cent range tomorrow. Most of the pumper dumpers are gone today so the stock price will stabilize a little lower tomorrow.
As more news is released over the next 2-3 months we will see a steady healthy clime towards .25.
In the interim the doom Sayers will continue to spew their negativity, and the pumpers will all proclaim unicorns.
This was a very good cc.
Steipp affirmed that Li is in this as an investment and doesn't foresee him selling off shares and diluting the stock! Very good news!
Very positive answer regarding the RFQ's from 2015 and the potential 28 million dollars from these.
The potential from the shared IP with EONTEC is very promising and opens up new streams for revenue for liquidmetal.
The ability for liquidmetal to use EONTEC machines to manufacture for liquidmetal orders
This is all good news in my estimation and I believe establishes liquidmetal on an entirely new playing field.
Yep all 100 million of them. Oh wait I forgot only 8 million shares sold today.
Sparky,
You made your gain, now move on.
Too bad you jumped ship to early.
All the pumpers and dumpers are back again. They are like vultures on liquidmetal stock. Maybe one day this stock will stabilize and the vultures stop hovering around.
Took your advice and bought more shares while price was down. I hope you followed your own advice!
From everyone on the board you coached in this way thanks!
If price is going down, explain why any good businessman would purchase 450 million shares at these prices of .07, .14, and .25?
