Way back in March or early April, I predicted that the company would eventually divest itself of the dental unit, Lantis Laser. Although that prediction was hotly disputed by some, it has now come to pass.
Without the hope of the Lantis dental unit providing revenue, the company now only has it's gold exploration company, which so far has found nothing, and MBMI which may be hobbled by US trade sancions against Zimbabwe in general and the Minerals Marketing Corporation of Zimbabwe in particular.
With no apparent means of support, the only option appears to be more stock sales and using MBMI stock as its ATM. The only question is how long can they keep this up? The stock price here has dropped significantly and there is no reason to expect recovery soon.
That could signal the end for RRHI.
Too bad for all the old LLSR stockholders. Lantis might still make it but as a private company, leaving the original shareholders behind with nothing but shares in a penny stock gold mining company that mines no gold because it has no gold to mine.
As I said, one may try to ask questions at.....
http://raptorresourcesholdings.com/contacts/
You may want to ask them about when they plan to produce a bankable feasibility study also.
Whether they will actually answer your questions is doubtful as they have not responded to other inquiries.
Regarding the company's latest PR attempt..... "Raptor Talk"
The company has not answered anyone's e-mail questions. Rather, they have asked themselves "questions" that the wanted to "answer" to tell the story they want to present. In other words it's just another setup by the company to spin events and create the impression they want to present and nothing else.
One would think that more than one person (me) has asked them about how they are going to get around the US trade sanctions.
Just one of the questions they didn't want to answer? Of course, if they haven't got a good answer, it's better not to even acknowledge the question.
Interestingly, the "company briefing" they provided last week has now disappeared. Hmmmmmmm..... problems with what they said?
Another important item no one has seen is a bankable feasibility study or the disclosures required under SEC IG 7. Without those, investors are buying "a pig in a poke".
Hi Streach, I have not seen any environmental management study yet. The place to ask for that is.....

Try to find the board for that particular stock to start. Type the ticker in the 'Search iHub' box.
Also check the DD Support and Fraud Research Team
Two companies claim the same mineral rights asset on their Balance Sheets. RRHI and MBMI both claim a $433,000 Asset for the Dodge mine mineral rights on their Balance Sheets.
This is a parent company, Raptor Resources Holdings Inc, and it's 73% owned public subsidiary Mabwe Minerals Inc. I don't believe they can legally both show that same Asset. It looks to me like they are padding their books.

There are other "irregularities" such as buying private foreign subsidiaries (which did not actually exist prior to the transaction) form a director and his relatives for company stock and then declaring the "invisible company" as an asset. Basically turning a gift of stock into an Asset on the Balance Sheet.
Thanks Streach,
I am hoping whoever is running that site will monitor this board and be open to questions from time to time.
Have a nice day.
A website discussing possible problems with Dodge Mine, Lantis Laser (now RRHI) and Mabwe Minerals was brought to my attention on the MBMI board. I haven't had time to do more than skim it yet myself but here is a link so you can read for yourself.....
http://mabwemineralsfacts.com/
Thank you Streach,
I think the link you provided is wrong as it doesn't work. I think the correct link is .....
http://mabwemineralsfacts.com/
Is that the one you meant?
I havaen't had time to read it yet but I will try to get to it later today, time permitting.
Is this your site? That is, are you the author or a contributor?
You're welcome and Happy Holidays to you also.
Green and red are traditionally Christmas colors and it is almost December so maybe it means ..... SANTA'S COMING! :)
Actually, I'm not sure which platform you are asking about but on mine that would indicate that the ask is currently lower than the previous sales. In other words, a sale went off at 10.00 and since then, the ask dropped to 9.95 all trades at the ask are now lower and shown in red to indicate the price has come down.
During the three months ended September 30, 2012, the Company issued 11,525,000 shares of common stock for cash (5,000,000 shares for $250,000) and services (6,525,000 for $145,875) thus diluting the controlling interest percentage of Raptor Resources Holdings Inc, to 73%.
Yes, in thoae three months, the company issued more than 11 and 1/2 million shares at average prices between 0.05 and 0.02. That's 11.5 million shares that could hit the market any time. That's not even counting the shares tey've issued in the month and a half since then. With the average volume below 10k shares and a verrrrry thin bid, the stock could plummet very quickly.
I would hope by now that interested parties have caught some of the rather questionable accounting like the creation of "Assets" from what amounts to gifts of stock to the Gurupiras. There's more but I must wait a short time before disclosure for reasons of my own.
I'm sure it won't take too long for their investors to catch on. I would not be surprised to see some sort of negative regulatory action in the coming months. { 8^D
The problem is the transaction is not complete until Kinsey receives the $5,000,000 promised them. The chances of that happening are slim, IMO.
In the mean time they get 1,000,000 free trading shares.

Agreed on Zim being a bad place to do business, especially if you want to export minerals or at least convey the image that you will. It seems the US sanctions on the MMCZ coupled with the Zim law effectively nixed that. Of coure if you don't really intend to export anything, you don't have to worry about which laws it would break.
Have you had a chance to go over the 10Q yet. I've been reading it on and off as time permits. There seem to be a number of irregularities, including, as I predicted, the creation of assets from basically "gifts" of stock to the Gurupiras.
I wouldn't be surprised to see the SEC get involved in the coming months.

Good morning Streach, I don't really see that as much of a problem as the money is basically "electronic" transfers at prescribed exchange rates nowdays.
I know countries can manipulate their currencies somewhat but I don't think Zimbabwe is big enough economically to effect much of a change in the currency market.
Is there something I'm missing?

Basically just a paid stock tout, AwsomePennyStocks. Not a reliable source of information or even a real source of information.
Hi Susie,
Actually it does in the far right column but the list is sorted by date and there seems to be no option to sort by recipient.
Perhaps an option to sort that list by recipient (alphabetically) would be useful and shouldn't be too difficult.
Hi lucky,

U.S. trade sanctions against Zimbabwen entities combined with Zimbabwean Law seem to preclude the export of any minerals by RRHI / MBMI.

Just to be absolutely clear, the sanctions are not against RRHI or MBMI per se. The sanctions are against certain Zimbabwean entities and persons. One of these entities is Minerals Marketing Corporation of Zimbabwe - MMCZ.
The sanctions state....
Thanks Streach. I'm looking forward to hearing more.
It's highly doubtful they can get around the sanctions simply by going through their subsidiaries.
It's difficult to believe that Alf is sooooooo incompetent that he didn't know about the US sanctions. Of course, the sanctions wouldn't matter if the never intended to mine and sell minerals but only to mine investors' pockets and sell stock.

It certainly seems that US sanctions are in place against Minerals Marketing Corporation of Zimbabwe. According to the US Embassy in Harare.....

And it would certainly seem that you are correct that ALL minerals sold have to go through MMCZ....

Subject to the MMCZ Act, the functions of the MMCZ are:
a) To act as the sole marketing and selling agent for all minerals

It appears that US and Zimbabwean laws have delivered a possible knockout blow.
Thanks to Streach on the iHub MBMI board for bringing this to our attention.

Veteran's Day began as Armistice Day to celebrate the end of the War to End All Wars, WWI. The cease order fire being given at 11 am, on Nov 11 - the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. After WWII and the Korean war, it became more inclusive and was renamed Veteran's Day.
Memorial Day was originally Decoration Day. A day to decorate the graves of American Civil War dead. It began in the South to honor Cofederate soldiers and spread to the North. It did not become officially known as Memorial Day until after WWII.
Yes, Lantis Laser seems to have disappeared from the company website. They have not issued any public statement regarding the disappearance.
Perhaps we'll see something in the 10Q that's due shortly. Maybe they'll explain the disappearance of their touted Hippo Pools project and the Watakai project also.
Then again, maybe not. The company has never been accused of being too forthcoming. ( 8^D
