ARCA just moved to .022, did anyone see that?
I believe this is only the beginning. DLAV quick company overview:

- Handheld wireless product being released in February
- Strong management concerned with increasing shareholder value
Lots of great info on the board, ibox, 10Q and the 2 recent PRs. Do your own DD and make your own decisions. GLTA.
Have a look in the ibox. There's some notes from my conversation with the CEO last week. Thanks. GLTA.
Have a look in the ibox as well for good info. Here's a DLAV quick company overview:

Well, they have only just come out of the quiet after developing their software product and gone to market with it. Obviously, they are ready to spread the word which began last week. This is only the beginning.
Exponentially growing sales, additional products being launched, market traction, positive customer feedback.
Just remember folks, last week we were hoping to get to the pennies in a week or so. It just happened a lot quicker. Some retracement is healthy to consolidate for the next leg up. JMHO. GLTA.
Well, this stock has done very well over the last few days. I think its normal for a retracement and consolidation for the next leg up. This is a fully reporting otcbb who are just now ramping up major sales and gaining market traction with their software products. As they move forward with their business plan over the next days and weeks, I think we will see much higher prices moving forward. JMHO. GLTA.

You should call the TA or the company, they will confirm the o/s. It is still 100 mil. GLTA.
For me personally, I think this will be much higher next week, but that's my opinion. Of course there's going to be ups and downs along the way, but I think the general trend will be up. GLTA.
People invest for different reasons. Some people want to daytrade/flip, others want a short term hold and others want a long term hold. That's fine, its all good. That's how the market works. There's going to be ups and downs in a stock on a daily basis, especially with one that has so many eyes on it. Take it in stride. Make your decisions based on what you feel comfortable with. No-one can tell you when to buy or sell, nor should they. GLTA.
Please let's stay on topic folks. Please do not attack each other. Let's keep it clean and civil. Much appreciated.
Major consolidation/accumulation in the .0165/.017 area. Looks like that may be our new base to spring from once it starts moving back up. We shall see. GLTA.

So far, that was a shallow dip and short lived. Moving back up already. Stock seems under big time accumulation and in strong hands. Creating a higher, stronger base. Let's see where the day takes us. Hopefully to new highs. JMHO. GLTA.
Yes, I think they have it covered. Have a good night.
I only spent a moment giving props to people who deserve it. Out of respect, I think our people serving the military deserve a nod this late at night when the board is quiet. GLTA. Ok, I'm back on topic.
Look it up.
Are you serious. I can't believe that. It's such a travesty. They have done the country such a great service and to see them struggling is appalling. My prayers go out to them. Wishing everyone all the best for a great holiday season. GLTA.
Well, their products are proprietary and, if you read the 10Q, they've been updating and releasing new versions of the software like MSFT does or apple does. It's normal practice folks. GLTA.

Folks, lets please stay on topic. Thanks. There are those that want cheap shares, hopefully they will get them. In the meantime let's stay on topic. Much appreciated. GLTA.
I second that! Absolutely.
I think its ok to take a post or two and express gratitude to the universe that we have food on the table and a roof over our heads and to give thanks to those who do so much for us. GLTA.

Also, they already have strong market penetration and great client base and it seems to be growing exponentially with adding new customers. GLTA.
Agreed. The good thing is that they've kept the software clean and streamlined. It's very similar to the MSFT-based customer service software that many large corporations use worldwide to gather customer information. The good thing is, they've kept the simplicity of it for all car dealership personnel to be able to use and tweaked it enough to be proprietary. A very good mix imo. GLTA.
I actually replied to the post.
Yes, I did ask the CEO about this and there are no plans whatsoever for a r/s. He is very intent on protecting and increasing shareholder value. Give the company a call. It may take a few days, but eventually you will get through.
By the way this is not a pink sheet stock. It's a fully reporting otcbb. Do your DD and you'll see all the info. Thanks. GLTA.
With several days and many retracements in between :) Looking good. I still believe this is very undervalued for a fully reporting otcbb with proprietary software products, rapid market traction, sales and growing opportunities. JMHO. GLTA.
That is the best thing to do. There is a great amount of DD on this board and also two PRs and a 10Q have been released in the last few days. So, that should give one plenty to review.
It's best to base your decisions on your own DD, and the good thing about this company is that they are fully reporting and have released a couple of recent PRs, so there is much to review in making your decision. GLTA.
You are being off topic and talking about other stocks. Please stick to this one and please be civil towards others. Thank you.
Folks, just a gentle reminder, let's please stay on topic. I'd like to stay flexible with posts, but let's try to stay as much on topic as possible, and friendly as well. Thanks very much. This is a great board and you're all an asset to it. Thanks again.
Great email pal. It's really a wonderful thing to be able to stop to be appreciative of everything that we have and the tremendous things that others do for us. I believe in always giving back as much as I possibly can. Even if it just means a smile that brightens someone's day. GLTA

My opinion is that this is just the beginning. But you must do your own DD and make your own decisions. .02 might seem like a distant memory in a week. JMHO. GLTY.
C'mon folks, funny, but let's please stay on topic. Thanks. GLTA.
I hear ya, but I don't think this run is based on chart technicals alone. Someone earlier had mentioned the same thing and felt we would consolidate lower and then there was a strong eod run on strong volume. Like Fringe said, I believe there are several factors in play here. JMHO. GLTA.
The s-8 is priced at .10 a share and was issued back in September. Shares are distributed over time when employees reach certain milestones. They are priced at .10 a share. So, they wouldn't be selling until the price is well above that.
Just the opposite. It's a much lower cost cause its a web-based software product. Their profit margins are larger on the web-based software product.
From the 10Q: Cost of sales on a percentage basis decreased to 13.14% of revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2007 as compared to 20.60% of revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2006 for a net decrease of 7.46%.
This is a proprietary software product.
Volume increased quite a bit in the last few minutes of trading. Not sure what screen you were looking at :)
I wouldn't dream of taking anyone's advice from the Raging Bull site or ever looking at that site. It's reputation precede's itself.
You should do your own DD and make your own decisions. I wouldn't make my decisions from what some anonymous person told me on a board. There's lots of info, just do the DD. GLTY.
It's based on a 12, 24 or 36 month contract. From last week's 10Q:
....In April 2007 the Company released its new web based platform WebDA ™ , moving the company from a server based platform operation, thus eliminating the high cost of maintaining inventory and installation costs. Our revenues are now generated from a one-time up-front payment and monthly recurring fees covering software licenses. Our license agreements are provided in twelve, twenty-four and thirty-six month terms. Typically, a $2,500 down payment, booked upon agreement of the contract, and a monthly fee of $1,500 over a twelve month term (these are approximate amounts, since exact amounts are negotiated between the Company and the customer) is booked monthly as revenue at an average annual fee of $20,500, inclusive of the down payment.
Hmmm $1.20 per share sounds very nice :)
