Yes, I did ask the CEO about this and there are no plans whatsoever for a r/s. He is very intent on protecting and increasing shareholder value. Give the company a call. It may take a few days, but eventually you will get through.

By the way this is not a pink sheet stock. It's a fully reporting otcbb. Do your DD and you'll see all the info. Thanks. GLTA.
