Adam came on and purchased complete control of the company. Look at the prior filings. It seems he can do whatever he wants. It was dumb to allow him to have this much control.
I think IR doesn't care
If they got grant money then there was no need for this.
Agreed. Hey, we are probably going to do 1 - 1000 R/S a year from now. Stupid. Release the report, line up some JVs, get funding, and then announce the R/S a year from now when everything is solid.
I'll admit, they played their cards terribly. This could have been handled way better.
This seems like an overreaction to the news. It still needs to be voted on and this only brings us closer to uplisting and larger investors.
He has nothing better to do than watch this stock on the daily to look for a .01 drop and post "lol".
How is the market cap this low with this major deal. It's almost like nobody believes it.
The board of directors has some connections with Musk, so it wouldn't surprise me if Tesla is the target.
Two well respected posters who have been invested in this for quite a while.
The O/A increased to 370 million today. This doesn't pass the smell test. Company says they are decreasing A/S and buying back shares, but the O/S keeps increasing
But I know the CEO is learning from you. Fantastic.
I will repeat. It's sad that a CEO is learning from ihubbers. 100%
Hahaha. a CEO learning from ihub is a good thing? Wow
If he's truly reading and keeping up with an ihub board, then that's a red flag in itself.
And? What's your point? They are still there.
Yea, it's huge. :(
During the six months ended June 30, 2022, the Company issued additional PIK Notes of $266,694 in lieu of cash interest payments. The carrying value of the Series 2023 Notes Payable was $18,024,680 as June 30, 2022.
As of June 30, 2022, the Company was in compliance with the covenants of the Series 2023 Notes.
I will say these all positive things, but nobody can deny there are very large convertible notes still out there. That part sucks
Wow, a 10 million share sell. Ugh
Feels like stick and carrot
Zero indicator of a pump. Just massive accumulation happening
Also, this big lithium project fell through for various reasons. It was supposed to be huge, but had a lot of environmental issues. This makes our property even more valuable now. The US needs domestic supply badly.

IR response to my inquiry if the company expects any further dilution now that we have the reward.
"The DOE funds are allocated for expenditures specifically related to the Company's development of its halloysite-derived silicon project. I am not allowed to provide forward-looking information that is not included in a public disclosure. The Company has stated it plans use the net proceeds from the recent sale of its iron oxide assets to fund its operations and reduce its reliance on future dilutive financings"
Not a billion in funding. A million yes.
The CEO was just replaced last month
Someone should let AMNL management know. They might be unaware of the issue.
Just wait until they announce their commercial partners. It will come
Flippers. That's it
Awesome news. Hopefully this means dilution no longer needed and nothing but blue skies from here.
We are definitely in the right industry at the right time. Just need to get the story out
If the valuations here are accurate, this has a long way to climb still. Looks good
Just pure speculation. The only sure thing we know so far is they were terminated. That's it. That's the facts we know.
This is the most logical post created so far.
They just said it to someone in an email. Nothing official
Yea, he owns the shell. He doesn't own vision digital until the company states so. But he paid for the shell. That's it.
John Carlin is the CEO and founder of vision digital
