I didn't say I was positive about anything. I have done my DD and that is why I am fairly confident that this will eventually turn around. Your outlook is different than mine and I certainly don't have the time to post messages here everyday.
SVFC$$$$
Well, if you don't have any faith in the company getting a new and better financial agreement, and if you don't believe in the science and technology that the company offers, and if you feel Dr. Victor is a dishonest man, then why don't you sell your shares and move on instead of complaining and speculating about things that may or not be true. This is a penny stock my friend. Volatility is the name of the game. We make our decisions and live with them. They are not all scams. Toxic financing is the problem here, and yes, you can blame Dr. Victor for that. However, if you don't want to wait it out (hell, most of us have waited this long so why not stick it out) then stop torturing yourself and move along.
SVFC$$$$
5 posts and an expert? No, not a scam. A little DD would have revealed that the company ALWAYS releases 10-K, 10-Q, etc., late. There is a hell of a lot going on behind the scenes that we are not privy to but will eventually learn about. The company doesn't release fluff PR's and never has. When something newsworthy is ready to be announced we'll know. Scam? Please! Using scare tactics like that won't work.
SVFC$$$$
Miami, I think we'll be OK. It's just taking longer than we'd like. This company would have already been 6 feet under if all roads were leading to a dead end. We'll be fine. All IMO.
SVFC$$$$
HAE12, there are many facets to what SVFC is trying to do scientifically. Delays are the norm for start-up biotech companies attempting to get patent approvals, new processes accepted, etc.. Until they are able to generate enough revenue stay in business, money is, and always will be, the key factor to their ultimate success. Toxic financing is a killer unless a new deal is reached. You have to separate the toxic financing from everything else because of the agreement with YA. It isn't going away until a new agreement is reached to replace it and also one that satisfies YA. It doesn't matter how much progress the company is making on other fronts if financing is a mess. IMO, the company, as well as folks like Dr. Andrews are fully aware of this (that's why he is still involved), and progress is being made towards a new financial agreement.
SVFC$$$$
We'll find out soon enough on a financial agreement. A potential FDA roadblock may take longer. All IMO.
SVFC$$$$
The actual process? That isn't why the PPS is where it is. The reason is toxic financing! IMO, that is being addressed and the company will stay silent until a new financial agreement is reached, or anything else of significance happens that is worthy of reporting in the form of a PR. The company is alive folks! There must be developments taking place or this would have stopped trading long ago. The 10-K is due and a late filing is nothing new so I'm not surprised. Not saying it's right, just saying I'm not surprised. Because of their history for late filings I'm not concerned even though we haven't received a notice of a late filing thus far.
We are in a holding pattern.
SVFC$$$$
In my opinion you are very wrong about SVFC closing up shop. That is baseless and utter nonsense.
SVFC$$$$
Miami, you're good. I was just agreeing with you about the volume since E*TRADE was showing the same thing. Ihub has issues from time to time so I don't rely on it for anything. I do hope they get things fixed quickly though for those who do.
SVFC$$$$
E*TRADE shows the same thing.
SVFC$$$$
Cosmic, I agree a new financial agreement is the number one priority. It has to be. I also believe a new financial arrangement has been discussed but negotiations could still be ongoing. We simply don't know. You may be correct; perhaps we're just waiting for the signatures.
I'm not the least bit concerned about the Andrews lab. Whether a delay is he result of the FDA's position, etc., the game is still on! Dr. Andrews would have severed his relationship with SVFC long ago if there wasn't a mutual benefit to each. The man is not stupid!
Yes, revenues could easily grow exponentially in the future. IMO, the surprise could be future revenues coming from unknown or unforeseen sources. Something is going on and we don't what. The company is not folding their chairs and going home so exactly what are they up to? I don't think they're just waiting on IND's, the EPO, or the FDA.
We'll find out in due time. I'm glad I added a bunch at .0001 (twice) because IMO the PPS is not going to hover here for too much longer.
SVFC$$$$
Cosmic, I'm with you all the way on this. I also agree that in the future, when, I don't know, the SP will move north. However, I do think if any type of litigation was resolved the company would release a PR, and not for the benefit of the SP. As you pointed out it would have little to no affect. A prolonged campaign of press releases and positive information? I think the two are synonymous. When one happens the other will as well. Obviously the two biggest obstacles that must be conquered is a new financial agreement and revenue growth. Once a favorable new agreement is reached and revenues start increasing we are off to the races. You will then have the positive info and plenty of PR's! All IMO.
SVFC$$$$
Nice work Cosmic! Did Miller and Salvani comply as ordered? We don't know. Regardless of the sum of money involved, I would think if this was settled the company would issue a PR of some sort. Just my opinion.
SVFC$$$$
Thanks gem, I'll do that later today.
SVFC$$$$
Bingo! They have other priorities and IMO they are working on those. Jim is low on totem pole for now.
SVFC$$$$
maninthechair, Anyone can see because...blah, blah, blah? That is a deep, and a very well thought out response. But you know why I think a R/S WON'T happen? Because it simply doesn't benefit anyone at this time to do so. So please explain why in the hell it would even be considered! A R/S just doesn't make any sense. I don't understand the claims of such nonsense. Scare tactic?
SVFC$$$$
Why are we talking about the possibility of R/S? It doesn't make sense for anyone involved to do so! Besides, if it were a consideration they would have done so when the PPS was higher. IMO, it won't happen and I'm not going to concern myself with such speculation.
SVFC$$$$
Gem, nothing will happen of any significance until a new financial agreement in place. I think most of us agree on that (enter Dawson James). Jim is of little use as a source for info since he doesn't know anything, thus he remains irrelevant. As far as a FDA issue goes, well, unfortunately there just isn't any way of knowing. One thing is certain, something is going on. But what?
SVFC$$$$
Seems like we've been reading the same thing about Jim for months on this board. Why would he even wait this long for a contract? Sounds strange to me. IMO, the company IS working on plenty. Front and center would be a new financial agreement. I've actually forgotten about Jim at this point and consider him irrelevant.
SVFC$$$$
Gem, your scenario is plausible. We just don't know and hopefully we'll have answers soon enough. BTW, who disallowed hunches? LOL Hunches, speculating, my bad! We're (most of us) on the same team so I, like others, get frustrated from time to time. Your posts are good reading!
SVFC$$$$
I'm with you all the way Turbo. The PPS is down but the company still has the same potential it always did. Once the financial mess is rectified things should turn around, and the PPS will reflect so accordingly. Andrews, and others, haven't bailed and that in itself is saying something. If this was a dead horse they would have all been out long ago. That means they must see something in it for them. They NEED for SVFC to succeed so they can benefit as well. It will all be about revenues after the financial situation is resolved. If future revenues grow then we are off to the races. All IMO.
SVFC$$$$
Still think this is a steal at .0001. Pretty good volume so far today. Don't think some folks out there know something we don't? Something is going on, we just don't what yet. Just a matter of time and this baby will reverse IMO. Glad I added when I did. Being able to purchase SVFC shares at .0001 a second time? Yeah, I'll take my chances with that anytime!!
SVFC$$$$
You may be on to something there gem...
SVFC$$$$
A strengthening business would suggest an increase in revenues. That could very well be in the cards. That would also suggest why a financial agreement hasn't been announced yet. They may be working all of this out. Again, YA would benefit by waiting from this type of scenario. Is financing dependent upon an FDA approved protocol? I don't think that is etched in stone. IMO, SVFC will survive with or without an immediate effective FDA approved protocol.
SVFC$$$$
Sounds like a reasonable assessment especially when factoring in the potential of the company. If I'm understanding you correctly, and in your opinion, YA is willing to wait things out regarding any default, because potentially they have a lot more to gain by doing so providing SVFC is able to land a suitable financial agreement. If that is correct I agree with you 100%. That would also explain why the stock continues to trade.
SVFC$$$$
BS Total Effen BS, only kidding, lol. Actually that is a good question. I'm not an expert on such matters so I don't know the answer. I would think SVFC would have stopped trading, don't know. Maybe someone on the board knows the answer to that...someone who really knows. Not someone who thinks they know everything and is just trying to stir things up.
SVFC$$$$
I'll remain optimistic and won't speculate on anything because it won't do any good. Guessing is pointless. However, if the Andrews lab was a no go, I think Dr. Andrews would have pulled out and a PR would have been released by necessity, no? Why the delay at Andrews I have know idea. I'm sure we'll all find out soon enough.
SVFC$$$$
I only say that because the 11th came and went and no default with YA. Doesn't that suggest that the company must be working on a financial agreement that would have prevented the default? Isn't that what the agreement with Dawson James is for? Not speculating just using common sense. And if anyone still thinks a R/S is the answer, well, that is crazy talk because it doesn't benefit any party involved.
SVFC$$$$
I'm not into speculating or hunches. IMO, the company will get the financial mess squared away (soon) and we will be on our way. GLTU
SVFC$$$$
There seems to be lawsuits over just about everything these days. I don't think that will determine the future of the company. You know the science and technology is there! Do you really think Dr. Andrews would even get involved with SVFC if it wasn't? The biggest problem, IMO, is financing. I believe they will get that fixed. For all the naysayers, GLTU anyway!
SVFC$$$$
Wow! Gonia, read more of these types of statements from other companies. It is standard language and nothing more. Don't read more into it and don't assume anything. It doesn't even remotely say what you state as an impending event. Wow, wow, wow!
SVFC$$$$
Finally, a sensible post on the subject. First of all it hasn't even been mentioned except on this board as pure speculation. Second, as you point out, it makes no sense for a R/S at this time. It would not benefit the company in any way. That is one of the reasons I believe adding at .0001 is a good play. I see hardly any downside risk but great upside potential once they get their financial ducks in a row. The science and technology is there and isn't going away.
SVFC$$$$
Again, who the hell mentioned R/S? No one! It's speculation!! Please don't lecture. I know the repercussions of what I am doing. You guys are assuming an awful lot when you write stuff like:
Lets not event mention the shares you bought at a much higher price!
My cost average is pretty low. So worry about yourself and stop giving unwanted investment advice to individuals who don't ask you for it.
Lots of anger here. I think I'll stay on the sidelines and monitor the activity for awhile.
SVFC$$$$
Who said anything about a R/S? That is pure peculation! Thanks for the advice though, but "pumpandump" tells me everything I need to know about your investment strategy, lol. BTW, let's keep religion out of this. I'm confident the company will be fine going forward. If you're pissed off, fine, I get it, just don't use me as a sounding board.
SVFC$$$$
Why would smart investors get out at the lowest price and guarantee a loss? That makes absolutely no sense. On the contrary, it is the smart investors who will be making some serous money by adding or purchasing shares at .0001. This company isn't going anywhere. Too much in he pipeline and the science and technology can't be ignored. They'll figure out how to fix the financial mess, and once they do...
All IMO.
SVFC$$$$
Smart money was adding or purchasing at no bid. Never should have been there. All IMO.
SVFC$$$$
Hope you're right, but only if the run is steady and sustained. No spikes, although I'm sure traders wouldn't mind seeing that, lol. At least we're off the no bid...for now.
SVFC$$$$
I guess it really doesn't matter. I'll load up as many shares as possible at .0001. It makes sense to me. It won't stay at no bid forever and it's only a matter of time before we start going back up. All IMO.
SVFC$$$$
Just added another 16.5 mil at .0001!! IMO it won't stay that low for long.
SVFC$$$$
I also recommend E*Trade. I have been using them for over 20 years and have never had a problem with any type of trade. I was able to double my position of SVFC by adding shares at .0001 back in early November. The trade (26 mil) was executed the same day with no problems whatsoever. GLTU
