Seems like we've been reading the same thing about Jim for months on this board. Why would he even wait this long for a contract? Sounds strange to me. IMO, the company IS working on plenty. Front and center would be a new financial agreement. I've actually forgotten about Jim at this point and consider him irrelevant.
