Lambster-"Dean was extremely angry that letter was released to all of us to see"
How do you know this?
Did you speak with Dean personally and he told you this?
Are you maybe "projecting" anger?
All right AT-I will give you that as part of the fundamental DD that was being evaluated were the statements by the CEO.
And I will give you that some ppl bought near the highs based on those statements.
But realizing the nature of this speculative stock, when things fell apart and the pps started down, then it was up to the individual stockholder to decide to "be married" to the stock or to go for a divorce ( or at least a separation)
At that point in time, it was the individual, not Dean, deciding to hold on and riding it down. And from some of the posts on this board, they lost a bundle doing that.
Use the situation as a learning experience. Even the best of traders make some losing calls....... it goes with the investing territory. The trick is to lose as LITTLE of your invested dollars as possible, by managing your risk.
NOTHING is learned by wailing and blaming another, in this case Dean, because you can't change the past.
You can only use your experience to affect how you handle future situations.
"Good judgment comes from experience, and experience sometimes comes from bad judgment."
Will Rogers
Here's another enlightenment...........
Anybody who sustained large losses ( over 8-10 %) did so because they used poor money management and didn't use the tool called "stop losses"
Blame Dean all you want, but when the stock declined by whatever amount you decided you could tolerate ( and prudent investors would say 10 % is about it), then the blame shifts from Dean to yourself. Own it, and stop shifting blame.
The petty accusations and ( probably) libelous posts have gotten totally out of hand on this board
151K shares traded in the last 1 1/4 hours
Not a lot of interest here, is there?
Has been in a trading range of .19 to .15 since Dec 1st
All momentum indicators are dead in the water - as in NO momentum, for you non sailors.
Chart update .....................
Things improving, but still no definitive move up.
Breaking .18 would be positive if it held , as then .18 would become support
Support is ( at the moment) .16, with the longstanding strong support at .15

Chart update-nothing much has changed..........
Whatever happened or didn't happen at the SH meeting, certainly hasn't had any effect on the pattern of trading and pps.
.150 has established itself as a VERY STRONG support. Therefore, if it breaks, look out below.
.16 is beginning to establish itself as a strengthening resistance.
All momo indicators neutral with a bit of money flowing out per CMF
Def: Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) - Combines price and volume to show how money may be flowing into or out of a stock. Alternative to Accumulation/Distribution Line.

Shaka-Your post is not worthy of comment
Shaka(no King)I don't know what game you are playing, but what about "an opinion, of course" don't you understand?
So what do we (peons) know after the SH meeting that we didn't know before it?
Not much it seems. So it still seems to gravitate around whether we believe DJ or not.
I am believing less and less ( an opinion , of course)
If the SH meeting has gone on for 2 hrs and 40 min ( so far) , I would think that there are a representative number of SH there, and that many questions are being asked ( are they being answered is what I want to know)
Chart update and some other stuff........
Having a trading plan and honoring it - once you have a plan in place, and you have sold your shares( hopefully at a profit) then looking back and saying coulda, shoulda, woulda only is cause for grief and a case of ulcers!!
If you are still holding some shares, then be in the moment - we don't know the future.
What is IMGG doing right now? How does what it is doing right now fit in with my trading plan? What looks best for me right now?
When fundamental changes occur (as opposed to technical changes) - such as the SH meeting results, then ask yourself the same questions again, based on the new knowledge.
Some technical knowledge is a big help in assessing where IMGG is RIGHT NOW.
Chart:
The .16 mark is both support and resist, depending if pps is above or below it. After the results of the SH meeting are known, I would expect to see some movement one way or the other.
A break out in either direction gives you the hint and may answer the questions posed above.
The important thing is to have a plan in place to cover EITHER case.

Woody-thanks a lot for the effort
Woody-great.Any chance you can get a report back to the board relatively quickly?
Maybe a smart phone or notebook computer.
Was it ever established if any member of this board would be present at the SH meeting?
guest-sorry, but I guess that you have not been here long enough to know that I don't do that - I have personal and professional reasons why I CAN'T do that.
I post charts and share my analysis re same. I leave it to you to use that info as just another tool to use re decisions you personally make.
It's not for me to either deny or confirm these allegations that you and others have made.
I conducted my trading based on the charts , utilizing stop losses, and relying on my experience. I made a lot of profit following those guidelines - therefore I don't have an ax to grind, as several disappointed ( and perhaps less disciplined) "investors" here seem to want to do.
RE DJ -the "verdict" is not in as we don't have all the information needed to pass judgment ( legally speaking or ethically speaking)
On the surface it does appear that the statements on the CC were not accurate. But I believe that if a "crime" has been committed, it will eventually end up in the legal system under some form or another.
Meanwhile, I personally choose to concentrate on my personal trading of IMGG. For me, it's not about what DJ did or
didn't do. The truth about that will eventually become known.
I choose not to waste my time and energy on a bunch of "what ifs"
I prefer to look at "what is", and how it affects me personally and how it affects my bottom line.
If other ppl here want to be vigilantes, they should go right ahead and do whatever they think is best for them personally.
I should hope that " Innocent until proven guilty" still has some validity" to it.
I think it's only fair to view DJ and the company in that light until proven otherwise.
After all, Bernie M did eventually go to jail.
at-why are you so intent on PUNISHING DJ?
Were you paying attention to the stock price as it went down?
Did you execute your stops ( which I am sure you had in place !!!)?
Perhaps your time would be better spent studying the basics re how to make money in the markets rather than focusing negative energy on some kind of retribution.
DJ has made some mistakes -- haven't we all?
What DJ did or didn't do is all in the past - you can't change that. Being negative and so emotionally involved will be detrimental to your health ( financial and otherwise)
The upcoming SH meeting , will, I hope, clear up many of the questions we have.
Why not wait a day for that to take place and then move FORWARD with that info.
Wishing you good health and good investing
Chart update and @drpolk.......
The technicals are strengthening with today's action. I would love to see it close at .17 or better, as .17 is the 50 dma. Even if it closes at .16, that would be at the 10 and 20 DMAs, which have contained the price for quite a number of sessions in the recent past.
Note to drpolk: "urological projection" - I love it !!!!

"WISE"BigOwl-once again you live up to the name of your totem animal name.... a very wise post, indeed.
There is a definite lack of "ownwership" of one's opinions stated here, by several posters, which only serve a private agenda, and do not serve the purposes of this board, IMO, of course.
That is, opinions and judgments posted without regard for substantiation of same. I can only guess the reasons for these types of posts, and , again, IMO, they do NOT serve the purpose of truly posting helpful information to the other posters.
Verification of the statements WOULD, on the other hand, serve the purpose of posting information useful to making investment decisions by the other members here.
There is so much potential for each of us to leave the egos behind, and truly have an opportunity to serve our fellow investors.
Back to the charts !!!!!!!
I think that several members of this board should get in their cars ( or board a plane) on Monday - the markets are closed- go to California and advise Dean on the engineering of the device.
Since you all seem to be very informed as to exactly what needs to be done to pass the FDA muster, I am sure Dean and Company would be more than happy to have your input.
With your consultation and advice, we should have a marketable product by March 1st.
Please, help them out.
We are counting on you.
vibe-to tell the truth,I don't have any thoughts about IMGG at this point.
Everything is in neutral ( spinning the wheels!!)
Have to wait for some kind of fundamental change to have any price movement. As long as .150 holds, I guess we should be happy---:o))
Interesting-3D images in approx 25 seconds is NOT real time ( less than 1 second) BUT it works !!!! and is selling already.
Something to be said for that.
Thank you for a sane and coherent post.
It's been a while since I have seen such an intelligent and comprehensive evaluation of the craziness of the past few days.
Chart update.......................
If the NSE info hasn't brought this stock down below the VERY STRONG and proven .150 support by now, I think the odds are definitely in our favor that the initial selling was all MMs playing amongst themselves.
Now, it's the waiting game once again.
The momentum indicators are mostly still weak and in downward bias, which tells me that too much time waiting, and the pps will erode, albeit slowly.
Note esp the STO - usually a frontrunner for momo.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=IMGG&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p73994678940&a=195071609
I think it WOULD qualify as a significant event-but the Company is responsible for disclosing that to the public at large through a recognized protocol ( NOT ON A FACEBOOK PAGE!!!)
And we know that that type of info has not been forthcoming on a VOLUNTARY basis.
Dean responded to the NSE issue only after being exposed with his trousers down around his ankles
brick-what makes you think that?
"If they were not going forward with resub, one would think that we would know that by now."
Look how hard it was to get ( MORE SIGNIFICANT)info re the contents of the NSE report.
Everything at IMGG is being held very closely to the chest.
We , the "lowly" stockholders, not being in the friends and family
group, will be the LAST to know anything that is happening in Burbank.
Maybe you missed the fact that the plaintiff is a LAWYER.
I don't think his court expenses ( if the suit ever makes it that far) would be all that much.
This lawsuit probably will fall by the wayside, but perhaps it will motivate Mr Janes to open up some communication with ALL the shareholders - not just his FB "friends"
Disclosure: I am a FB friend, but never have and never will post anything there. I only use my friend status to read what is posted by DJ there
The last CC is still available on the IMGG site - perhaps others as well
http://www.imaging3.com/media/conferencecalls/State_of_Company11-1-10.mp3
Yes,it is Dean Janes of IMGG.
The plaintiff is "bogdan" from this board.
I have had communication with him - it's real all right
With all the recent "uproar".........
We are back to the sluggish volume and price holding above the .150 support.
Looks like a time for ppl to digest all the recent news.
Cpbball---------------
Re point #1 - Yes, in retrospect, I would agree with you. There has been a lot of "insider' activity that was sometimes obvious, but also some that was not. I think that there will be a lot of legal "activity" around this mess. How will that activity affect price? - I don't know
RE point #2 - I agree with you again. I know of several personal contacts of mine ( unfortunately, I recommended
that they check out IMGG )who do not check the message board very often and had no idea of what has transpired.
I had to email them with the info.
The way we found out was only because mr sano ( thanks again) was persistent to get the info from FHA. Without his efforts, we probably would be in the dark forever. This is NOT the proper channel that should have been taken by Dean, as he should have had a PR release or a CC to inform ALL of the shareholders simultaneously. Very poor form on his part and he probably will be held to account for it.
Even though it closed down almost 11%, the fact that it held the .150 support, although it certainly surprised me, is a good sign. No matter who is buying the 3.2 mil, if it holds support, we have a chance that it won't totally fall apart.
It closed at the 10 dma (.16)
I'm not sure how much good technicals are in this situation - but, again, if that .150 holds, it's only good news
I think things are going to get "messy" legally, I'm sorry to say.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=IMGG&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p99739626662&a=195071609
Cpbball- Thanks much
Can somebody with Level II access tell me who is trading the 2.8 million shares
Thanks
bogdan-ditto for me
ifoolu77@yahoo.com
Thanks so much for offering
bogdan - link please
2.1 mil shares have exchanged hands in 2 hours.
This is huge volume for this stock.
capn-to keep it from tanking and having a major panic selling set in.
It behooves those in the know to keep the pps stable, esp if there will not be any good news for some time.
Of course, the MMs are involved here also - and who knows what their MO is?
I think it's more sinister than that
With 2.1 million shares traded, and the pps remaining relatively stable, I think that the "someones in the know" are conspiring to manipulate the price.
Call me skeptical, but with the way things are lately, I think skeptical is prudent
Chart update.....................
If it breaks (closes above) the 10 dma at .16, this will turn out to be a GOOD day.
In these irrational markets, irrational is rational, bad news is good news, up is down !!!
