Detecting What Can Harm Us: Nanosensors, Inc. (OTCBB:NNSR)
by Glenn Wilkins - AllPennyStocks.com News Reporter
March 8, 2007 (AllPennyStocks.com Media Inc.) - The Bush administration's fall in public opinion, stemming from the Iraq quagmire, may have shifted attention away from the importance of protecting this country from all manner of menace - by bomb, germ, or gas.
Addressing this need is Santa Clara, California-based NanoSensors Incorporated (OTCBB:NNSR), a company whose products are aimed at detecting threats to our security, whether by chemical, biological or explosive threats. The company also aims to develop intellectual property to enable it to create nanoscale devices.
(more below...)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Only three years old and with a stock price still dwelling in the bargain basement, NanoSensors is making inroads in getting more of its sensors accepted into the market, enabling its customers to combat the perils that might otherwise invade either their bodies or our borders.
On the medical front, NanoSensors' current strategy is to build sensors that incorporate the technology covered by its license agreement with Michigan State University to detect e.coli and salmonella in food and water.
According to the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, there are more than 170 strains of e.coli. Although most strains are harmless, one strain, found in the intestines of cattle, deer, goats and sheep, produces a powerful toxin that can cause severe illness. It's estimated that e.coli costs America alone about $430 million (all figures in U.S. currency unless specified otherwise) in medical costs, premature death and lost productivity. The urgency of the fight against e.coli is not lost on those in the medical community.
Just as 2006 ended, the company hired a third-party contractor to manufacture units of a test version of its biosensor product to be used for field-testing. NanoSensors expects to take delivery of the product units in a matter of weeks to gather feedback and gauge its effectiveness. The product is based on the company's recently licensed nonporous silicon-based biosensor technology aimed at detecting e.coli.
In combating the more external threat from terrorists, the company believes it has an edge in that its anti-explosive detectors are more compact, sensitive, cost-efficient and don't require as much supervision as products made by its competitors. NanoSensors, which trades on the Over-the-Counter market under the symbol NNSR, addresses those issues with its M10 Sensor product.
The Model 10 (M10), still under development, is a portable device - a handheld wand - that can be used to screen people for explosives as they enter public facilities. The product's commercial viability will be determined when tested with live explosives.
As so many small firms must do, NanoSensors has partnered with and even acquired some of its rivals. In picking up privately held Virginia-based DKL International last month, the company has catapulted itself into a revenue-producing position, expanded its management team, distribution network and product line.
The Company is helmed by Dr. Ted Wong, a seasoned business executive who has served as CEO of Zerotree Technologies, as well as working in the research and development departments with American Rockwell and General Electric.
In recent weeks, many stocks have suddenly gone into hibernation, and NNSR has been no exception, plumbing new 52-week lows, to readings of 0.008 in early March, a far cry from the 14-cent peak it achieved last June. But with the concern growing over what's in our food and who tries to elude the law in our airports and other public places, and the edge the Company holds in innovation and marketing of its products, the future looks up for this company.

Not only did he buy open market
he bought above the current ask!
Good morning all.
Hopefully we will get that long anticipated news/update this week.
Insider buys on open market and no action?
WTF?
NEWS can't come soon enough.
The bid hammering continues!
Welcome sarge.
There is plenty going on at NNSR. Read the page and check out the links. I have seen the products and met the people involved. NNSR has great potential if we(investors)can get the company back from the .001 flippers and take the remaining shares from the dumpers. If you just sit on your shares, you may check back and see a profit, but this is what keeps moving us south. Nobody is willing to by at the ASK. Chances are you won't see anything. Do your research and decide what is best for you.
WOW! This is exciting.
0 trades. Come on guys, if we can get passed the .01 point we will begin to move.
I'm not pulling the weight alone.
NNSR could pop any day now!
The next big news PR could send this sharply upward!
It sucks that NITE wants to keep screwing with NNSR.
SBSH and ETRD are also culprits holding us down. Time for us to loosen our wallets and take them out at the ASK!
4u2cat think positive...
With the things I've seen and the people I have met, I see great things coming. Negativity does not help anyone.
These things take time!

For your information, not only have I met those in charge, I have also been on a tour of NNSRs' acquistion DKL. As far as my investment, I have a basis of .011. So, I believe I have done quite a bit of DD. And, I'm not losing my ass like you.
Furthermore, I don't believe making childish comments about the detector equates to asking valid intelligent questions. It more equates to the third grade mantality the bashers here seem to possess.
As far as PRs', There have been enough to give anyone a good idea of what is taking place currently with NNSR. And there are more on the way. Product developement takes time.
And lastly, this market is wacked, welcome to pennyland. It is always unpredictable.

If you are so unhappy sell and move on! It doesn't matter what you think it looks like. It matters whether it works! And,when it is done testing it will be sold.
And, if it fails, it will just go to prove your investing skills are equivalent to a third grader.

Check sec filings! Read yahoo finance recent news.
Why did you buy a stock you know nothing about?
If you spent half the time doing research as you do whining you would have the answers you are looking for.
greenstream... 10QSB and 10KSB filed!
Check the sec filings douchebag before you start trashing NNSR!

EDGAR Online (Tue, Feb 27)
The bashers on this board are idiots! Do your research! Better yet, Just leave!
We can see what keeps Zero-G up nights.
Why did you buy anyway? Since you are such a non-believer, Sell or short. Your pessimistic attitude says you should not have bought in the first place. Move on!
You guys just want to pray NNSR up?
Guess you all just want someone else to buy NNSR up so you can recover your losses. It comes a little quicker if you average down. Anyway, no help?
I've added @.009. How about some help?
Few big buys @ ask moves us upward.
See!
NITE still trying to hold NNSR down. eom
Not positive... whoever wanted out may be out.
Although sales at the bid have dropped of buys at the ask are still lacking.
Could this be the bottom?
Could be rebalancing but...
my broker confirmed that the trades went thru at 60,000 share lots at the ask of .013. And normally rebalancing takes place after the market closes not at 15:29/3:29pm.
Something odd...
1,000,000+ shares just went thru at the ask. What was odd other than the quantity was the time stamp, 13:28. I called my broker and the confirmed the trade. They had no explanation for why it posted this morning.
1,150,000 shares just went thru @ the ask...
They were time stamped 15:27. I thought this to be odd so I contacted my broker. They confirmed that the trade took place yesterday but had no explanation for why it posted today.
It is nice to see someone is interested in large lots. If this keeps up I too will add with large lots. I just can't/won't do it alone.
Unleash your wallets guys, we could be making a move!
guilfordin and others... As far as PPS
I agree manipulation does take place but, the major problem with these penny stocks is the .001x FLIPPERS. Combined with those that sit on the bid waiting to get shares at .001 cheaper as opposed to just buying at the ask, these penny stocks go nowhere fast.
People buying at the ask is the only way to move a stock.
Wondering if the bid slamming is over?
Two days straight of no selling at the bid. Could whomever was slamming be out? Or, has everyone just lost interest? eerie
Just a thought!
Thanks for your input nnsr. TURN OFF CAPS!
I feel the same about NNSR. Especially after meeting with Josh and Howard. And, having the opportunity to handle and operate DKLs' sensors.
We will succeed!
It will move upward when...
News comes out about the merger completion or an update on testing results. Or,
When some of the potential buyers get there money off the bid and buy at the ask. All the volume in the world won't move the stock upward from the bid.
Gamecock, Zero, blackpast...
I live in MD. Just a short drive to DKL(the company NNSR is merging with)in Vienna, VA. I have been to DKL. I met with Howard Sidman, president DKL, and Josh Moser, vice president NNSR. I have seen/operated their detectors.
They are working hard to get the merger done. DKL has products on the market(Lifeguard) and NNSR's E-coli detector is ready for testing.
You weren't impatient when you bought the stock. But yet, you want things yesterday, now.
CHILL OUT! Good things are coming. SELL if you want. We(the ones remaining long and adding) will laugh at you shortly.
The majority of you have done no research at all! Your just pissed cause you have lost some money.
Quite your whining! SELL and MOVE ON! Or, Hold/add, make some phone calls, get some info and enjoy the benefits as we move forward.
We are almost there!
Did some DD on NNPP. Looks good!
Planning on adding some shares to my portfolio of Nano stocks.
Others held: USGA and NNSR.
GLTA
Is it possible .02 will fall soon?
Finally an update!
Ihub boards suck today!
Wait to long and you will chase NNSR
UP,UP,UP. GOODLUCK!
Putting things in perspective 100,000 shrs < $1,000.
So if volume = 1,000,000 then less than $10,000 has changed hands. Man, thats some big players!
NO IT'S NOT! It is some small time investors flipping less than pennies. The way to fix this is to throw some real money at the ASK. Seems to me that NITE,SBSH,and UBSS know the flip game all to well and they are focusing on everyones' fear. In this case, Losing their less than pennies!
Get off your hands people! Put a $1000.00 or so out there! NNSR has many things going on. I HAVE SEEN THESE THINGS!
STOP BEING SO CHEAP!
For the non-believers
I have held DKL's products in my own hands. I have actually used the LIFEGUARD device and seen the readouts as they actually appear on the computer via their software.
The SILENTGUARD unit is a stationary unit. No operator is necessary. Just needs someone to monitor/hear the alert.
The e-coli pics should be out shortly.
Have a good w/e everyone...
Time to go tip a few back and celebrate!
Guessing by the trades going thru....
That's a definitive "NO"!
