Here's what I know:

1.) Rich is frustrated that they're forwarding their number to him.

2.) Rich does not know the timeline for further information being released regarding the gold deposit.

3.) He finds it interesting as well that with an alluvial deposit these guys did a 9.8 g hand grab as opposed to sending the whole 25 kg in for assay...he doesnt quite understand the logic of that.

4.) He is also a bit perturbed and indicated that the last PR from PMRX was incomplete and left a lot open questions and gaps; he was especially frustarted by this.

everything he's saying makes sense...just because it doesnt line up with unbridled enthusiasm doesnt make it untrue.

You dont have to take his word for it...Do your own DD on what he's saying...but at least listen so your not caught with your pants down.

i agree...it makes sense...i dont know how much money is in the sms business because I have know idea what type of revenues these guys expect to get on the deals they have in play...but I'm pretty confident it'll be better than what it is today.

Actually, I'm not thinking...I equated the OS to the RS+TS...which is incorrect...and I have no info on the RS or TS so I cant speak at all to what the float is.

wit regard to the halt...his reasoning is that they would have to...the float seems to be roughly about 14M...if the brokers had to cover over 100M in shares (7+ times the float)...theres no way they could do it on the open market...the stock would become a giffen good.

...at least thats his hypothesis based on what he knows...give him a buzz.

based on what hes saying...if they halt, theyd (the brokers) have to settle directly with the shareholders.

no...but its still very much an unknown.

two things to bear in mind.

1.) A lot of things that the TA is saying are speculative (e.g. his opinions).

2.) If his speculation is in fact accurate we are still navigating uncharted waters here and there are quite a few unknows. For instance, when will the brokers be forced to settle and when they do how will that work. Will the SEC just make them payout 3X the share price when trading halts and will it be 9 months out. For those buying in at .12 this would be disappointing at best and absolutely not worth it. So I dont know how things are going to flush out, still a lot of unknowns.

Perhaps reiterating a lot of whats been said before.

Spoke with the TA...here's the scoop:

*OS: 85,933,246
*AS: 100,000,000 (i believe this is a rough estimate)

*With regard to the short on the CUSIP (and he's guessing here) but he belives that there is a short position on the expired cusip and its between 1 and 2 times the AS.

*He does not know what the action plan with regard to how Playstar will handle this and when.

*He knows that Playstar has the NOBO list but does not know if they have the OBO list.

*Based on what he knows, which is not definitive, he believes that the shorts will have 13 days after a formal action is declared and the SEC starts to investigate to cover the shorts position on the old cusip.

* He's speculating that the SEC will probably have to halt trading and that the brokers will have to settle directly with the shareholders to cover the short.

* He's indicated that the IR rep. at PR is a gentleman by the name of Dennis Burns and his number is 419-448-8891. I've left a message with him. I'd like to validate the TAs info with him and see if I can get an idea of the gameplan.


Caveat: Now, unlike Nathan and HRHR, I would welcome anyone cross checking and adding to this DD. (no need for shell games)

This is DD...im an shareholder (as are most)...and these folks are answerable to shareholders.

no, im asking them what the disposition was of the nobo and ono list they said they would secure in their 11/10 PR and what their plan is with regard to use of that information.

..and if any part of that is sensitive, which I doubt, they should at least send an email back saying "cant tell you".
