"To buy TerreStar out of Bankruptcy protection"

Satellite mogul Charlie Ergen and a group of distressed-debt investors are gearing up for a fight to buy TerreStar Networks Inc. and its rights to a chunk of the airwaves earmarked for next-generation wireless networks.

Mr. Ergen's Dish Network Corp. and TerreStar bondholders including Solus Alternative Asset Management, Stark Investments and MSD Capital are in discussions to buy TerreStar out of bankruptcy protection, said people familiar with the matter.

Well, these shares maybe worth something after all.

They said they do not expect, but not that they will not. I guess after they sort everything out, there still may be enough leftover for the share holders.

"As previously announced, Nortel does not expect that the Company's common shareholders or the NNL preferred shareholders will receive any value from Nortel's creditor protection proceedings and expects that the proceedings will result in the cancellation of these equity interests."

All I am going to say that I've heard that someone who works for a Law firm that specializes in patents (not connected with Nortel's firm that is handling the patent auction) said that there is some HEAVY BIDDING going on for the patents. Take it for what it's worth, but I hope it's true!

Stock maybe worth up to a $1, if they sell patents over 2.6 billion, which is very achievable. IMO

Huge support at .045. I think the PPS should start bouncing back up this afternoon, but we may see a steady rise even before then. IMO Good news releases are just around the corner.
