Just in time
That could open up another can of worms.
If the company doesn’t PR a solid plan of action today, this will surely be in flames.
The troubling part is just the generic response from the company, so far. They better get on the fast track, if they have any scruples. I’m not an investor just observing, but hope you guys fair the storm.
We are probably 2-3 weeks away from any meaningful action on the farm bill due to Wednesday’s day of mourning for President Bush. The goal is still to get it completed this year. Congressional discussions scheduled for that day were rescheduled for the next week. APHA investors are in the House of Pain. Could bring the whole sector down.
Did CRON and these others have any legal recourse? TIA
The correct term is colander. Macaroni strainer is unprofessional. LOL !
I couldn’t find any historical lawsuits against Gabby.
Yep - don't look good. He inspected the site in question first hand.
I emailed the company - no response yet.
Glad I'm just watching, but I know the pain.
No response by the company is a little suspect.
SEC has some work to do, I would guess.
eastern time zone. they should be open
Who is the MM involved? I'm at work, so I can't check. Could be a BOT and/or algorithms.
This is not good article - once trust is lost, it's hard to get back, whether unfounded or not.
I don't see the link
Already made 10 day average trading volume.
No news, no filings so far. scary.
WOW - and a possible up day for the sector, too.
We could argue this point forever, but the key is growing conditions. I prefer pure organic under controlled conditions.
George Washington grew hemp, as did a few other presidents.
found it
When will they finalize SEC paperwork ? I thought it would be done by now.
Making progress on the Farm Bill in the US. Very close. The goal is to pass it before 2019. The sector might benefit in the short term, but you never know. Definitely in the long term.
My W. A. G. is Diageo
Please elaborate for us dummies. TIA
I see that. He ain't budging. Buy him out ! LOL !
If you are referring to NYSE BR, the chart just hit a death cross.
But ... oversold for 2 months.
Price Not finalized yet but the price is not negotiable I believe. Insiders get to buy whatever doesn’t get sold.
You poy .50 per warrant which allows you to purchase a share and 1/2 warrant at $1.25. I don’t remember the pps for the second round
Shares are restricted from sale for 6 months after the new company is listed on an exchange.
Good deal, if you have cash laying around
Could be life changing for a young person.
And your cash is subject to income tax, state and federal.
For every 1,000 shares, you get 150 warrants. at 50 cents a warrant, you get $75 dollars (CAN) minus transaction expenses.
75 CAN Dollars = 57 U.S. dollars
correct !
The SpinCo Unit Warrants to be distributed pursuant to the Distribution will not be registered under the laws of any foreign jurisdiction, including the U.S. Securities Act. Consequently, no SpinCo Unit Warrants will be delivered to any registered or beneficial holder of TGOD shares who is, or who appears to TGOD or Computershare Trust Company of Canada, as custodian (the “Custodian”) to be, a non-resident of Canada (“Non-Residents”) within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada) (the “Tax Act”). Such SpinCo Unit Warrants will be delivered by TGOD to the Custodian for sale by the Custodian on behalf of all Non-Residents. Such SpinCo Unit Warrants will be sold by the Custodian through a registered securities broker or dealer (the “Selling Agent”) retained for the purpose of effecting a sale of such SpinCo Unit Warrants on behalf of Non-Residents. Such Non-Residents will receive from the Custodian their pro rata share of the cash proceeds from the sales of such Warrants, less any commissions, expenses and any applicable withholding taxes.

It is tempting if you can wait. Canadians should take advantage.
I like to stay liquid.
I thought shareholders of TGOD get to purchase the spinoff at insider price ?
Either way, I'm not interested in holding restricted shares in a new company. If it looks good, I'll buy at market price.
Long story, but I lost almost a million bucks (unrealized gain) last time I held restricted shares. Held them for a year, and the day before they were released, the company tanked.
Broke even, so my money was tied up for a year, so I lost.
Yeah, I don't think the logistics are ironed out, yet. Since the units aren't going to be registered in the U.S., the brokers will receive the units, and disperse the cash value to the stockholders in the U.S. minus fees.
This isn't cut in stone, I could be FOS and it's not even a done deal yet until the vote.
But that's how I read the pre-prospectus PR.
I don't know anyone. I'm 4 hours away in optimal driving conditions. Throw a little lake effect snow in the mix, and I'll be renting a dogsled. LOL!
I'm sure we will be updated that day or the next.
What are the concern's ?
I have none at this point.
meeting will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton, 6257 Airport Road, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada L4V 1E4 on

If you were me, you wouldn’t worry about other people’s money.
AH market doesn’t like it. I wonder why ?
