If the market was open and chdt didn't trade would anybody
hear it? Besides the seemingly unlikely release of real news we will probably tread water in a narrow zone until the next release of earnings in January.

Somebody bought 150K at .043-- multiple trades but adds
to a nice, even number.
Maybe you need to pay the premium to get a good
number of shares.

One market maker at .043-- might see green.

Sent-- I missed it today-- was occupied-- but I am a buyer at
.04........somebody picked up 135K on the cheap from a panicked seller. There are shares to be picked up even in this range.

I think the fact that chdt has settled in at .041-.045
is impressive given how ugly the quarterly results were.
That is where we sat until the run up before the release.
Given the unexpectedly poor sales and resultant profit (loss),
I was surprised to not see lower lows.

I am comfortable this is a low with support.
None the less, I wouldn't add without some new data.
No reason why it couldn't go to 3's again.

What's the level two?

I still have a substantial position-- i think I am going
to sit tight and see if this appears to be the bottom.
It's conceivable we'll test .037 again. I am more afraid
of downside that losing upside after this 10Q

Did Howard say that four q sales already excede the third?

My wife made me (wisely) sell off half my big position at .061
(average)- ------- she hated the tile colors, hated the flashlights and hated the "timely reader" night light.

Now not sure whether to hold, sell, or buy back in at a discount. I'm lucky to get in early-- so my net price is
now .01 cents a share-------- but it's pathetic to add up the profits I've left on the table.

We are optimistic but noone wants to buy into anothe chdte.
Once they announce the release... we should get some volume.

I just put in a bid for 1999 shares at .046
Somebody has to replace the kingfisher.

Almost painted .045-- 2200 shares traded at 3:30
Maybe the ghost of kingfisher is still about.

If they make 500K-- that would be 850K for last 6 months--or (you would presume at least) 1.7 Million for the last six and next 6 months--
we get 1.7 million divided by 540,000,000 shares or .003 cents a share. Thus-- a PE of 15
Sentinal- check my math-- but this price is pathetic for a company with this growth and even more potential.

This presumes no growth in earnings, only status quo, going forward for the next 6 months.

Why do you think they haven't announced a date for the conference? Only 5 days left. That would kick it up.

I am convinced chdt will have good earnings. Capstone should add to the earnings from the start; we sold a few tiles; we had a big backorder for generators to install.

The real issue for long term holders is sales; did they use up the backorder from last year or continue to expand via dade and naples.

I was just redoing some due diligence and I looked at the SEC
filing for the purchase of 100% of capstone.
He took a relatively small amount of cash (750K) for a profitable business (sales of 2.1 million and profits in the hundreds of thousand depending on how you read it) and stock CONVERTIBLE AT .0875 cents a share.
That's almost 15 million shares that under water at present.
Either he is very confident this stock has great potential
or he sold for a tiny multiple of earnings for his company.
My guess is Wallach knows more about tile sales, etc. then we do.

We will have another opportunity to unload at substantially
higher prices. IMO we'll see .24 again in the next year.

The only news that is going to happen will occur between Nov 1 and Nov 15 and that will be an earnings call and conference.
Hopefully big top and bottom line numbers.

There is nothing else. For better and worse, that's Howard's new way of doing business. "Elpaff" said he knew something in the past and his reputation is now only as a clown.

Nobody gets to the SEC filings faster than you; believe me Howard is not whispering in his ear.

But he certainly bought it for the right price at the right time.
Hopefully he found value at the right time again.
This might not have the home depot connection but it seems to be connected to everything else (walmart, dillard s,barnes and noble, costco, kroger, rite aid). Just takes a few products...

Howard has said it explicitly- build a company and the stock will follow.
He bought cps for 637K and 1.2 in stock and turned it the next year into a potentially twenty million in sales with immediate profits company.

He bought this new company for the same 750K and 1.2 in stock and hopefully can do the same.

Naples is opening, Dade is or is about to open.

The original tiles colors sucked but the cavalry has arrived
and supposedly they are strong, pretty, and cheap (like a good women).

Give the company and Howard a break. Third quarter should be good, fourth great.

The irony of course, King, is that the company is alive and presumably well. We shouldn't need mirror trades to show chdt has a pulse. The company should have record earnings just based on back orders and installations alone. And at least some of the hope of the promised land should be imminent (Generators, cpsdade, cpsnaples, tiles, whatever is behind the recent buyout). But it is clear, we are in need of CPR or some sort of resusitation (is that spelled right?).

Right- settle for 0.065 in a lousy week for us and hope for Howard to come next week with some good news...
At least it's not down on high volume, mostly everyone holding their positions. We're treading water..waiting for the literal and proverbial ships to come in...........

Did the new tile samples come in?
Any action? Did the boat come in? Generators?
Estimated date on cps dade? Other franchises?
Expectations of record earnings?

We are getting crushed because expectations are being
set yet there has been no follow up-- so no news is assumed
as bad news. I am baffled that the whole tile business was
ignored in terms of PR with mn1, etc.

Everyone was expecting a buyout of cps... to expand what everyone thought was the weakest part of the business feels
like a diversification from the strongest part of the business to the weakest. Maybe it was a great and brilliant buy. But it seems like a distraction from the focus.
