Thanks Sojo, like many have already shared, I appreciate all your charting, regardless of how frequent you post. I have learned a lot from your patterns and explanations. Thank you.. genuinely.
Thanks for making these posts convenient. Appreciate you.

Can anyone here comment on the fees required for regulatory review submission and where in the process NWBO would incur these fees?
Nice find
I really believe 10/22 is a date of significance being the anniversary of Linda's dads passing. She credits her whole journey to him.
Hi DC, unlike many of you on this board, I don't try to suggest any potential truth as a fact unless there is overwhelming amounts of evidence to say so. So to answer your question, I don't know the answer to this question and I don't believe it's possible to know for certain.
However, there are many theories that I can speculate can be part of the reason we're at 1.20.
-Lack of any certain timeline has some waiting on the sidelines with their money investing in other places.
-This is an OTC stock which limits any meaningful investments from large institutions. *See posts by SecureInvest
-Some retail have likely succumbed to the waiting game and the overwhelming amount of FUDout there.
-Price manipulation *See posts by various members of this board around the buying&selling patterns.
-Lack of critical mass of knowledge/awareness
Etc, etc, etc...
However what I will say very simply to anyone.. is that the stock DOES NOT MATTER. It doesn't matter if the stock is .50 cents before any news. It is a gift for it to be this low and will continue to buy as much as I possibly can.
Ex - I agree with your sentiment that there were other competitors to Flaskworks in the space.
However, the reason for this post is because I do not agree with this narrative you & others are pushing about the profits flowing to Advent & NWBO not benefiting in any financial manner for this IP & technology.
The very obvious reason is that if LP wanted Advent or even Toucan to financially benefit from Flaskworks technology, she would of pursued the acquisition through one of those entities. Why pursue the acquisition through NWBO if there was no value to be realized?
That said, I also see several potential pathways that NWBO receives revenue from Flaskworks:
1) Upfront licensing fees from the CDMO's to use the solution.
2) Leasing the equipment via an opex cost model. This is the way of the times.
3) Purchasing equipment up front - I remember reading something at some point that they were selling for $20,000 a piece.
4) Reselling the consumables - I don't know how likely this piece is, but worth calling out.
If Flaskworks receives approval and is a successful solution like we all think/know it will be, they have just opened up a major additional revenue stream for NWBO valuation. The IP alone will be worth a tremendous amount in the future.
I understand that NWBO is not looking to become a medical hardware manufacturer (like say Philips medical) but, I do believe they can realize very significant value from owning & licensing this IP. I don't understand how one can suggest the opposite of the positive impact that Flaskworks will have on NWBOs bottom line as it becomes a proven standard.
Please provide a more logical argument if you are going to suggest that only the CDMO will financially benefit from using the technology. I'm really open to hearing it Exw.
A date to watch for me for TLD that I had marked down for almost a year now is October 22nd. Why October 22nd? This was the date that Linda's beloved father had passed away who she has also credited as her personal inspiration for pursuing brain cancer treatments. It would be something if this was the day TLD results came out:

Any way just wanted to say hi, and that I've been still following the dialogue as often as possible. Hope all is well by you all!
Shared this with all my family and friends that are invested as well. Thanks for such a brilliant capture.
Agree with you whole heartedly ATL!
There is also some interesting (yet speculative) details that I found months ago and did some more DD on Kevin Duffy. He went ahead and updated his profile on Facebook that he was working for Northwest, but never removed his job at Merck as one would assume you would if you are going through the trouble to make this update.
While on it's own, I don't think it says anything, but with all else that we do know, I think there is a high likelihood that he went to NWBO with a special mission, never planning to leave Merck. Just more breadcrumbs. See below:

My brother just sent me this video; still doing research but does this sound like DC-Vax?
This is actually a decent question. @branster or any of the others here that have a communication line to management - is this something that can be asked? I feel like the answer to this question can be answered without insinuation of the positivity of the results from DI.
Donated and registered.
Let's go - I like this post.
I'm back guys - actually on my flight home from Grenada from our honeymoon as a married man.
Looks like the abta conference announcement is a great welcome back. I'm hoping that the price can stay sub $1.40s for a couple more weeks so I can load some up.
Cheers guys!
Man, I laughed to hard at this. Thanks for the post - always 0 appreciate your updates.
Thank you so much to both you and biosect. Appreciate you both!
WORD UP!
This is the post I came to here to read. I've been among the missing lately trying to get the final planning in place for my upcoming wedding this Saturday and juggling my job.
I've still been following the board here, doing research before bed and holding strong (though I had to sell some in my cash account to pay for this wedding NY weddings are so f**n expensive). I did try to make up the difference though in some of my longer term IRAs.
Stay strong you guys! Everything still is in line for ultra success here. Appreciate you all. Wish me luck this weekend.
To clarify, she was definitely not trying to hide the slide. They originally gave her an hour, but shortened it to 30 minutes in the middle of the presentation, basically kicking her off to go to the next presentation. I was lucky enough to be recording it, and not have been kicked out of the zoom call where I was able to go back and snag that frame.
<crickets>
Very important call out to navigate all of the FUDsters.
@ATL - as they used to say where I'm from... "word to ya mutha".
Ah man.. I laugh out loud every time. My day isn't made until I see one of these posts.
That 13 million exercise is very interesting. Any one with any speculation on what that could mean?
Warrants expiring?
Thank you
Can one of the more experienced folks on this board quantify what this means exactly?
My understanding is that a total of 25 million shares/warrants have been executed. We don't know what strike price, likely in the .20-.50 cent range. This adds money directly into the cash flow of the business. Correct?
Sojo - man, I would love to learn from you on the charting pieces. Is there anything you would suggest reading?
Sort of direct question; if you see a 15 minute chart forming a bearish pattern, but a 60 minute chart forming a bullish pattern - which one will be the stronger movement? I know market conditions likely play a factor.
Thank you for always posting. I've learned a lot just as a passive bystander. Thank you
Laughing out loud
Yeah, that's insane. I just sent @ATL a message on this, as I think it bodes VERY well for ultimate DCVax approval.
Very unlikely.
Lmao. You have to have a long position to make money :)
Love to hear that. God bless Survivor!
Paywall....
Can you link me? I can definitely record
Hilarious. A down day and all of the shorts here are talking up a storm trying to amplify the FUD... Like clockwork.
Back to hibernation for me and will continue to accumulate shares on every single red day until TLD.
GLTA
Marzan, agreed and very intelligent observations. At best my comment is speculation but thought provoking none the less. I'm still holding on to publication by the end of this month :)
That is my interpretation too, but again it could mean anything. I do feel like they are putting the final touches on the review process.
I'm not sure if anyone else caught this on the call yesterday, but LP when she referenced the current status of the phase 3 trial results, she initially said:
"we are currently in the process of reviewing the data" and she quickly corrected herself and said analyzing the data.
This is pure speculation and no way to know if she was just speaking the truth and didn't wanted to give a timeline, OR she just genuinely slipped up and gave away more information intended.
Also - that's assuming data analysis comes before data review by her vocabulary!
Curious to what ya'll think.
I was in tears reading this Twitter post. I talked to Matt weekly- he stopped responding last week and I knew it was likely I would never hear from him again.
LearningCurve and Exwannabe - While I do not think at this point you guys are making any significant impact on the future of this company/treatment, can you please explain to me how you both (or your team of people running your accounts) sleep at night knowing that the goal of your behavior is to prevent patients like Matt to receive potentially life saving treatment so there never needs to be another picture ever taken like the one in this twitter post:
Matt's 13 year battle with brain cancer has come to an end. He died peacefully at home surrounded by family a short time ago. Please pray for healing for me, the kids, and our extended families. pic.twitter.com/1koyxwFC0w

"Raised some controversies though, I think we're all on the same team in making these trials better in the future for our patients."
Here is the video I'm referencing (purposely pixelated because I show my desktop lol!):
Akblack that is 100% my takeaway from the event and the significance of the slide I posted in my previous post.
To add to that sentiment, I cut it off in my video but in the ending of the presentation, it ends with the host saying that (I'm paraphrasing) that they are all on the same team and the scientific community needs to work together to push/pressure the FDA towards this new approach in using external controls.
