I don’t know what he means either. But I’ll be a buyer of this POS at 0.0001.
Gambling. Rolling the dice (as it were). But their little gambit will prove to be fruitless. Won’t matter too much because the purchases are extremely small.
Zero interest in this POS. 2:30 PM and volume only 650,000. That equates to approx. $250 worth traded LOL. No one looking at or interested in this turd anymore.
This one is going to no bid. You've lost it all.
Per Vik, CEO: $FOMC 10K is 99% done, down to equity schedule, new auditors checked off everything at the company, not happy they missed deadline but you will be pleased $FOMC will shortly have the cleanest Form 10K filed in all of OTC; it is EDGARIZED and ready for their consent.
Newly acquired SST yearly revenues:
2019 - $3,317,982
2020 - $3,070,300
2021 - $5,053,539
2022 - $2,182,504. (Jan-Feb)
In your dreams! They need funding NOW to even consider closing the SST deal, which isn’t a given by the way. With 20 BILLION AS you know they’ll start tapping into that right away. A penny puts the MC at 70+ million. They’re having a hard time hitting a 10 mil MC. They have nothing that warrants a market cap any higher than it is right now. Vik said today he’ll announce a RS on Monday.
Reverse split to be announced Monday, per CEO Vik Grover in Discord chat yesterday. Many bag holders consider getting out now. Look for $FOMC to drop on Monday.
Uh oh. Toxic debt.
IMO, not without verified long term multi-million dollar revenue producing contracts.
Do you live in an alternate reality? Ten cents would produce a market capitalization of $734 MILLION. It’s having a hard time holding a MC of $10 million.
Sure hope Vik doesn't gamble it away with equity trading.
We are in contact with the enforcement division of the SEC in Los Angeles to ensure a full investigation of his fraudulent activities is accomplished. He will not get away with it this time.
People who want the money but don't believe they'll be able to sell at higher prices anytime soon.
Quite simply dilutive shares are the culprit. There are still lots of shares to be dumped and everyone knows this so why would anyone buy now knowing that the price will see further declines? On top of that any news that could possibly be construed as good is in fact quite dubious because the source of such news is extremely unreliable and has been proven to be dishonest in the past.
If you look in Google Maps, street view, there is no sign at the business address to indicate any business is operating there. But how appropriate that Google does list a business at that address entitled Anaheim Low Cost Bankruptcy Center. How appropriate.
LOL.
$VPER is still extremely over valued and deserves a market capitalization of no more than $10 million. And I’m being generous there. With the current share structure a fair price then is 0.0018 to 0.002. This has much further to drop.
That is a comment made by an inexperienced trader. Allow me to educate you. The company has admitted its status as an ongoing concern is in jeopardy and that they need to raise funds to keep up operations. A reverse split at this stage guarantees an increase in the authorized shares and the issuance of those shares to toxic lenders who will dump those shares in order to get paid. That is why the preponderance of situations like this end up with an ever decreasing share price. It is virtually inevitable.
It sure does! We are on the cusp of a cumulative run which will surpass the recent highs of .0023 and more. Market cap so cheap but it will catch up quickly.
Obvious accumulation ...
Well we're movin' on up!
Don't worry, coming soon. And when it does, we easily move up over 0.001. Just hang in there. This is so cheap.
I told you $VPER was a POS. But you wouldn't listen. Still way over-valued. Don't think you're getting a bargain at these prices.
Good boy! I knew you’d come to your senses.
It may go down a bit further until all the current dilution is taken care of but I feel any further share price erosion won't last very long given current dilution is coming to an end fairly soon. I think buying at these levels is really a no-brainer. But we'll see. GLTA.
I'm rolling the dice here as well. Bought 200,000 shares at $0.0235 as you did. Confident not much downside risk at this current price. Only time will tell.
If and when it gets back there I will definitely be loading up again.
You've never heard of a limit order? Who's watching six hours a day? Place limit to sell at and walk away. Check once a day, at close. How easy is that?
Meanwhile I’ve offloaded my 3’s at 6. Pretty decent score, wouldn’t you agree? So now I wait on my 6’s hoping I can dump at 8 or higher. But won’t be buying anything higher than 6 for now, not until we see numbers that warrant optimism for future share price gains.
Yes, I know that. I know that sub-penny is for loading up. But not at this price. With an extremely excessive and unreasonable valuation this needs to fall much further before it is an attractive buy. I’ll be interested at $0.0035 and lower.
This sure looks like a share price ready to explode to the upside, right?
VPER downward share price
Typical reply from someone who simply can't see reality. So, Mr. Wisdom, give us all one good reason why this stock should be valued at $55 million, far above most other stocks which are in the same financial situation as Viper. Go head, waiting.
$VPER is definitely one of the most EXTREMELY OVERPRICED stock on the OTC. With virtually no revenues at all it has a market cap of $55 million! It is absolutely no surprise the share price is mired in a free fall for the last eight months. And in my opinion the decline will continue until market cap is brought more in line with what Viper is worth.
Yes, I know something. Quiet period?!? That is complete and utter BS. A quiet period does not apply to the required release of financial information. They have missed the deadline date and now use a bogus excuse like quiet period. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to have missed filing deadlines. It's a simple business with no revenues. The most likely reason for the miss is that they have no money; waiting for funds, from toxic lenders, to continue running their "business." OTC Markets rightfully showing YIELD sign. A smart investor will not buy shares in PMPG at this time.
You too, NY. Stay safe. Make lots of money!
Yes, it was wasn’t it? And I’m rolling the dice and have picked up more at 6 because I believe this momentum will carry us up a bit further. A nice quick and easy stress free pretty decent gain. But, as I’ve said before, we’ll need to see some good upcoming news when numbers come out in order to provide more fuel to the accumulation fire.
My friends call me Duke. But I have no friends.
Don’t know about your ilk, sleepers and watchers instead of those who make things happen for themselves. It’s obvious the share price is under accumulation right now. I loaded up at 3, further buying now at 6. I’ll talk to you just before Christmas to let you know what kind of new car my wife will be getting for the holidays.
OK then, ride it and stop complaining. I’d like to see you post that you made significant investment gains by the time Christmas rolls around. If you whine and complain instead of purchasing and miss out on the current momentum play it’ll be your own fault.
Actually SW sells a quality product. Don’t let your losses in this stock make you angry and bitter, so much so that you can’t see possible progress. It doesn’t depend on your feelings for their product. What matters is what TMGI communicates to the investing public about SW. We’ll need to see some positive developments on this front and numbers that promote investors’ confidence in their progress and direction, enough to warrant further share price appreciation.
