Honestly it's holding up far better than I expected. I like to think people in the know are accumulating, but you never can tell. Hopefully Sam gets this deal binding or that stop sign removed in the next few weeks and we can get down to making some serious $$$.
I think if we get the professional traders and those who follow them on board, we'll get over $1.00 easily in the next few weeks or months. The actual company has very little to do with how that plays out. Of course, the company has to be legit and interesting...
I just listened to the audio recording. They lost JC as he was reading the sentence. It shouldn't change. They just need JC to actually hear and acknowledge it. Judge agreed to:
1 count misdemeanor disorderly conduct (for harassing the valet. He threw out the part pertaining to law enforcement)
$350 fine (100% tax and fees make it little over $1000. WTF?)
12 months probation
40 hours community service
Alcohol/drug class.
BORING! lol
You can't go to prison for civil judgements, not that it's likely there will be one. Sorry to disappoint!
Ya, he said that right after taking over the company. But I think he's decided to keep the UNRG name after all, IMO. I actually like this name better than Rigworx. :)
Let's hope the PR actually has any concrete info in it. I'm a little dubious about these things. Usually a lot of fluff and nothing to chew on.
Mostly just want to see some official earnings reports so we know what these shares bought us.
Nobody has any information that you could not get right now if you emailed the company. There's no conspiracy or underground info out there -- evidenced by the posts this post hour. No one is withholding anything. People who have anything new are trying to get the word out to everyone.
So, he waited until 5 minutes to closing before posting it. On purpose, which I like. Good man.
Not that it matters anyway. We already knew the PRs were coming. It's the next logical step. That and pink current. CLSI has been saying that for weeks.
I was invited, but I don't know of any restrictions to join. Just post on $CSLI twitter if you can be added to the CLSI group. I'm not in charge of it.
Yes. Email to shareholder. Members of the twitter group saw it. At least 50 of us saw it.
Not sure if I'm following protocol or not by saying. I'm pretty new to twitter. Let me know Jack if I should stop talking. lol
I'll confirm that I saw what CLSI saw. And he could have his own source for all I know. I'm not going to post other people's email. But I did see the screenshot. Suresh Venkat replied to someone, dated today, "Yes, there will be press releases this week." So, it looks confirmed to me.
We should know a lot more very soon. Super excited!
Pretty much zero chance of that. Sorry. This company has nothing to do with Sam's former employer.
Millennials are weird in general. I blame their hippy parents. Does not mean they can't be successful billionaire entrepreneurs.
So you're saying it's not a legit objective of public companies to use shares to finance acquisitions? Why else would they go public then? He gave up almost half his company for this purpose, so there must be some benefit. To him and us. I see every single pot stock out there doing this exact same thing to finance expansion, so it's not like it's shocking or unexpected. Do not fear growth! Most times the stock price goes up when they acquire assets. I've followed this industry for a few years and nothing JC has done is out of line with the sector in general. That includes a R/M with an OTC ticker. They all did it.
The only downside would be to issue shares for debt financing. A lot of cannabis companies do that also, but as of now there's no indication GRNF has a need for that. We'll see once the fins are published.
Explain the 12 companies he owns, that we know of. Do grifters actually buy stuff? And this wasn't with stockholder's equity either. We haven't even seen what he can do with that sort of capital.
Background for newcomers.. When UNRG ran last year to over $.50, we were looking at a custodian play. All the info we had at the time was the new custodian of UNRG, Douglas Disanti, took possession via the courts. The theory was that Disanti was using this shell to put his hedge fund into it, ala GRNF. THAT's what made this run to .50, because it was right about the time DCGD (GNRF) made its run over $2.00 and it was hyped by the pumpers to great effect. DCGD 2.0, it was called.
Turns out, Disanti took control of the shell to sell to Sam Smith, owner of Rigworx, for the purpose of his company to go public and raise funds for expansion (which we're seeing now with an LOI to acquire 100 wells in TX). Rigworx and United Energy completed the merger last month. Their audits are done and about to go SEC current with filings.
Sam Smith has been in the oil biz a while. He was part of another company, Pilgrim Petroleum, that ultimately failed due to corruption from its CEO and CFO. Sam was named CEO of that company after those two guys were forced out by the board, but he was not in charge of that company at that time. If you read this board's past posts, a few ass hats accuse Sam of being the corrupt mastermind of Pilgrim. It's not backed up by facts as the dates don't match up. I only mention this to because it's part of the history. It is not part of the future.
From what I can tell, Rigworx, now United Energy Corp, is looking to grow by acquiring assets. Either from buying troubled companies or through liquidation. There should be ample opportunity to do so as oil prices has really put a hurt on small players. I expect a lot of bankruptcy sales and buyouts happening all over, especially shale assets. Perfect time to snatch them up. If you look at some of the people working with him, there's a lot of experience there, though this could be an old bio page, but all are still there from looking at recent filings.

If I got anything wrong, sorry. This was all from memory, which is not always the sharpest. lol
There's gonna be a mad scramble to up the bids at the open. lolol
Next week or next month...
Won't take that long!!! LUV IT
Float is way smaller than that. Probably well under 20M actively trading. That was the beauty of this one when it ran last year. When it runs, it runs hard and fast.
Missed this last month..Articles of merger was filed on 5/20/20 with Wyoming SOS. Rigworx is now officially United Energy Corp.

Also remember that Rigworx likely already operates in Oklahoma and Kansas. The Texas deal would be a major expansion to that.
We could be seeing a multi-dollar ticker in time. Their stated goal is to become a leading mid-cap player in the sector. Mid-cap is a $2-10B market cap. They are at $2M today. I can't wait to see SEC current/official filings.
Never doubted! :)
Read the section about shell companies.
I don't know why people keep pushing this false info. The law is clear.
Thank you! I just want to be sure. Because if they are part of this Dubai petroleum group, then I might want to buy a lot more. ;)
So DFO Group (DFO = Delmar Petroleum, Fiepco, Obocon) owns Obocon? Which company is going public here? DFO?
Or is this a different Obocon? I don't see the connection to Doki/Mathew. This one appears to have different business model? More construction than import/export.
This is what I'm looking at. Do I have the wrong one?:
Kellton Tech Solutions Limited (KELLTONTEC.BO)
BSE - BSE Real Time Price. Currency in INR

That's actually $15 in rupees. It's an indian exchange. It's $.21 USD
What's more interesting is their market cap is 20M usd.
That would be awesome. :)
I work in the Ag industry. I do know farmers and I guarantee you they source their seed from genetics that bring the most value and from reputable vendors that can actually supply hundreds or thousands of pounds when they need it.
The rest you may have a point. It's frustrating. I don't like that it's taking a year to get this thing finalized. But there's still way more DD pointing toward success, than not.
Irrelevant. Industrial farmers will not stake their entire year's crop on seed from Walmart. Period. They go to where the premium stuff is available, and in quantity they need. Places like Sunshine Hemp.
I get what you're saying. The bouncing ball is hard to follow. But it does lead somewhere.
Not sure how many pounds of certified feminized hemp seed with specific CBD content you can buy at your local walmart or walgreens. I would hazard to guess none?
I'm only interested in facts. I'm not a day trader. I observe and analyze. If I like it, I talk about it, because I'm excited and it's good for everyone. If I don't like it, I move on....
Big buy end of day. Up 22% today. Yawn, I guess?
Huge. Cannot be overstated. The hemp seed market is huge. Gencanna in Kentucky spent 30M dollars on one bulk seed purchase last year. And I've seen reports that hemp cultivation in Florida could surpass citrus growing in the near future. Sunshine Hemp is poised to supply it all.
Let's get this shell filled JC!
Got it. We have an aggrieved party making accusations in civil court. I'd like to see it resolved before declaring anything as factual.
