NITE couldn't possibly be at the end of its rope???? What happened to the downward trend ??? I was hoping they'd bring it down some more...so we could load up!!! Oh well, here's to hoping NITE and their buddies find a few more hiding under the mattress to bring to market.
We could always just watch this thing explode on news from MC or some other customer...
John at the plant??? maybe they're working on tire testing...ya just never know...
cute little story, but I'm certain to have been awarded permits through NY to conduct this patent pending plastic to oil operation, they know what goes in and what comes out...
so..just for fun...by all means...carry on...
Is my TDA streamer out of whack...or do we really have a .085 ask??
"and/or tires" ?? That seems pretty vague to me...all in favor of Madison County I might add. More specifics would need to be ironed out. Another possibility is that all that new lab equipment was perhaps utilized for another purpose in mind for the machine or similar type....now wouldn't that be a no-brainer. I suggest keeping an eye out for more JBII permits for tire processing .... oh boy....oh boy...
It must be a good thing that Bordynuik doesn't hold an official position in this Company. He hasn't been an officer for years. I wonder why the SEC would bother with him now. Even after the SEC investigated his activities, their findings resulted in JB taking a back seat. I'm thinking the SEC wouldn't bother chasing someone with limited liabilities... I could be wrong. This dated story-telling amounts to nothing....always has...always will.
got some shorts covering or is this MUX buying back?? Significant volume.. what's up?? :)
Interesting to see these "profit" margin comments being made in reference to the functioning of these machines. And oddly enough (or maybe not so oddly enough), no other considerations being thrown out there for some kind of "relative" argument.
It never has been about "profit" per se. Oh yes, money is an issue, and naturally, government/municipalities/private industry cannot run themselves into the ground in the name of green enterprise. If everything was so black and white... we wouldn't have half the governmental protections and environmental restrictions in place to protect we living beings from hurtful things. That includes the licensing of these machines to produce what they produce. PTOI has met the standards for producing a viable product from absolute garbage...garbage that doesn't break down...will hurt our environment..and will ultimately hurt us.
It will cost us (the entire world) considerably more money to manage these waste products and recycled in a manner that is not harmful to us. This is the niche PTOI is in. Take it for what it's worth. Either this has value on those terms...and needs a new level of management to get it out there..or Heddle is holding it close to the vest and on his own terms to make it work ...who knows...
This I know... if he signs some kind of lease agreement with ANYONE.... not necessarily a "sale"...this thing blows a gasket @ .02....and well beyond. Nobody is selling PTOI. Folks are holding strong despite what has happened to this share price, and time will tell a story far better than anyone on any stock board...
GL PTOI'rs
really...tell me these market makers have a little compassion in their hearts to bring it back down to the twos... I was hoping to get in a few but the metals stalled again today and couldn't pull the trigger to grab some @ .025. Something tells me, I wouldn't have gotten what was advertised at the ask.
whoa...is my ticker freaking out or what's up with 4.6M+ t-trade?
From the group of shareholders you regularly communicate with, have any of them made some kind of claim (nevermind a typical daily occurrence) to either selling or buying 12,500 shares?? So where do you suppose that is being generated? The sale typically goes to the highest bidder *showing*...and in an exhausted retail environment...it's comical to address "highest bidder".... do you know of any of the regular shareholders who have sat atop that paltry bid..even by a fraction...to see if they will be "awarded" these 12,500 shares? TIA
a half million gallons of fuel isn't enough for you?
With all due respect 4K...not everything about this stock and the activity, or shall I say...lack of activity .... regarding the volume traded daily on this this Co. ... is all due to sme short position or some kind of manipulation.
Without getting into a "risk/tolerance" discussion... PTOI/Heddle... machines/oil/plastic...sales/production...whatever option you take... it's just not performing.
I most assuredly believe that when ..at some point...something breaks...we will see much more volume...far more than a paltry half million shares traded daily...but hopes and extensions...and specifically, we are headed into a time of the year these machines don't have a good history of performance...ahhhh...it's just not happening.
This thing is in wait mode until at least the spring...there's absolutely nothing on the radar to suggest anything else. So, I suppose everyone can get worked up on either side of this thing...it's good for a few ha-ha's...but it's nothing but hot air. Going to zero...naked shorts...manipulation....old Bordy lawsuits....it means nothing!! When this Company performs...that may lead to another discussion.
Now, there's a Saturday dose of reality....
I'm not even going to try to weed through the logic to that one. Why would Heddle attempt to do business with ECO if they can't rustle up enough cash to run the pilot...and yet, consider them a partner (even tentatively), along with OBG, (opportunity team) in getting these machines deployed. It just doesn't make any sense. And why would ECO attempt to secure financing for something that has no proven success?? The financing is not about a pilot ... it's beyond that, and that logic supports that the pilot already occurred...or ECO is using PTOI's data and obvious production of a half-million + gallons of product as evidence of success.
I'm not happy this is moving at a snail's pace....but it's going to happen. I can only hope some very rich bully on the top of the environmental food chain sees this for what it is...and makes a bold statement about it...by backing it up... Now, THAT would be interesting! :)
I wonder why nobody is selling after such a lousy 10Q and two extensions to the original agreement. Either shareholders are just down right stubborn, holding, and know the ultimate value of the future of these machines...or stubborn and may just as well ride it to wherever it goes...even if it's zero...or maybe they appreciate how royally the shorters are going to have their butts handed to them when good news does finally arrive..and this thing makes a monster run. One thing is for sure...nobody has been selling...nobody is selling...and it will be well after the end of January before anyone does sell. I wouldn't want to be short .... Waiting for some serious deals out of Heddle, ECO, and OBG...
what??? no bankruptcy filing?? Just when I sold everything to those rotten lowballers....
well...you happen to be wrong on most fronts. They don't have to "sell" machines to be successful... if you read the PR licensing agreements/placement of machines/ and production are all part of the business plan. It's not just about sales.. although ..that is the priority.
But now that you mention the possibility of a short position in play...with such a low share structure...and all shares otherwise being held by a limited number of crazy shareholders...well...my my...news of a machine sale is only the tip of the iceberg. I'm feeling better about my position...thank you jcoukr.
Currently, it's not the primary feature of the business plan; to process plastic and produce any type of fuel. PTOI and Heddle is in to sell machines and license technology ...and production a secondary consideration...which will happen at some point if necessary...but not currently.
expecting news?? what's with the spread???
currently??? none :) EM
I have no recollection of seeing this page yesterday when I checked out the site...
https://www.madisoncounty.ny.gov/solid-waste/turning-plastics-oil
right... does anyone really believe ECO is attempting to finance something that doesn't work?? Or that Madison Park wants a process in the field that doesn't work???
For new investors...I wonder if we could get this latest communication from the Company stickied please??
heh heh...looks like some folks are up to their eyeballs and need to create a few opportunities for themselves...even if it takes creating awesome volume so they can create awesome T-trades at the end of the day.... oh this is beautiful...if anything spells panic the way the T-trades have gone down over the last week...and now this fabricated volume to create another huge T-trade today...it's marvelous...simply marvelous... Hang on to your boots longs...this is going to be a crazy ride!!! The gates are closing in...and when the in-fighting takes center stage...it's going to be a thing to behold!!
GL PTOI'rs!!!
I don't know what everyone is so excited about. This isn't retail selling. They haven't been selling since about .09 and I seriously doubt anybody is dumping at this point. Everyone that wants out...got out...I'm not buying this retail volume for a second...but it sure does look like some party is resorting to some pretty desperate measures for it to appear there is a major dump going on. This thing dropped barely a penny...and that was manufactured.... dropped a penny ??? seriously??? on garbage volume...oh yeah...retail doesn't sell in the manner today's action was fabricated.
The tech works...sales are imminent...and shareholders will get what is rightfully theirs!!!
GL PTOI'rs :)
Retail hasn't been selling since about .09!! This isn't retail creating this business...but that's ok. I see our place marker TRWN is no longer @ .135 but @ .21. I'm guessing that's the first stop on announcement of machine sales.
I would imagine the AGM will be delayed until after they've inked a deal with someone...who knows...maybe even a WM...or some such. And, as far as the AGM being "planned" for the end of summer...or if it happens in OCT or NOV...or even later...big deal! The only difference is whether I go to it in my old jetta...or a new jetta given the skyrocketing share price on an announced sale and distribution of any number of processors.
GL PTOI'rs!!
Maybe you know something I don't re: running the pilot. It was my understanding, per the Q, that they were able to run a pilot without repairs, and that the machines were not being used for production...and were otherwise....idle. TIA
Heddle has risked millions to see the tech and these machines perform...and put out a business plan to sell both. Either you believe he and his team can do it...or you don't. I would much rather be on the inside than on the outside looking in when this blows a gasket...but that's me.
GL PTOI'rs
spending whatever it costs to make a new widget and technology that's patent pending....that the industry pays for and is mandated for use across all walks of life....even if it is 50-60-70- million...is nothing in the overall scheme of things.
The technology works...the machines work...and sales are imminent.
Shortly, you will be enjoying your holdings too!!
GL PTOI'rs!!!
If the main business plan was to produce fuel...yes...I can see where machines NOT RUNNING would be an issue. Thankfully, the machines are running simply for sales of tech and machines...so..right... the machines not producing for the sake of revenue is currently...not an issue.
HA! Producing 600,000 gallons of fuel is not proving it works??? That is just too funny.
I don't know exactly what you're referencing with that statement, but to the best of my knowledge and according to the Q, these machines are simply idle...they are perfectly capable of performing in a production mode. They are available for pilot runs.
I can't begin to estimate the numbers with the first sale. Production alone will not turn a company profitable...there will need to be incentives, tipping fees, environmental incentives, mandates, job creation, business incentives that are far reaching than we can calculate right now. Product in ---product out in terms of profitability is a misleading mindset...there are way too many variables to consider with this technology and the potential for environmental implications.
Looking forward to some good news from NF...
GL PTOI'rs
In fact, I'd have to put myself in Heddle's shoes on this one. The guy has pretty much financed this Company for the last few years...and I don't know what his current holdings are...maybe someone can chime in here. I'm certain his holdings are at a MUCH higher price range than the current SP.
If I were him...I would be compensating myself with shares for the financing to the most ultimate legal limit before any news comes out of the front office. There was some language to dilution for financing operations...etc.
I would look for a Form 4 as a precursor to any real activity here...IMO. The guy has earned it...paid for it..owns it. I'd do the same thing.
Well...I'm thinking ...look at the bright side. As of this point, we KNOW there have been no pilots that have currently resulted in sales. The period with ECONAV has been extended out until Oct sometime I think. Who knows what the "other" consultations with other groups(s) may bring to light.
The bright side is ...despite not great news (currently) for machine sales... the share price remains reasonably steady...and anything much below this is getting picked off from various sources....
The dark side for some folks who wish they had a lot of shares...real quick... It will be too little too late to learn about a successful pilot and placement of any number of processors before the share price takes off...
So ...given the scenarios.... I'd rather be sitting on the inside with a comfortable number of tickets...than sitting on the outside looking in when the good news lands like a ton of whatever squarely on the heads of folks who shoulda woulda coulda... :)
