Significant in which direction?
You said "IF". Subject still open for discussion.
quote, "Oh, and by the way, KBLB will receive government fundinthey can be hired.g. Of this, there is no doubt. GO KBLB!"
If the funding happens, KBLB will operate in a different realm. No more share dilution for financing and if it takes a few more scientist to solve existing problems they can be hired.
Thanks for a very good informative post. It answered a lot of questions.
What would be wrong with the AF paying for it?
I think you are overlooking the possible AF funding that will make U.S. operations totally different than in the past. Earlier I said cocoons when I meant to say eggs.
Contractors can handle the drop in and go aspects of processing silk.
You are incorrect. Create the cocoons, give the cocoons o the contractors and they will do the processing. Prodigy can't create the cocoons that they desire for technical reasons.
IMO, KBLB can't produce in Nam because of Genetic drift problems or other scientific roadblocks. The infrastructure for all aspects of production is in Nam and has been for centuries. Blame fits squarely with KBLB. Whatever the problems are they can be eliminated much easier in the U.S.
You were very unlucky and not the norm.
Got to have some lube in any moving part but big difference. EV's will require less repair than CE's because of what they are in design.
Cars that use water, antifreeze, transmission fluid, oil, differential dope etc. are the ,leading killers.
All cars kill people.
Everyone has their own opinion. To me, 40 million was a fantasy all along. Why should anyone have put faith in that "contract" worth that much money? 4 million would have been more believable. This is just my opinion.
I would venture to say the SP was higher the day the King's "contract" was announced and has gone down as time went by. So if King's is going out of business things couldn't be worse than they already are. Big deal.
If KBLB can supply the AF with a silk that they want and like, the question becomes how much silk do they need instead of how much can they afford. The answer is they can afford what they need.
mojo quote, "but im afraid quickly is long gone...and easily just left..."
I love that line and let me add that "slim just caught the bus".
quote, "i have ALWAYS stated that kblb CAN produce in a lab environment...and they have proven that..."
IMO that lab environment could support specialized silk for high margin products such as medical and other, but not for SpydaSilk outerwear and such.
Gtman1, exactly. I was thinking surely this silk processing is being automated.
That will make it possible in a U.S. operation.
If KBLB establishes a U.S. operations for purposes of mass production want the labor cost be tremendous? Will the Air Force help with that cost?
I wish i had a crystal ball like you seem to have but hey, I am glad you have one.
I like what it is telling you.
Time to turn it around now that the brokerages friends have been given a good buy point. This is a common occurence.
Don't worry it will be requested.
Been that way for a long time.
My opinion is if they had enough to launch SpydaSilk they would have.
well, who be de judge of that?
No, we are not in mass production. If we were Kim would be telling us instead of you!
w2r, it's not that we shouldn't have PR releases, but guess what? What the CEO states in his PR's never happens.
You are saying it is a employee expansion with the new hire but you don't know that as a fact.
I think Kim has gone a little overboard with his quietness. Just a little "between the lines" positiveness and the SP could be .10 now instead of .03. What I just stated goes along with your "so many things happening behind the scenes".
Yes, thanks WebSlinger for keeping the info factual.
Yes, thank goodness.
KBLB must not be news worthy after all these weeks.
jdkz1000 I agree with you.
A fair question. When KBLB accomplishes successful commericalization it will no longer be pie in the sky. But, until then the phrase still sticks.
Remember, all the legacy car companies called Elon's EV program pie in the sky until it wasn't.
It was a 10 for 1 forward split.
I'm pretty sure there are no successful eggs to send out to contractors. If there were it is like drop and go with all the existing sericulture in place. IMO the problem of uncontrollable genetics is killing KBLB.
NOTHING is ever obvious with KBLB!
Can I answer that question too?
YES he will have proved himself at that point. BRAVO! Let the party begin.
Sounds like the CEO has put the company behind the 8-ball.
