The last quarter they did actually make a profit. Did you look at the fins?
The way I look at it is that if this was a scam, Tony would never stop the pumping and fake promises. Instead, it's been complete silence even when good things are happening behind the scenes. That to me has the signature of a small business that doesn't have time to focus on non-revenue generating tasks.
This year they launched an amazing new product, so a big break could legitimately come at any time now.
Right? At least they're still adding ND locations without Ronnda's help somehow.
No prob!
Yeah, we really need an update from Tony on what's going on. UFO labs only has like 100 people following them so it's not like a big retailer or anything but still. She was a hard worker and big promotor of APRU so it's not making sense.
UFO Labs confirms their partnership with Ronnda's Product Placement Unlimited.

I was thinking that too along with all of the efforts that she's put in over the years promoting. She owns or owned like 12 million shares.
Yeah, it's so dumb that they don't just give it to us! lol
Really? Where are you seeing that UFO is working with Product Placement?
For all the doom and gloom, we are sure looking great today!

It was Sarah, but yeah something seemed to go off the rails and now no real interactions, just recycled content. I know she's still there because she helped with my order a few months ago.
Yeah... totally agree. I'm definitely not anti-Ronnda, but feel like this is deja-vu... we've been down this road before.
I know we have some amazing passion out of ND so there should be others to pick up the ball.
To be honest, this is drama, and now the second time she's left unexpectedly. We haven't heard from Tony, and we don't know the impact that this will have on the business. I love her passion for the product and great work ethic, but she's also the only one who is sharing about it.
The reality is that we're in the dark with everyone else, so I hope Tony brings us back into the light.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not happy that she decided to leave, but she's broken up with the company before and it still survived.

I am no longer a part of APRU please don’t message me about things that has been said to you about me. I have forms notarized and all my paperwork stating why I was paid what I was the first 2 months. And NO it was not affiliated to have anything to do with my pay! I have given my all. To hear I have done nothing or was paid way over what I earned. I ?? believe In Apple Rush juice and Element C the product!!
Right ... I thought of that and we just have no idea. That could be the static amount he has reserved in inventory and refreshes as he's shipping it out. It makes the most sense as this stuff does expire quickly.
The uplist can't happen now because of stock price, so maybe he's holding off for the audit until the price is above one cent? I don't know but just speculating. It may be an additional cost with no payoff as it's a requirement for the uplist.
Oh wow... thanks for that info and now your other post makes sense about praying for him and his family. Definitely sending prayers his way and hope it's not serious.
Auditing was supposed to be happening, so I'd suggest you reach out to Tony. It was promised this year (I believe this quarter) along with an uplist, but a few bad things happened so we probably should be hearing something on that soon.
They are selling products in retail with an excellent new product line and it looks like that is going well, so I'm not sure how any of that equates to a scam.
Not laughable at the current share price. They also have over half a million in inventory which still stands out as prepping for some kind of big deal to happen, and they've reduced shares by 1 billion.
Gotcha... yeah once I read that they include "satire", I figured nothing would be valid.
Better than last year and yes, finally a profit!
Sales $ 239,839
Gross Profits $214,962
Net income (loss) $ 56,685
Yep, I thought the same thing.
It's just a blog site, so it's harmless.
I copied and pasted after searching for APRU. It's like these outlandish headlines without dates, so it's hard to quantify anything.

Just hit F3 and search for APRU. It just has the headline and no additional information or date, but searching in Twitter shows that this maybe came up on Aug 17th and 19th.
Who knows if it's true, but they do have a disclaimer (I guess kind of standard)

Yep... I've been a big supporter but at this point, we're seeing a pattern and there is no excuse. It could be an issue with the warehouse or whatever system they have, but Tony ultimately is responsible. I remember hearing a similar complaint from my local Lucky's after Ronnda had left.
From Facebook:
Press Release From UFOLabs
Effective immediately UFOLabs has decided not to carry Element C Brands. According to Art Quintana Founder and CEO of UFOLabs does recognize Element C being a great Brand and product taste great! Although, because of Covid UFOLabs has chosen to stop carrying because of delivery issues that were reoccurring. Stated by Art Quintana we are not in the business of giving poor customer service. We are in the business of helping people with their pain, anxiety , inflammation and reaching their workout goals through organic supplements.
True... but looks like they are posting daily on Facebook and have plenty of new locations. This may finally be the dream investment that you've been waiting for!
Yeah... it's going to be a crowded market for sure. I just wonder how it compares with taste? It sounds like ND is doing really well, and that team sounds like they have what it takes to get it moving to other areas as well.
Good stuff! I figured he stopped updates because of the bashing afterward. It's smarter for him to just keep quiet which I'm okay with as long as real progress is being made.
I'd love to hear more info regarding Ronnda's post with Publix employees and APRU products. It looks like they were in the back, so could potentially be some exciting news coming up.

Yeah that's very true. Silence doesn't always translate no progress with them. I think Tony thought he needed to change from silence to over communication but it seemed to have backfired, so maybe that's why it all suddenly stopped. I don't care as long as I see distribution, which I'm glad to see ND APRU Element C posting new locations and
Product Placement Unlimited (Ronnda) posting new locations daily.
To me that points more towards him trying to grow as a beverage company because that magazine is specifically geared for the grocery industry, not penny stock investors. This is what a real company would do if they wanted to grow and get exposure. It's just unfortunate timing to try and grow while grocers are busy focusing on providing essential services rather than focusing on a craft soda.
To your point, we are overdue on updates for all of this. I want to know what's on the table still and what's not. I don't understand why we were promised updates and it's gone completely quiet again.
I thought I had heard that he sidelined Amazon for now, so it won't be fixed as quickly as he initially said. He encouraged people to buy directly from their APRUBrands site (I believe it was one of the videos).
I'm guessing the issue is bigger than they thought and after seeing the boxes, it's clear to see how impossible it is to distinguish between flavors. They may have to make some big adjustments to get Amazon right. Bottles were easy to get right, but expensive to ship.
At the end of the day this all comes down to distribution and keeping those distribution channels happy and moving. I don't think Amazon is what is going to carry this into the big leagues considering grocery stores have never been closed.
I had the same experience when I ordered. I didn't hear anything other than the initial email, but once I reached out, Sarah responded and the warehouse processed and sent the cases immediately.
Cool! Thanks for the update.
I wondered about that. We all scrutinize him so much that it becomes a liability (i.e. Jason saying to buy shares, Tony being held hostage, Jason's steering wheel on the wrong side of the vehicle, etc.)
That's great that you reach out to him directly. I never want to bug a busy CEO if he's actually doing something, and I don't know that I'd get much other than "good things are happening". I'd really like to know specifics on deals or if they're at least still on the table. I've reached out via FB as they asked, and not hearing back now at all.
Yeah, that's it exactly. It's not a pump and dump, but we did start seeing some negatives this year that would justify a lower price.
Until Tony says otherwise, it seems like the only thing going on right now is the North Dakota push. It could change at any moment with real news (i.e. explosive growth from national/international expansion), but no idea until Tony addresses progress.
