Just added another 200K between .0079 and .008. I think I have enough EXTO shares for now. Can't wait to see this jump when the new ticker and name change go into effect.
For now, Lou Porter considers it part of his job to stay in touch with shareholders. He appreciates their input and has invited me to call him on a regular basis. I agree, though, that it is counter-productive for ten people to call him with the same question. As long as folks who get information share it with everyone else, there won't be any need for that kind of "hand holding."
I'm building a relationship with the CEO. We've spoken many times and, I assure you, he has never asked shareholders to stop calling him. That idea came from someone on I-Hub, not from Lou.
Slow but sure. Family run business. PR what has been achieved. I like it!
Like you say, time to buy the quiet.
Actually, a few more ticks and we will have a double from yesterday's close.
I added a few today thinking we might be getting closer to some news. A little volume and this could double very quickly.
I'm also looking forward to this Board changing its name from Exit Only, Inc. to Bayport Corporation. Should also happen soon,
once the name change is officially registered.
Pinksheet stocks are always unpredictable thanks to the mood swings of traders and other factors that don't take into account the real value of a company. On the other hand, a Bayport buzz is building and the increased interest should catapult us into pennyland in short order.
Market volatility in general is high these days, but EXTO has held up well. Now at .0063, we are getting ready to surge to new highs. IMO
Couldn't resist. Now .0061 and moving back up.
Picked up a few more at .006. After the name change is filed and a new ticker is issued, with website updates and a PR hitting the wires soon we won't see these prices again. IMO
Looks like peeps want to get their hands on those REE's.
.0069 X .007. Looking good here.
Over 6.5M shares traded in the first hour shows increasing interest in EXTO/BAYPORT. Run is just beginning. We're out of the gate.
Happy to see this edging up in anticipation of a big PR. Had to pick up a few more while this is still in the 6's.
If the Bayport share structure remains the same through the IPO,
and if the sale of REE's produces $50M profit, that would translate into $.0925 in earnings per share. Using a conservative p/e ratio of 12, based on that one deal alone we might be able to anticipate a pps of $1.00 or more, assuming all other operations are just breaking even.
In other words, I'm in all the way.
Recent posts by L and IL are the same as back to back posts on March 17th and 18th stating the same misinformation. Is this a case of a member having multiple identities on I-Hub, both posting with the intention of driving the price down to pick up cheaper shares? Unsubstantiated allegations of lawsuits against AQUI principals cannot go unchallenged. The AMF lawsuit under discussion does not name any individual besides former AQUI CEO, Manuel Da Silva.
The same allegation made in your only other post on I-Hub back in March. No link posted then either.
Show proof of an AMF decision against Paul Taillefer.
Unless a link is provided, these allegations are not to be believed.
Since REE's are financially the most significant operation of Bayport at the moment, I would like to hear from the Company how EXTO/BAYPORT shareholders will benefit from the IPO. Will we automatically be awarded shares in the spin off company or will we be offered an opportunity to buy shares at a discount below the initial offering price?
Anyone have experience with how this will work?
You're welcome. Now, let's rock this place! EXTO/BAYPORT firing up and ready to go.
Did my part. Just acquired 75,000 at .0061. You can thank me later.
There is so much going on within the various divisions of Bayport
that it will take many PR's and filings to explain comprehensively what it is that we have put our money into. They will also be updating their website to describe all of these operations including rare earth elements and gold mining, seafood, health and beauty aids and whatever else they have diversified into. When all is said and done, we will be able to determine a reasonable net value of Bayport's assets as well as a projected pps based on consolidated earnings.
Woohoo! Bayport Corp. is fired up and ready to go!
Where are you getting this information?
Can you provide a link for this information? TIA
Bama -- I think it's time for you to place a call to the CEO and have your questions answered.
Please report back with any news.
I asked Lou about ten days ago which divisions and subsidiaries of Bayport are being included under the umbrella of Bayport Corporation within the reverse merger. He said they all are.
I also asked about how shareholders would benefit from the IPO of one of the mining companies with Aegis, but he didn't really want to provide me with any details on that matter.
I asked him a few days ago about upcoming PR's and he said papers had been mailed to him but were sent to the wrong address. He also said there was a problem with some of the names on the forms and they had to be re-done, hence the delay. We should be ready to go very soon and I would expect to see a PR by the middle of next week.
People think they can call Lou Porter for all the answers. In my experience, he is very guarded insofar as what he will reveal about the Company. He expects shareholders to wait for either a press release or an updating of the website for further information.
Lou Porter has been very successful in the business world. With a little research, one can find his bio. It is very impressive. The Bayport Corporation is a holding company with many divisions and subsidiaries. Information about all of these operations will be released over time.
Of course, this is a risky time to invest here, since so little information is currently available. Each individual, according to his or her aversion to risk, will choose the time when they feel secure enough to invest in Bayport. For some, it is right now, getting in on the ground floor. For others, it will be after they see filings (soon to come). For others, consolidated financials.
Some won't even invest in this company until (if and when) it uplists to a higher exchange, or even a major exchange like AMEX or NYSE.
As for myself, I am averaged in at .0042 and have already seen some nice capital appreciation, but we still have a long way to go. I want to ride the EXTO/Bayport wave to the promised land and
meet the company's founders when we get to the top.
See ya' there.
I spoke to him yesterday, too. Just added to my position at .0062.
This may be premature, considering we haven't even seen the name change or the new symbol, but when I asked Lou about uplisting at some point, he said "We are going all the way to the top."
True, he says a lot of stuff in jest, but it wouldn't surprise me to see them apply to a higher exchange within twelve to eighteen months. We hear that a lot from pinksheet CEO's, that they plan to uplist, but these guys already have the assets and revenues to qualify. All IMO.
Gregg is trying to tie up the float single-handedly.
This buying pressure doesn't even begin to reflect the assets or revenues of Bayport Corp.
Nice diet!
Alliance for Dough -- The Company never said they would be selling water at the Olympics. They did say however they would be selling their product at the Shanghai Expo, but we never saw any pictures or heard any reports from anyone who had seen AQUI spring water at the Devnet Pavillion or anywhere else, for that matter, on the grounds of the Shanghai EXPO.
The last AQUI PR was issued on April 16, 2010, just two weeks before the EXPO's opening day. Since then, nothing. How disrespectful of your shareholders, to keep them in the dark for fifteen months!
Aquagold should welcome the opportunity to clear its name and distance itself from the crimes of M. Da Silva. The main purpose of the lawsuit is to shut him down and put him away. AQUI is joined to the case against him because of his alleged crimes as CEO there. The other AQUI officers will be called to testify to strengthen the case against him. It is most likely that only one charge out of the forty-two charges in the complaint is against AQUI. If it turns out that AQUI is fined, I believe the amount will be minimal. Manny will probably do time. No charges have been brought against any of the other officers of AQUI, past or present.
While it is involved in litigation, AQUI is not a good target for any company interested in a reverse merger. But once its reputation is restored, and their loose ends are gathered up, something may evolve out of all this confusion to the benefit of
shareholders. Or not.
All in my opinion.
Lou knows not to say when the PR will hit the wires. On Monday 7/18 he told me they wanted to take care of all necessary filings within two weeks, but no timeline was actually guaranteed. We should see the first PR from the new company Bayport Corporation any day now with symbol change. It will be worth the wait. I've got my shares now and will wait patiently for the launching of a pinksheet success story. At least, that is my expectation. Of course, other outcomes are always possible.
This is a great time to accumulate EXTO/Bayport! On a personal note, I told Lou my intention was to buy a million shares of EXTO now, hold them for a year or two, and then retire. He said he thought that was a pretty good plan.
Doesn't mean I won't be keeping an eye on what the stock is doing, though, and checking the boards at least several times a day.
Glens0 -- I don't know what controls might be exercised as with MGR**. Not familiar with what happened there.
From what I have been told, the Bayport legal team is making every effort to have this transition go as smooth as silk. Lou Porter always says the interest of shareholders is a major consideration in all decisions made by management.
Should have the official notice of name change shortly from Exit Only, Inc. to Bayport Corporation with FINRA along with symbol change.
So few shares traded today. Must be the quiet before the storm.
PR certainly coming within the next few days. I expect a steady stream of news throughout the month of August and beyond driving the pps higher than any predictions that have been made here so far.
