Glens0 -- I don't know what controls might be exercised as with MGR**. Not familiar with what happened there.

From what I have been told, the Bayport legal team is making every effort to have this transition go as smooth as silk. Lou Porter always says the interest of shareholders is a major consideration in all decisions made by management.
