Sounds a little to complicated for invictus to figure that out. Like tying shoe laces, you need a team to do it. Bunch of idiots running this supposed company.
You were correct .43 usd a little earlier in the trading day.
Seems to be the trend lately. Trade data:

Agreed, there is something terribly wrong with this company for it to be performing so horribly.
Agreed, there is something terribly wrong with this company for it to be performing so horribly.
Thank you Meghan, for the reminder. eom
Correct, invictus bastardized itself. FACT!
Just take their word for it, seems pretty reliable, like all the other crap they have been shoving down our throats...
Stock price certainly indicating where the company is heading. Such a lack of information, and an abundance of misinformation.
Far cry from being "lean and mean".
Thanks danni. Really meant a lot. Sincerely.
Figured as much, as she is working for the government of Canada as Communications Advisor for Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada.

Came across this information about two weeks back. But hey, what do I know right?!.
Came across most of that information and shared over the past several months, only to be made out to be a negative.
Good luck with finding any concrete answers.
If it was going to happen it would have been months ago. NASDAQ is squashed and in the recent mail out the company is now hinting at or leading people to believe NYSE is possibly the next step.
Can't really believe anything the company (invictus) has to say.
Invictus clearly displays sociopathic tendency. eom
People must also come to terms that there will be loss of sales from many consumers here in Canada due to the fact that most provinces are now allowing up to 4 plants per household to be grown legally. Been germinating my seeds for about a week now and have planted two in soil today. Should have another one or two more ready for soil in a day or two. This is where it gets interesting, being able to create your own strains, infuse your own beverages and use the herb in edibles and say for example spaghetti sauce etc etc lol! Is that oregano? No sir it's not lmao!
Anyway, there are more aspects to consider than what many know of. Should be able to easily harvest a pound or two per plant come full maturity. Spend $60 for four seeds from ocs.ca if you are in Ontario, and literally save thousands.
You are correct Mrblabla, Terry Wills is Simmons representative. Read a few articles and decided to call her last week. We talked for a few minutes and coincidentally Simmons called during our call and she had to go.
Did not confirm anything other than there is a loi between invictus and money bags for cbd infused drinks.
Not sure how much faith I put into the accuracy of invictus having $24M on hand though or anything else they say with so many safety nets, loi', forward looking statements etc etc... Still basing calculations and drawing information from nearly a year ago.
Hard copy "speculator magazine" is quite the farce as far as I am concerned. Just a messed up situation all of the way around. Bunch of regurgitated out of date information with a disclaimer that is unbelievable.
Like I have been saying for many months now, pop out of nowhere companies receiving millions of dollars and shares for zero positive results.
Excerpt from the hard copy mail out spring 2019:
"This communication is a paid advertisement. Darwin productions and it's owners, managers, employees, and assigns (collectively "the publisher") is often paid by profiled companies or a third party to publish or disseminate these types of communications. In this case, Invictus MD paid Darwin Productions $525,000 for the creation and distribution of this report. This compensation should be viewed as a major conflict with our ability to be unbiased. Readers should beware that third parties, profiled companies, and/or their affiliates may liquidate shares of of the profiled companies at anytime, including at or near the time you read or receive this communication, which has the potential to hurt share prices. Frequently companies profiled in our articles experience a large increase in volume and share price during the course of investor awareness marketing, which often ends as soon as the investor awareness marketing ceases. The investor awareness marketing may be as breif as one day, after which a large decrease in volume and share price may likely occur."
Now that's $525,000.00 well spent on hard copy mail out to current investors.
Same address as "investors edge" summer 2018 magazine. Most articles identical. Layout nearly identical. Wherever Simmons image was has been replaced with kveton instead. 8 rules of investing now 7 rules of investing etc etc.
Straight from Invictus and Darwin.
Pretty solid.
Maybe. Recent trade data certainly supports your prediction.
Today's trade data for IVITF:

Anyone know what the trades are under the question mark symbol?
Strictly speaking of final cost to consumer, if the soda pop is $29.99 for 14 bottles, how much will the CBD infused be retailing for?
When 14 bottles of soda pop cost $29.99 from money bags, the CBD cost will be astronomical imho.
Yeah um, no thanks!

It is strange that there is no mention of Jessica Martin.

Do a Google search for "affiliate vs subsidiary".
This is coming from an established pr company stating affiliate, apparently. No forward looking statements etc.
Simmons money bags brand is operating/being produced under rock steady sodas a subsidiary of Johnnie Ryan Bottling Co., at the bargain price of $29.99 USD for 14 bottles! Can only imagine what cbd infused beverages will cost, is this even feasible?
Their is always some weird wording or lack there of when it comes to Invictus. Even the spring mail out I received a couple days back has discrepancies.
Search for "Acreage Pharms" on the ocs.ca website, you should see two product results, all Kush and sensi star. Invictus owns %100 of Acreage Pharms. No one has any info about supply quantities, contract duration etc aside from the company.
By the way, if I was not an investor I would not have received this paid advertisement from invictus. Never signed up for any mail out.
Received my hard copy of "Speculator" spring 2019 www.speculatormagazine.com 1 844 800-6086
It's all a paid advertisement with a nice disclaimer on page 14.
"Will Invictus md be the next cannabis stock to trade on the NYSE?"
Page 10
No mention of NASDAQ at all.
So much for bringing awareness to new and potential investors. Never seen a company put so much effort into trying to promote itself into being something they are not.
About %95 of the information is identical to the "investors edge" mail out summer 2018 I received last year except all Gene Simmons images have been replaced.
Same articles, same stats, same trading well under $5 info etc etc etc...
Some of us are tired of the "drunken lies" invictus keeps leading us to be truth.
More evidence would be nice. Take care everyone.eom
NASDAQ is a bust and now into NYSE. Recent sticky about the mailout statement outlines this.
Invictus must have really messed things up with listing requirements (if they even applied).
Here we go again!
It's like listening to compulsive lying all of the time from the company.
I am someone bringing truth about Invictus and their dealings.
Invictus as a company sounds good on paper about a year back, but now, what a train wreck. Almost certain that any financial institution approached today by "invictus" would laugh in their face, including ATB Financial for a $25.5M loan. Surely ATB Financial is happy enough to be receiving their money back IF Invictus is even making their payments.
How can we know without financials?
If the Invictus Poda spin off had an actual product, where is it other than a conceptual design?
Any ACTUAL EVIDENCE of Poda becoming a listed company on any exchange in the entire world?
Invictus pr's indicated the company (Poda) would seek a Canadian exchange listing which has also never happened. More lies from Invictus.
How can any investor trust ever be gained?
Where's that RS let alone NASDAQ uplisting?
Supply agreement to Germany is pure speculation based on EU-GMP license approval for phase three of Acreage Pharms. Nothing concrete about that at the moment.
Original Poda vape is patent pending in the Canadian registry database (on paper only). When initial pr's were announced by invictus about the spin off, they stated "Poda is" implying the product existed, not in development stages.
Facing the facts, again, another flat out lie from Invictus. Poda is worth nothing for a reason. We all got caught up in the hype that invictus was actually telling us the truth.
IMHO, just tired of hearing about the excuses for delays on sales, r&d, non existent products and deals gone bad. There is always some half fast "excuse" why there are so many deals gone wrong.
Invictus stock price continuing to depreciate even with their new pop out of nowhere advertising agency that is receiving $50K per month.
Surely there is more amazing news right around the corner...
Like so many other amazing announcements that were "leaked" and never came to fruition, the next one should be whopper!
What the invictus Poda spin off pr is basically saying is there is still no product for sale or any tangible evidence of r&d. Zero clean vaporizer was supposedly an operational device at the time of spin off. Now royalties being paid to the "inventors" went from %3 to %4.5 with no product being sold or royalties paid to the "inventors".
This has to be one of the most blatent, in your face scams I have ever seen.
Nothing but a bunch of lies.
Strange seems to be "normal" for invictus. eom
Invictus causes abomination across-the-board on many levels.eom
Update on the Invictus Poda spin off:
PRESS RELEASE April 12, 2019
PODA TECHNOLOGIES LTD. AQUIRES NEW IP RIGHTS
Vancouver, BC, April 12, 2019 – PODA TECHNOLOGIES LTD. ("Poda" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has acquired the rights to additional vaporizer-related intellectual property from the original founders of Poda (the “Inventors”) on the terms and conditions set forth in an amended and restated royalties agreement (the “Amended Agreement”) dated April 12th, 2019.
The Inventors and Poda previously entered into a royalties agreement dated April 19th, 2015 (the “Original Agreement”), pursuant to which Poda agreed to pay royalties to the Inventors in the amount of 3% of Poda’s gross revenues in relation to the commercialization of certain inventions (the “Original Inventions”).
Since that time, the Inventors have developed certain additional vaporizer-related inventions (the “New Inventions”) which the Company wishes to commercialize. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Amended Agreement, Poda is granted a royalty-bearing exclusive license to commercialize, use, and sublicense the Original Inventions and the New Inventions. In exchange for the additional rights granted to Poda under the Agreement, Poda has assigned the ownership of certain patents back to the Inventors and the royalty payable by Poda has been increased from 3% to 4.5%.
Paul Ciullo, CFO of Poda commented “We are very pleased about the acquisition of these new IP rights and we believe this strategic acquisition will provide Poda with a strong foundation for the future growth of the Company.”
On Behalf of the Board,
Patrick Gray
Director
There has been no talks about the reverse split or NASDAQ uplisting for a few months. You are obviously correct about the constant decline in share value.
You could contact the investor relations sub contracted by Invictus, but will likely not receive any concrete answers as invictus has decided to not provide them with basic and essential details.
When condemning evidence is found and ignored by the company on a regular basis, it certainly becomes laughable.
Oh wait, it was all forward looking statements and empty promise.
Gtec is playing their hand pretty calculated by opening a new chain of stores likely under another corporate registration to avoid Invictus supply deal.
Likely, the NASDAQ application was never even filed. There is no evidence supporting it AT ALL.
How much product was actually shipped to ocs.com? Like I stated before, if invictus can not even supply it's Canadian distributors, how will it ever supply Europe?
