If abel does it then perhaps chan is just on vacation as kw has said but it seems odd they mentioned preparing it months ago and are late with it coming on an exact date...

This isnt a speculative play in the trips it's a proven business with revenue products patents partnerships potential mergers and deals on the way and ongoing.

My inference is that so long as its published on an exchange they're participating in then it counts as disclosure on all of them.

Regardless having it published on the CSE filing does make it official. And OTCmarkets is part of the US side and matches the OS on the CSE side.

My thought again is that it's cheaper to file on the CSE side so they went that route.

I'd argue that covid and the gamestop's debauchery contributed heavily to the expunging of capital from the OTC.
