Almost always I just post the facts.. But the history of this puppy has not been all that good.. Furla (While he doesn't lie) States facts.. Most of the time not the whole picture.. Just like we had to find out with DD what exactly the bums get paid.. Sucks for sure... Many of the problems the company has is because they rape the company (very legal) but not in the shareholders best interest.. Sorry about the joke but it just fell out of my fingers??
Just a joke on why there is so much pressure on the down trend.
23M sold I think Furla needs to make a house payment on 9/1 only $11,500.00
Should the news (if there is news) be bad we could see a lower number...

Reuters Entertainment: Fall films bring Oscar buzz to Hollywood
By Bob Tourtellotte
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Get out the Oscar scorecards because next week Hollywood launches its new movie season, with a typical fall mix of adult dramas dealing with more serious topics than this past summer's popcorn flicks.
Movies like western "3:10 to Yuma," starring Russell Crowe and Christian Bale, and "Elizabeth: The Golden Age" aspire to be early frontrunners in the race for Oscars, the world's top film honors, which are given out in winter by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
But lovers of adventure and comedy should not despair. Plenty of other titles also fill the bill, ranging from Jodie Foster's actioner "The Brave One" to Ben Stiller's comedy "The Heartbreak Kid" and Disney fairy tale "Enchanted."
"I think people want to be entertained. I think they want to be moved. I think they want to be taken on a journey, and the last thing they want is be preached at," actress Charlize Theron told Reuters recently.
Theron stars in one of September's more serious movies, "In the Valley of Elah," from writer/director Paul Haggis, who brought out Oscar-winning "Crash." "Elah" tells the story of a former military cop (Tommy Lee Jones) investigating the murder of his son, an Army soldier home from Iraq.
Other top September tickets are "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford" with Brad Pitt, and "King of California" starring Michael Douglas. Sean Penn directs drama "Into the Wild," and Ang Lee brings out "Lust, Caution," a thriller about seduction and betrayal in 1940s China.

considering what has been presented to us over and over again.. Nothing in my opinion looks like we are going anywhere... UNLESS someone like Avi Lerner purchases the company... Or at least buys everything out for a song taking care of the outstanding debt and taking the company private... Thats what I see happening besides the RS..
I can only remind everyone to read the many posts that have been presented as well as all the documents for the past 4 years.

Who is your online stock broker??? I have Ameritrade and cannot see level II...
I know all of you get a bug about this stock but with the 2 Billion warrants hanging around our neck and the sweet deal that Furla pulled over on the Share Holders (for more cash).. Bottom line is that in the future Furla gets another cool million when they convert the warrants and he can do this all over again.. This is a candidate for a RS and its just a matter of time.. This stock might see a dead cat bounce but usually they fall off something.. AND falling off .0006 is not a big fall so bouncing is not in the cards... I am sure we will see something in future PR's to make this go up 40% sooooooo plan on making a exit strategy and try to break even if you can... Hey if Emmett buys a billion shares we could see something.. only $600,000 dollars Emmett!!!!!!!! You could own your own company back OR maybe you don't want to own it?????
Stan Lee's death would be reported on the same level as the deaths of Walt Disney and Jim Henson. So in the Spirit of the Season...."Yes, Virginia Stan Lee Lives"

Stan your enthusiasm is contagious!!
What is really a shame is that she comes off as being stupid.. According to the tabloids she is.. So maybe I have this misconception that she is a ditz. She is nice to look at and will draw the crowd, but speaking??? and the new report that she is acting like a baby... NOW how did that information get out if it was not true... Then we are to believe Emmett (who is the head of FMLY) a very reliable source?????... NOT in my book......
Only one thing to look at???

Because Emmett is still partying, been partying since early 2003 with all the money he gets 35 - 37% and all expenses paid.
Stock Warrants
Stock Warrants are rights to buy stocks at a certain price until a certain date. They are similar to call options (covered in the next chapter), in that they can be exercised to obtain common shares at a fixed price. The difference is that warrants normally carry a long term limit before they expire (such as five or more years) and when exercised, new common shares are issued by the company to cover the transaction, unlike call options, where the options are based on the already outstanding shares and are created and sold by the shareholders.Warrants are sometimes issued to the previous common shareholders of a company that is just emerging from bankruptcy (at least this is better than nothing). Since normally the exercise price of the warrants is higher than the current stock price, holders must wait until the stock price surpasses the exercise price before they exercise their warrants.
For example, a company emerging from bankruptcy with its new stock value at $10 per share may issue five-year warrants with an exercise price of $30 per share. There is nothing to be gained by the holders exercising these warrants and buying the stock for $30 per share when they can buy it on the market for $10. But if the stock price happens to reach $40 per share before the five years is out, it would make sense to exercise the warrants at $30 per share and then sell the stocks on the market for $40, if desired. If the stock doesn’t make it past $30 a share in five years, the warrants expire worthless. Can one sell the warrants rather than exercise them? Yes. The higher the stock and the further away the expiration date, the higher the warrant price. In our example of five-year warrants with the $30 exercise price, the warrants may be worth $10 a piece. As the expiration time draws near, the value of the warrants dwindles if the stock price stagnates. But if the stock price increases, the warrants would also get a boost depending on the time left to expiration. Since warrants are similar to stock options, you will get a better feel for the mechanics of warrants in the options chapter.
Thanks for the sells and I have that
My question should of been is why don't they post the bid and the ask? I had to play around because I got it on my streamer with all the stocks I watch and it currently shows the bid at .055 and a ask at .07 and its trading around .105????
I am taking bets that what ever the price it wont happen. I believe that Longview is connected with other markets outside the US and can short this big time or at least try to... Furla still needs to buy the complete OS back without telling anyone.. Then and then only is there a chance we will see .01
‘King of California’
From the filmmakers of Sideways comes King of California, starring Michael Douglas and Evan Rachel Wood.
The film, which was written and directed by Mike Cahill, will show at the Toronto Film Festival on September 11, 2007, and open in theaters on September 14, 2007.
Official Synopsis
King of CaliforniaAt the age of sixteen, Miranda (Evan Rachel Wood) has already had to live with her share of disappointments. Abandoned by her mother, she’s dropped out of school and has been supporting herself as an employee at McDonald’s while her father Charlie (Michael Douglas) resides in a mental institution.
When Charlie is released and sent back to their home, Miranda finds the relatively peaceful existence she’s built for herself completely disrupted. Charlie has become obsessed with the notion that the long-lost treasure of Spanish explorer Father Juan Florismarte Garces is buried somewhere near their suburban California housing unit. Armed with a metal detector and a stack of treasure-hunting books, Charlie soon finds reason to believe that the gold resides underneath the local Costco, and encourages Miranda to get a job there so that they can plan a way to excavate after hours.
Initially skeptical, Miranda soon finds herself joining in Charlie’s questionable antics in an effort to give him one last shot at accomplishing his dreams in this darkly funny, exciting and surprisingly hopeful take on the modern family and the American dream.
poor bike....
I do not know any more than the rest of you but it is possible that they score an extra mill and buy out Longview's Warrants.. RIGHT!!!
Anybody got any sugestions. I cannot see level II with my ameritrade account.. Is there some type of blocking and they are not showing pinkies? Or do I need to call them?
You are right a 1 Million dollar loan is nothing its the 2 Billion in warrants I am worried about.. That effectively (FACT) doubles the OS and nobody sees this as a negative.. And I am not counting anything else like missing payments should things go south.
"Not really, a 1 Million dollar loan is nothing if KOC goes big. They could turn around and pay it off."
I do not know what its going to take to get you guys to realize that the 2 BILLION rope is going to double the OS.....
"Is it me, or do the jokers running this company appear not to understand what news is worth putting effort into even issuing it and spending the time and money doing so. What's the point? Also, if you are going to make the effort, at least make the announcement gramatically correct. I find at least 3 gramatical/typographical errors in the latest release."
'Conan' Goes to Millennium Films

Even though we reported a few months ago that New Line Cinema had acquired the rights to Robert E. Howard's famous sword-fighting Cimmerian Conan the Barbarian, it now appears that news was a bit premature. According to Variety, production/distribution company Millennium Films has finally won the rights to the character after New Line could not close the deal -- even after getting the exclusive right to negotiate for the franchise back in June.
According to the article, rights-holder Paradox Entertainment president and chief executive officer Fredrik Malmberg finally chose Millennium Films after extricating the rights from Warner Brothers last spring -- where the franchise had languished for several years under various directors including The Wachowski Brothers and Robert Rodriguez. With New Line unable to come to final terms this week, Malmberg went with Millennium in a seven-figure deal allowing the company to produce a slate of films based on the character.
Malmberg will produce the new films along with Millennium's Avi Lerner, Boaz Davidson, Joe Gatta and George Furla. The company intends to start production on the first of the films by next spring. Reading this news I have to say I'm a bit concerned. As a huge fan of the original Robert E. Howard books and many of the subsequent print and cinematic versions of Conan -- with the notable exception of Red Sonja -- I worry that the cinematic future of this great character is now in the hands of the people responsible for films like Alien Hunter, The Shepherd and Blonde Ambition.
Although, to be fair, Millennium has also turned out some good films too, including, um, well help me out here . . At least, according to the article, they say they intend to be more faithful to the original source material than the series of films featuring His Honor the Governor of California. I hope they stick to that and the films turn out great because the character and the story deserve it. Although, I have to say I'm not particularly optimistic about the chances of that actually happening.

FEDERLINE DROPPED FROM REEVES' MOVIE?
BRITNEY SPEARS' former husband KEVIN FEDERLINE has been dropped from a role in KEANU REEVES' new movie, according to reports. The dancer-turned-actor was due to appear in The Night Watchman - with rumours abounding Federline was "appearing opposite" the Speed star. However, reports allege Federline was fired from the forthcoming film, but was not informed of his 'sacking'. A source tells the New York Daily News, "He had a very small role - he was in a montage. "He was fired from the film, but his manager didn't tell him. Kevin found out when he turned up for a wardrobe call." Federline's manager declined to comment on the reports, however a representative for Fox Searchlight denied he was ever cast in the movie.

“King of California” Advanced Screenings - Trailer
August 12th, 2007 by Ken in Movie News, Trailers, Celebs, Actors, Comedy, Festivals, Movies
PosterA curious title came in one of our emails here on Screenhead. It’s about the official screening of Michael Douglas’ recent film, “King of California.” Here Douglas plays Charlie, a father recently released from a mental institution. Upon being released, Charlie went back home to his daughter Miranda (played by Evan Rachel Wood). The relatively peaceful existence Miranda’s built for herself becomes completely disrupted. Charlie has become obsessed with the notion that a long-lost Spanish treasure is buried underneath their local suburban California Costco.
Initially skeptical, Miranda soon finds herself joining in Charlie’s questionable antics in an effort to give him one last shot at accomplishing his dreams in this darkly funny, exciting and surprisingly hopeful take on the modern family and the American dream.
Now, advanced screening for the film is on schedule this coming August 16. Two more screenings for the film will be shown on the 16th August and another one on the 11th of September. As I haven’t heard of the movie before, I did some research and found out that it has already been released last January 24 2007 during the Sundance Film Festival. However, its official release (in the US) will be this 14th of September.
Anyway, here’s a trailer for the film I somehow fished out of YouTube.

We need to get the blood pumping!!!
When one actress is as hot as Jessica Biel is (there must be a pretty good reason for being often referred to as the Hottest A*s in Hollywood, right?), her male fanbase is only left with
one hope as far as her acting career is concerned: namely, that one of her future parts will have her in the nude on the big screen or, at least, the closest thing to it as possible. And we can't actually say we don't relate to that... if you know what I mean.
Well, here goes Jessica getting our hopes high in the sky: in a very recent interview, concerning her latest movie, which is currently in production, she revealed that the script has a scene for her in which she's supposed to appear sans clothes. The only problem is – according to the actress – that she's too embarrassed to do it in front of an entire crew and that she's afraid the footage will be plastered all over the Internet.
