Can you post the actual email so one can see it was really from someone that you claim it is..Would be curious to see header and what email address it came from in actual document some one here say if its not audited it cant be trusted

Some of these are untrue and as some may be true but it looks like many were under old management that may not be with company anymore, new people new ideas and new projects.
Look at the dates of said failures and see whom was project manager on each.
When business seems to have a bad run of business they get new management for different departments to try and turn things around..I belive that a big sign with New Management would hang in the window

No it takes two months because the same question keeps getting ask over and over even though a answer has been given already, one may not like the answer but that is the answer and its not changing.
The terms of use and privacy policy has been commented on and was said that it will be passed on to those who job is to make sure it is sufficient for AGM if AG is operating the AGM or if AG is not operating the AGM and it is sold to a customer then it is the buyer of the machines responsibility to provide such documents to their end users. If a customer feels that the system does not give them such control, they will make sure to speak with the team and do what has to be done or not use the AGM.
A end user has the option not to use the system if they feel that such terms or privacy policy does not meet their approval,
Have not had one customer who purchased the machine and have in use say anyone has said anything about this being a concern to them.
If it is a concern to someone and one does not feel that the terms or privacy meet their needs, they would not use it.
We always are looking at what laws are changing and we will adapt to those laws where AG would be the operator of that machine and work with our customers on what needs they have.
If you are a purchaser of the machine and have such concerns simply call and lets discuss.

I found terms and policy on the website and also see it for machine use when you sign up to use an AG owned machine and with AGM go app
Keep in mind that its the operator or owner of the machine that has their own policy's so you would check with that location before you sign up as to what their policy's are.
We have taken the input you and others have given us and passed it over to the department who handles those things, if they feel changes need to be made they will.
Each person who uses a service is responsible to make sure they agree or disagree and choose not to use a service as no one forces anyone to accept any terms they dont want to.
Customers are making their own choices and are aware of what they sign up for as they are over 18 and can make decisions for themselves.
If you are gona sign up for use of a service I suggest you ask about concerns if you have any at the time of sign up, others dont seem to have a problem with it as many have used the services and no one has complained

Sorry you feel that way as I feel our work on the AGM is making progress and people are using the system on locations and working fine so I would call that an accomplishment

Who the customers that purchased the machines sign up is not our business as they handle that once they receive their machines.
We dont go back and look at whom they sign up

The reports tell sales numbers and if a customer says we can say they purchased a machine in a PR we will be happy to.
Some customers have ask us not to do a PR or wait till they say it is ok to do the PR and that is fine as its their business.
If there are sales on machines you will see it in the reports put out as that is how it is done.
Apple does not tell you everyone by name who purchases a product as its not how its done
Basic question is did you build and ship machines like the PR said you did, yes we did, did customer pay, yes they did, even though that is really not my department.
Do machines work, yes they are working for customer and if someone wants they can go by and see.

We made estrangements with customers to do field test at locations.
Machines had already been tested extensively in house and on bench.
And we knew any changes we may have to do would be simple software updates and all has been going very well
No I cant but I am sure accounts receivable could as I have stated over and over I dont receive money and make deposits for American green they have a department called accounts receivable that does that, simply ask them if it is something that they can tell you they will as I am sure there is nothing to hide

Its not a routine it is the correct response as that is Als department not mine as to when money comes in and is put in account, I dont do deposits.
If something is ask about another department of the company one should reference someone to the person who works that department, just like any business

I know the machines were paid for and they were delivered and they are on location working, that is what I can answer. Anything with another department should be answered by that department such as when payments actually got to us is accounts receivable.

If you cant find or need an explanation call accounts receivable and ask them to show you.

But it does not mean AGM is going away, just like all products it takes time to do the steps to bring a product like this to market and sometime rush to to many in field before field test is not the correct way.

I belive being nasty and not cleaning your hands then sticking hands in mouth is what really spreads the virus..not sure any medical team has said it was the AGM.
Simply wash and disinfect hands after you touch anything out in public.
